Rise of the Otherworld.

Chapter 106 The decisive moment

On the battlefield, the battle between the combined forces of the True King Sect and the Qingyun Sect and the evil forces has reached a fever pitch. Smoke fills the air, and the cries of killing are deafening, seemingly ripping the world apart.

Lin Yu fought side by side with the female master from the Qingyun Sect, their coordination growing stronger and stronger. Lin Yu's sword was like a dragon emerging from the sea, each swing bringing with it a sharp wind, and wherever the blade passed, the enemy's blood splattered. The woman's magic was like falling stars, a brilliant and colorful light blooming among the enemy, sometimes blazing with flames, sometimes freezing in an instant, plunging the enemy into confusion and fear.

"Everyone, try harder, they can't hold on any longer!" Lin Yu shouted loudly, his voice full of passionate fighting spirit. His clothes were already stained with blood, and his face was covered with sweat and blood, but his eyes became more and more determined, as if burning with an eternal flame.

The disciples of the True King Sect and the Qingyun Sect were emboldened, their attacks intensifying. Their hearts were filled with a desire for victory and a commitment to justice. Determination was written across every face, and every attack poured their full strength into it. The evil forces began to show signs of retreat, their formation becoming less tight and increasingly porous. Their former arrogance was quelled, replaced by fear and despair.

"Don't let them escape!" the Qingyun Sect woman cried out, her voice clear and resounding, like a battlefield horn. The magic in her hands shone brightly, instantly knocking down several enemies attempting to escape. Her eyes were filled with murderous intent, and her beautiful face now looked incomparably stern.

Zhao Yu, seeing the enemy retreat, rejoiced. "Brothers, charge! Avenge our fallen brothers!" He led the charge, charging into the enemy lines as if uninhabited. His sword swung with ferocity, each stroke laced with endless fury and hatred. He weaved through the enemy ranks, crushing them wherever he went.

The sturdy man, skilled in boxing, unleashed a formidable burst of strength. His fists were like hammers, each strike sending his enemies flying several feet. His roar resounded through the air, as if unleashing all the rage within him. "Come on, you bastards!" His eyes glowed red, his muscles tensed, and each punch carried the force of a landslide.

Not to be outdone, the magician and the boy with uncanny agility displayed their unique skills, contributing their own strength to the battle's victory. The magician chanted something, unleashing powerful spells from her staff. Rays of light shot down the enemy, inflicting immense damage. The boy with uncanny agility, like a ghost, weaved between the enemies, his dagger swiftly harvesting their lives.

However, the enemy leader still fought stubbornly, gathering his most elite men in a final stand. His eyes were filled with madness and desperation. "Even if I die, I will take you with me!" He launched a frantic attack, making it difficult for anyone to get close.

But the power of justice is strong after all. Under the concerted siege of everyone, the enemy leader gradually lost his strength. His attacks became increasingly weak, and his defenses began to show flaws.

"Now!" Lin Yu seized the opportunity, gathered all his strength into the sword, and stabbed the enemy leader's heart. The sword was like a flash of lightning, instantly piercing the enemy leader's chest.

With the fall of the enemy leader, the evil forces completely collapsed and fled in all directions. They had lost their last support and no longer had the courage to resist.

"Victory! We've won!" Cheers rang out across the battlefield. Disciples from the True King Sect and the Qingyun Sect embraced and wept, celebrating this hard-earned victory. Their voices were filled with joy and excitement, tears streaming down their cheeks. They had sacrificed so much in this brutal battle, and so many of their companions had died, but in the end, they had won, upholding justice and dignity.

But this victory came at a heavy price. Both the True King Sect and the Qingyun Sect suffered numerous casualties. Corpses lay scattered across the battlefield, some mangled beyond recognition, others still in fighting stances. Blood stained the ground, and the air was thick with the scent of gore.

Lin Yu looked at the tragic scene, his heart filled with grief. "I must make their sacrifice worthwhile." He vowed secretly.

The woman from Qingyun Sect walked up to Lin Yu and said softly, "This is just the beginning. We still have a long way to go."

How will they rebuild and develop next, and how will they heal the wounds of war?
