Rise of the Otherworld.

Zhang Hao and the herbalist felt a chill run down their spines when they heard the deep roar. Their nerves, which had just relaxed, tensed up again. The roar seemed to come from the abyss, carrying with it endless pressure and terror.

"What kind of monster is this?" The herbalist's voice trembled, and the smile on his face instantly disappeared, replaced by deep fear. His legs began to weaken and he almost couldn't stand.

Zhang Hao frowned, his eyes fixed on the depths of the valley. "No matter what it is, we must deal with it carefully." His voice was steady and firm, trying to give the herbalists some courage and confidence.

They walked cautiously in the direction of the sound. The grass beneath their feet was soft and felt like it hid unknown dangers. With every step, they could feel the ground beneath their feet trembling slightly.

The further they walked, the clearer the roar became, causing their eardrums to hurt. The sound seemed to penetrate their souls and almost make their hearts stop beating.

Suddenly, a gigantic white tiger leaped out of the woods. Its fur was as white as snow, gleaming brightly in the sunlight. But its eyes were filled with ferocity and murderous intent, chilling the very bones.

"Run!" Zhang Hao shouted, pulling the herbalist with him and running away. His speed was so fast that it seemed like a gust of wind.

The white tiger was chasing after him, as fast as lightning. Its paws stomped on the ground, making a dull sound, and every step made the earth tremble.

As Zhang Hao ran, he observed his surroundings, trying to find a place to hide. His eyes quickly scanned the surroundings, and sweat continued to drip from his forehead.

"There's a cave over there!" the herbalist shouted, pointing to a cave not far away. His voice became sharp with fear, and his fingers trembled constantly.

The two desperately ran towards the cave, as if it was their last straw. The white tiger stopped at the cave entrance, as if it was afraid of the cave. It lingered at the entrance, occasionally emitting a low roar.

"Huh... safe for now," Zhang Hao gasped. His chest heaved violently, his face flushed.

However, before they could catch their breath, a hissing sound suddenly came from the cave. The sound was particularly clear in the silent cave and made people shudder.

"Oh no, there might be danger in the cave," Zhang Hao said cautiously. His body tensed up instantly, and he gripped the sword even tighter.

At this moment, a gigantic python slowly emerged from the darkness. Its body was incredibly thick and sturdy, like a massive pillar. Its scales gleamed with a cold light, each one like a sharp blade.

Zhang Hao and the herbalist were cornered in the cave, caught between a rocky wall and a cold, hopeless feeling.

"It's over now." The herbalist closed his eyes in despair. His body trembled continuously, as if he had seen his own end.

Zhang Hao gripped the sword tightly in his hand, "I will never give up until the last moment!" There was a determined light in his eyes, as if burning with a flame that would never go out.

The white tiger was lingering outside the cave, growling from time to time, as if waiting for them to leave. The python was also slowly approaching them, its tongue flickering in and out, making a terrifying sound.

Zhang Hao took a deep breath and said, "Wait until the python gets close. I'll attack its head and you'll find a chance to run away."

The herbalist's eyes widened. "Then what are you going to do?"

"Don't worry about me, just do as I say!" Zhang Hao said loudly.

The python drew closer, and Zhang Hao closely watched its every move. Just as the python opened its bloody mouth and lunged at him, Zhang Hao suddenly leaped up and stabbed the python's head with his sword...
