Training ground of the Special Operations Brigade of the Beiping Military Region.

"Hurry up! Why are you so slow? Are you waiting to be shot?" A man with the rank of lieutenant colonel was training the soldiers who were sweating profusely on the field.

In the middle of the field was a huge puddle, and a group of soldiers were kneading mud and drilling through barbed wire. It was supposed to be a simple project, but because the entire field was filled with knee-deep mud and water, and most importantly, bullets were flying back and forth along the barbed wire!

And the one operating the machine gun was none other than this lieutenant colonel!

"Company commander, company commander!" A captain ran over from outside the training ground.

"Alright, you can go back now! I'll go find the battalion commander!" The lieutenant colonel sighed helplessly and waved to the captain.

After the captain left, the lieutenant colonel picked up the document again and looked at it. He saw that it contained a transfer order.

He, the company commander, was transferred to the Northern Fleet Marine Corps Brigade for a three-month exchange and training program!

Although he was a special operations officer, he knew that the Northern Fleet's Marine Corps brigade had just been established this year, and he also knew that sending him there for exchange and learning was, in essence, to be a teacher and trainer for them.

Inside the training ground office, an army lieutenant colonel sat in the brigade commander's office, curiously observing everything before him.

The lieutenant colonel quickly sat up straight, staring straight ahead.

Soon, the office door was pushed open, and a tall, senior colonel walked in with a big smile on his face.

"Comrade Commander, Xiao Jianlin from the Special Operations Brigade of the Beiping Military Region is reporting for duty!" Lieutenant Colonel Xiao Jianlin loudly announced to Senior Colonel.

"Yes, indeed very good! The formalities are complete! Please sit down, there's no need to stand on ceremony here!" the colonel said with a smile.

Xiao Jianlin looked at the senior colonel in front of him and felt that he looked very familiar, but he didn't know anyone in the navy. The only person he knew was also the wrong age. What was going on?

"Commander Zhao? Why would he recommend me?" Xiao Jianlin asked in confusion.

"Haha, because he's my fourth brother, I asked him for people, and he recommended you to me!" the colonel said.

"Commander, aren't you surnamed Tian? Why is Commander Zhao your fourth brother?" Xiao Jianlin asked.

"Hehe, I took my mother's surname, so my surname is Tian!" The colonel is Tian Weifu, the eldest son of Zhao Cheng and Tian Dan. He was originally the captain of a destroyer in the Northern Fleet of the Navy. This year, when the Marine Corps was formed, he was brought here.
