In Gao Mingyuan's office at the Crown Nightclub in Lvteng City, Zhongjiang Province.

"Mr. William, Uncle Kang! Welcome!" Gao Mingyuan greeted William and Uncle Kang warmly as they walked in.

"Boss Gao, I'm here on behalf of Brother K to negotiate the quota issue, hoping for a satisfactory result!" William shook hands with Gao Mingyuan and got straight to the point.

"William, this is the mainland! I think you'd better keep a low profile!" Uncle Kang said, looking at the arrogant William with an unfriendly gaze.

"Haha, gentlemen, please don't be like this! Give me some face! We're here to talk business and make money! Why ruin our harmony? Right? Let's sit down and talk. I'll make sure you both leave satisfied! Please!" Gao Mingyuan didn't care about William's arrogance or Uncle Kang's intimidation and said with a smile.

"Boss Gao, could we meet that chef?" Uncle Kang asked directly after sitting down, without any hesitation.

“Yes, Mr. Gao, I’m very curious too. I hope to meet this chef!” William looked at Gao Mingyuan with a smile.

"Haha, you two might be disappointed! The chef doesn't want to show his face in public. Besides, we've already agreed that all his products will go through me before we sell them. Whether you see him or not isn't really important!" Gao Mingyuan said.

"Mr. Gao, how much stock do you plan to ship? Please don't ship too little, our boss doesn't have the time or inclination to do small business!" William said.

"Hehe, this shipment totals two tons! I wonder how much of it you two plan to consume?" Gao Mingyuan looked at William and Uncle Kang, a cold glint flashing in his eyes.

"Two tons? We'll take them all!" William exclaimed immediately upon hearing this.

"Heh, aren't you afraid of biting off more than you can chew? You guys can eat two tons? What about Commander Yun? Are we supposed to starve? We want two tons too!" Uncle Kang retorted sarcastically to William without backing down.

"Uncle Kang, are you trying to go against my boss?" William asked, staring at Uncle Kang with an unfriendly look.

Uncle Kang didn't care at all about the threatening look in William's eyes. He had seen that look many times before. For someone like him who did dirty work for Commander Yun, William's look was just child's play!

“William, Uncle Kang! Please don’t quarrel! I think it’s fine for you to have a meal at each of your homes! After all, this time we were a bit rushed. If you think the goods are good, I will definitely make sure you are satisfied next time. How about that?” Gao Mingyuan said with a smile.

"Boss Gao, this chef seems to have a high output?" William stopped arguing with Uncle Kang and looked at Gao Mingyuan with some surprise.

"Hehe, don't worry about production volume! As long as you two have the money, we can make as much as you want! Don't doubt it, we have the capability now!" Gao Mingyuan said with a smile.

While Gao Mingyuan was entertaining William and Uncle Kang, a guest also arrived at the Green Vine City Police Department.

"He Yun! I've come here, and you didn't even come out to greet me?" Wei Shang said with a smile, sitting across from He Yun's desk.

"Tell me, what brings you here, Hall Master?" He Yun asked.

"I've come here because I need your help!" Wei Shang said solemnly.

"You're asking me for help? You, the head of the department, are asking me, a mere section chief, for help?" He Yun asked, somewhat surprised.

"I have no choice, I really don't know anyone here, otherwise I wouldn't have come to you! I want you to help me investigate someone!" Wei Shang said helplessly.

"Who is it? Who would send you to beg me?" He Yun asked, his face full of curiosity.

"Lu Shaohua, a major drug lord wanted by the Sihanoukville Police Department! It's said he might be hiding in your city!" Wei Shang said.

"Who? Lu Shaohua?" He Yun asked, somewhat surprised.

“That’s right, it’s Lu Shaohua! You should have received his arrest warrant before!” Wei Shang said.

"What evidence do you have?" He Yun asked after thinking for a moment.

“We don’t have any evidence, but based on what we know, Lu Shaohua and his two men disappeared from Mingzhu some time before our arrest operation. They’re very likely from Greenland! That’s why I wanted you, my old classmate, to help investigate and see if we can find this guy!” Wei Shang said.

"I remember this Lu Shaohua is from Xigang City in Southeast Province, right? You're the director of the Dongguang Police Department, why are you so fixated on him? What did Lu Shaohua do to you?" He Yun asked in a teasing tone.

“Hey, don’t even mention it. This Lu Shaohua escaped from Li Weimin once, and then from me once. How could I possibly let him go? Besides, Lin Yaodong, who was cooperating with him, has already been brought to justice. Now we’re just waiting for him! So I have to make sure they’re all reunited, right?” Wei Shang said helplessly.

"Is Li Weimin involved here? It seems this guy is quite capable indeed?" He Yun said with a smile.

“I can keep an eye out for you, but I can’t just help you for nothing, can I? Aren’t you going to offer any thanks?” He Yun looked at Wei Shang with a smile on his face.

“After you get off work tonight, you pick a place and I’ll treat you! I’ll pay for all of Section Chief He’s expenses tonight! How about it?” Wei Shang said, looking at the gloating He Yun.

"It's settled then! You go out and have some fun! I only have two more hours before I get off work! After get off work, I'll take you to try some of our Green Island specialties!" He Yun agreed with a smile as soon as she heard Wei Shang's words, not giving Wei Shang any chance to back out.
