National Breakout: Starting with a Big Gold Treasure Map

Finally, August 1, 2025.

It took about 300 days and has about 123 million words. This work is officially completed!

As an author, I feel a sense of relief, as if a burden that I have been carrying for a long time has finally been put down.

But I am also reluctant to let it go, because after reading everyone’s comments, no one wants it to end and wants to continue reading.

But this day will come sooner or later. I hope I can bring you more surprises in the future!

A brief report on the performance of this book:

At its peak, "Treasure Map" won the top ten of the [Derivative Fan Fiction] reading list!

This honor has not been won by "Full Level Proficiency" and "Boy Group Boss".

However, when "Boy Group Boss" was serialized, these rankings did not exist.

For reference, the cumulative number of readers of "Boy Group Boss" during its serialization period exceeded one million, while the cumulative number of readers of this book was only 53.

So "Boy Group Boss" is still the boss!

But the success of this book has exceeded my expectations.

And the number of readers in the later period was also amazing. When my other two books were almost finished, there were only 200-500 requests for updates every day.

But this book still managed to break 1,000 by the end!

I can only say that everyone is so awesome and gives me so much face!

I would like to sincerely thank everyone for following me and accompanying me. The days with you are truly blessed and joyful!

I remember many of my readers’ names, including your old names, and I can recite a whole bunch of them silently with my eyes closed!

Whether you are a new or old reader, every time you ask for updates and every gift you give makes this book better and brightens my life!

I know what you are most concerned about is whether similar tomb-robbing stories will be written in the future.

I guess, yes!

Why is it speculation? Because I recently updated a beast taming novel. As a form of my own practice, I plan to finish that one before starting a new book.

Influenced by my childhood environment, I am somewhat obsessed with beast taming literature.

But I don’t want to write a clichéd beast-taming story, so this path is definitely going to be difficult.

Let’s return to our tomb-grabbing text.

I enjoy the process of writing tomb-touching stories, just like playing games. I also want to update every day to keep everyone company.

But I can't play games all my life. While I'm still young, I want to try more novels of other types to break through myself.

Yu Hua once said that whether it's writing or life, the right way to start is to walk through a narrow gate. Don't be fooled by a wide gate; the road inside is not very long.

It is more important to choose the hard but right path than the easy but wrong path.

The path of tomb-robbing novels is not wrong, but its limit is also here.

Whether you can write works with greater depth and resonate with more people is the long-term support in writing.

I hope I can become a great writer in the future!

Let me report to you some recent developments.

In order to realize my dream of becoming a writer faster, I took a temporary leave of absence from school and went home in May this year.

Before I took a leave of absence, I was still a junior undergraduate student.

This is a decision made after careful consideration for a long time. Don't worry, you will just be temporarily suspended from school and can return to school later.

However, this decision still involves a huge sacrifice for me personally, but there is gain only when there is loss, and one cannot have it all.

Compared to the half-writing and half-reading state at school, I hope to devote more energy and time to polishing new works and improving my writing skills.

I wish I could "write" a world of my own!

I am very confident in myself.

It’s not that I think I’m so great, but I can always enter a state of high self-immersion when writing novels.

After I carefully looked back at my life from childhood to adulthood, I realized that what I wanted to do most in my heart was to create.

When I can enjoy the process, my life is already beautiful.
