Rise of the Otherworld.

The light shot straight into the depths of the cave, carving a bright passage through the darkness. Zhang Hao and the others exchanged glances and decided to follow the light to find out what lay within. Their footsteps echoed in the silent passage, tinged with a touch of nervous anticipation.

They moved cautiously along the passage. Strange runes shimmered on the surrounding walls. They seemed alive, pulsing slightly and emitting a mysterious light. Zhang Hao was filled with curiosity and anticipation. "Where will this light take us?" His voice echoed softly in the passage, a hint of uncertainty.

The old man observed the runes around him intently, "Perhaps the answer lies ahead." His eyes revealed deep thought, and the staff in his hand unconsciously tightened, as if he was preparing to deal with possible dangers.

The herbalist followed closely behind, looking nervous, "I always feel that there is something evil about this place." His voice trembled, his steps staggered a little, and he held his medicine basket tightly.

The black-robed man remained alert, keeping a close eye on the surroundings. His eyes were sharp, like an owl in the night, not missing even the slightest change.

At the end of the passage was a massive stone door, engraved with intricate patterns. The light shone right in the center of the door, making the patterns appear even more mysterious.

"Is this the place we're looking for?" Zhang Hao walked forward and reached out to touch the stone door. As soon as his fingers touched the stone door, a powerful force instantly pushed him back.

"Be careful!" the old man shouted. His voice was anxious and worried. He waved his staff, and a ray of light enveloped Zhang Hao, softening the impact of his rebound.

Zhang Hao fell to the ground, "There is something strange about this stone door." His face was pale and his arm felt numb from the touch just now.

Everyone began to study how to open the stone door. The old man pondered for a moment, "Perhaps it has something to do with this light and the surrounding runes." He walked slowly around the stone door, carefully examining every detail.

They carefully observed the patterns on the stone door and the runes around it, trying to find a clue. Those patterns and runes were like a maze, dazzling.

After some effort, Zhang Hao discovered that the rune arrangement on one side of the stone gate bore a resemblance to the text that had just appeared in the ancient book. "Everyone, come and take a look. Is there something mysterious here?" Zhang Hao called out. His voice was filled with excitement, as if he had seen a glimmer of hope.

Everyone gathered around and compared them carefully. The old man nodded and said, "It's possible. Let's try to arrange it according to the text in the ancient book." His voice was calm and firm, giving everyone a sense of confidence.

They worked together to adjust the runes according to their speculation. Each rune movement required a huge effort, and sweat dripped from their foreheads.

When the last rune fell into place, the stone door slowly opened, and an ancient and mysterious aura filled the air. This aura seemed to come from ancient times, carrying with it the sediment of time and endless secrets.

Everyone was forced to take a few steps back by the impact of this breath. After the breath stabilized a little, they walked into the stone gate cautiously.

Inside is a huge stone chamber with various ancient artifacts placed around it and mysterious murals painted on the walls.

Zhang Hao approached a stone table on which lay a yellowed book.

"What is this?" asked the herbalist.

Just as Zhang Hao was about to reach out to grab it, several black bats suddenly flew out from the darkness and pounced on them.

"Be careful!" the man in black robe shouted.

Everyone responded one after another, and for a moment the stone chamber was in chaos.

Bats attack with extreme ferocity, their claws razor sharp.

Zhang Hao waved his sword, trying to resist the attack of the bats.

The old man cast a spell, and rays of light enveloped the bats.

After a fierce battle, the bats were finally repelled.

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief and continued to explore this mysterious stone chamber...
