The mushroom sauce itself is moderately salty and sweet, and this one is mainly rich in ingredients, so you can eat big and plump mushrooms in every bite. A few of the little ones simply split the steamed buns in half and ate them with a layer of mushroom sauce, which was very satisfying.

For the next steamed bun, I tried the tomato meat sauce recommended by Lin Yutang. The sauce was rich, sweet and sour and appetizing. I finished another steamed bun in no time.

A few little ones: I never thought steamed buns could be so delicious.

The last one is the five-nut sauce cubes. The main ingredient is diced radish, and there are side dishes such as peas, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, etc. It is crispy and refreshing, fresh, spicy and mellow. It goes perfectly with steamed buns and porridge!
