After seeing off the Zhou family, Lin Yutang went back to the kitchen to continue working. She had recently stopped taking lobsters from the space after they were sold out, so she finished her work early and discussed the fast food restaurant dishes with Chen Xi.

We were busy until after six o'clock. The lobster group and the cold skin and cold noodle group finished their battle, and Linzhi went to help with the barbecue. By the evening, it was simply the world of barbecue.

Lin Yutang and Chen Xi started preparing for today's dinner.

Lin Yutang had already thought about what to make tonight: fish-flavored shredded pork and scrambled eggs with tomatoes, these two are the perfect dishes to go with rice.

Fish-flavored shredded pork takes a relatively long time to make, so Lin Yutang decided to make it first.

Prepare the ingredients: lean pork, fungus, carrots, and green peppers. Cut all the ingredients into shreds and set aside.

Add a little salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine and starch to the shredded pork, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

Let’s make the sauce: four spoons of light soy sauce, four spoons of vinegar, two spoons each of oyster sauce and sugar, then add two spoons of starch and appropriate amount of water and mix well. The sauce is ready.

Pour oil into the pan, add the marinated shredded pork into the pan and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from the pan, stir-fry the onion and garlic in the hot oil, then add two spoons of red oil and bean paste and stir-fry for a few times. Then you can add the shredded fungus, shredded carrots, and shredded green peppers and stir-fry until cooked. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, add the sauce you just prepared and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens. The fish-flavored shredded pork that goes well with rice is ready.

Lin Yutang picked up a piece of shredded pork with fish sauce with chopsticks and handed it to Chen Xi who was watching from the side. Chen Xi quickly put it into his mouth. It was rich in sauce flavor and had a sweet and sour taste that was truly appetizing!

Let’s make a quick dish: scrambled eggs with tomatoes!

Peel and chop the scalded tomatoes into small pieces. Beat the eggs and fry until cooked. Heat oil in a pan, add the diced tomatoes, a pinch of salt, and two tablespoons of sugar, and stir-fry until the juice is released.

Finally, add eggs, stir fry evenly, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Chen Xi has also made one of her specialty dishes: braised pork with potatoes.

When the three dishes were served on the table, Ji Xingchuan and the others were called to eat first.

Originally, Wei Feng and Wei Yu were asked to come together, but Wei Feng insisted that his younger brother go eat first. Liu Xu was indeed too busy, so Lin Yutang gave up and took Wei Yu to the backyard.

There were so many people and so many dishes, so Lin Yutang just served out a portion of all the dishes first, and the rest were left in the kitchen, waiting to be served when the next group of people came to eat.

Ji Xingchuan, Da Niu, Er Gou and Xiao Tuanzi were greedy when they saw the huge meal, but they were already used to it.

The three Wei siblings were stunned. They had thought that the lunch was quite good, but how come the dinner was even more sumptuous?

Lin Yutang gently nudged the three people who had been standing there for a long time and said, "Hurry up and sit down and eat together. If you don't eat now, those little guys will eat it all."

"We won't! Mom and Dad said we can't start eating until everyone's eating together, and we're good kids."

"Yeah!"

Ji Xingchuan and the others hurriedly explained that they couldn't lose face in front of their younger brother.

"Okay, okay, you are all good kids. Sister Xiaotang will give you a reward after dinner!" Lin Yutang felt that she had a talent for being a teacher and was indeed good at coaxing children.

Everyone take a seat and start eating!

Wei Yu picked up a piece of fish-flavored shredded pork closest to him with chopsticks and put it into his mouth with a mouthful of rice. The first bite was full of rich sour, sweet and salty fragrance. After chewing it twice, the tenderness of the shredded pork, the crispness of the wood ear mushrooms, and the crunchy sweetness of the carrots and green peppers were perfectly blended. One bite made him very hungry.

Little Tuanzi loves sour and sweet tomatoes the most, so he scooped up a spoonful of scrambled eggs with tomatoes and mixed it with rice. The red tomatoes and golden scrambled eggs were a feast for the eyes.

Take a mouthful of bibimbap, the sweet and sour tomatoes and tender eggs mixed with the distinct grains of white rice go into your mouth, the more you chew it, the more delicious it becomes.

Meat lover Wei Xue’s first bite must be braised pork with potatoes.

Pick up a piece of oily braised pork and put it into your mouth and chew it slowly. The meat is firm but not dry, fat but not greasy. The aroma of sauce and meat are intertwined in your mouth. A full sense of happiness spreads in your mouth, and you squint your eyes because it is so delicious.
