"Report to the commander, the person who caused the supernatural fluctuations yesterday has been found." A soldier stood straight and spoke in a loud voice. He was wearing desert camouflage and saluted the commander in front of him.
The sun shone sideways, illuminating the officer's shoulders. The eagle emblem on his uniform gleamed brightly. Five stars gleamed on his epaulettes. His burly figure made the camouflage uniform seem a little tight. The man's face was stern, with sharp lines. His blond hair shone brightly in the sunlight. His camouflage beret was pulled low, almost covering his forehead. Black sunglasses added a touch of mystery to his appearance.
"Zoom in." He spoke in a steady voice, his eyes fixed on the screen.
The image of the aircraft gradually became clearer, and details emerged. His eyes became sharp as he stared through the lenses.
He stretched out his hand and pointed to a corner of the screen: "Here, continue to zoom in."
On the screen, that face gradually emerged. Its delicate features made it hard to look away.
The corners of his mouth curved up slightly, barely perceptible, and he whispered to himself, "I found you, Miss Saint."
The soldier didn't hear clearly: "I'm sorry, what did you say, sir?"
"Nothing, continue monitoring and be careful not to be discovered." He waved his hand.
"Yes, sir!"
Admiral Mike walked out of the command room with steady steps and passed through the long corridor. The sunglasses on his face reflected a metallic chill in the cold light of the corridor.
He walked into a secret room that required a fingerprint to open, and there was only an entrance that looked like an elevator.
He walked in and the door closed automatically behind him after he entered.
The elevator was completely silent, save for the faint hum of an electronic buzzer. His slender fingers touched the control panel, their fingertips gliding across the cold metal touchscreen. Behind his sunglasses, his deep blue eyes reflected the electronic light.
The elevator slowly descended. Admiral Mike watched the constantly ticking floor numbers and tapped the custom military watchband on his wrist. A screen instantly unfolded, a blue electronic light illuminating his resolute features.
A bearded man with four stars on his shoulders leaned lazily on his chair. His short brown hair was a little messy, and his uniform collar was loose, forming a stark contrast to Admiral Mike's meticulous image.
"Has the space tunnel been blocked?" Mike asked straight to the point.
"Tsk, you're such a fusty old-fashioned person." The man opposite sighed exaggeratedly. "You're still not trusting me with my work? The space tunnel is like a one-way door now, ensuring only entry and no exit." His tone suddenly became serious. "By the way, the male you let in yesterday has been killed. His aura has completely disappeared."
Admiral Mike raised his eyebrows slightly, a hint of surprise flashing behind his sunglasses. "That male was at the early ninth level. How could he be dealt with so quickly..." His fingers tapped the surface unconsciously. "Could someone over there in the interstellar space have broken through to the Saint level?"
"Who knows?" The young man shrugged, a cunning glint in his eyes. "Why don't you turn on the communication crystal and ask what's going on over there?"
"We'll talk about it next time." Admiral Mike said in a deep voice, "The most important thing now is—"
"Stop, stop!" The young man exaggeratedly covered his ears. "My ears are almost callused! You don't want the little Saint Female to leave this plane, right? Don't worry, I'll guard the space tunnel more tightly than my own wife!"
Admiral Mike's mouth twitched: "You don't even have a wife."
"Is that the point?" The young man winked and smiled. "By the way, you're so devoted to this Saint, could it be..."
"Don't make such a silly joke. I'm just following orders."
He decisively cut off the call after he finished speaking. The screen faded, and the elevator continued its descent. He took off his sunglasses and rubbed his brow. That chatterbox always managed to hit his bottom line. If it weren't for his considerable abilities, he'd seriously want to ask headquarters for a replacement deputy.
But now was not the time to dwell on these things. He put his sunglasses back on. As the elevator continued to descend, his thoughts gradually turned to the mysterious Saintess who had shaken the entire galaxy.
After an unknown amount of time, the elevator finally stopped and the doors slowly opened. The lights in the corridor lit up, one by one, gradually illuminating the path ahead. He stepped out of the elevator, only to find himself faced with another closed door.
Suddenly, a dazzling red light shot out from the crack in the door and swept across his face.
"Iris scan passed, hello, Admiral Mike." The mechanical voice was steady, without any emotion.
The metal door slowly opened, revealing a deep interior space.
Admiral Mike walked in and the door closed silently behind him.
He casually tossed his sunglasses to the ground, then took off his hat, shirt, and finally his black vest.
When he stood in front of a layer of transparent film, he was no longer covered with anything.
The sea water behind the film is deep blue. Who would have thought that the building in the desert is connected to the ocean somewhere?
Admiral Mike looked at the scene before him, a smile on his face. He leaned forward, arms outstretched, and leaped into the membrane like an arrow.
The water instantly enveloped his body, bringing a familiar touch. His legs shimmered with golden light in the water, transforming into a slender fishtail in an instant. His golden scales shimmered in the deep blue water, each one like a carefully polished gem.
He stretched out in the water, feeling the gentle touch of the seawater on his skin. His muscles expanded and contracted with the rhythm of his swimming, his muscular upper body blending perfectly with his graceful tail.
"Huh! It's been ages since I've been in the water," he whispered, his voice transforming into strings of bubbles that rose to the surface. His golden tail swayed gently, and his figure had already soared thousands of miles.
In a matter of seconds, his figure appeared in the Atlantic Ocean. From afar, the building that appeared out of nowhere was particularly eye-catching.
There was a hint of amusement in Admiral Mike's blue eyes.
Rosie was swimming in the infinity pool when something struck her. She paused, her gaze unconsciously directed toward the ocean. Drops of water trickled down her hair, creating tiny ripples on the surface. The two males in the family reacted even faster.
Ling Yuan instantly appeared beside Luo Xi, and his slender figure protected her firmly behind him.
And Xingyu had already transformed into a stream of light, soaring towards the sea...
