"Poisoned?" Tom held down the restless Lamia and turned to look at Amycus Carrow, who was speaking tremblingly behind him. "Oh, I don't even know what kind of poison it is."

Tom's mocking tone made Amycus's already bent back even more, his pale face almost touching the floor.

"My lord," Amycus gulped, his body already covered in cold sweat. His voice was trembling with fear. "I really didn't lie to you. This toxin only exists on the leaves of the smoke flower. Once scratched, the toxin will immediately invade the brain, and the poisoned person will...will..."

"What will happen?" Tom's voice suddenly rose, and he was obviously impatient.

"You will fall into a state of confusion and infatuation. The effect of the drug is dozens of times greater than that of aphrodisiacs, but..." Amycus hesitated and stretched his head to take a few more glances, but Tom's snake-like eyes shot over at him suddenly. Amycus instantly crawled on the ground like a quail, and never dared to look up again.

"The Smoke Flower disappeared a long time ago. I haven't seen another one in the entire magical world." After he said that, he quickly disappeared from the spot and then appeared in front of his younger brother, Alecto Carrow.

"Tell me, what is the antidote?"

The two brothers were trembling with fear, and even Amycus felt that he would not survive, so he wanted to die beside his brother. So, when he heard this, he looked up in surprise and even breathed a sigh of relief without realizing it.

"Answer me." Tom's voice was still cold, which made Amycus shudder.

"Sir, there is no antidote. We can only let the poisoned person vent the poison. Otherwise, the drug effect will accumulate in the body and may cause death. However, the cold environment should be able to temporarily suppress its toxicity." Amycus answered with the determination to die. After he finished speaking, he slowly closed his eyes.

Sure enough, Tom's magical power fluctuations appeared throughout the room, and a green light flashed.

Alecto Carrow held his head in despair. He didn't think his brother could survive in such an environment.

"This is just a small punishment for your careless words, but I hope you will remain my most devout servants. You will be granted supreme power and countless wealth and glory. The Carlo family will be honored because of you!"

After Tom finished speaking, he hugged Lamia and disappeared into the room. No one knew where he went.

"Brother, brother, wake up, we are fine, sir, no, we can call him master from now on." Alecto stumbled and picked up the upper body of Amycus on the ground, calling softly, revealing the surprise from the bottom of his heart.

"Is it true?" Amycus slowly opened his eyes while being shaken. After getting confirmation, he smiled weakly, "The Carlo family succeeded after all. Tell my father that the son he hates the most has succeeded." Amycus gradually became crazy, and tears flowed from his eyes while laughing.

"I have sent a secret message to my father, warning them to be careful of the silver-haired girl beside the master, and the taboo word of aphrodisiac." Alecto helped Amycus up and took him to the sofa.

"Ha, I wonder who will look down on the Carrow family in the future. We are no longer the weakest of the 28 sacred clans. I will carry my family crest to the top of all wizarding families. Alecto, we will definitely be able to achieve it in the future, right?"

Amycus' eyes were bloodshot, and he was gesticulating as he described a scene that was impossible to happen.

"Yes, brother, I believe everything you say." Alecto lay in Amycus' arms, listening to his heartbeat that was beating violently due to his injury. "Brother, can I heal you now?" A crystal tear fell from the corner of his eye.

Amycus finally calmed down, but the redness in the corners of his eyes remained and his expression was still crazy, but fortunately he stopped moving.

"Be good, brother, it will be fine soon." Alecto poured the potion in his arms into Amycus' mouth. The power contained in it quickly repaired the shocking scars on his body, big and small.

After a while, Alecto carried the unconscious Amycus out of the room. They couldn't stay here. Tom might be back at any time. He had to take his brother to a safer place.

On the other side, Tom brought Lamia to a dark and closed room. Lamia began to shiver as soon as she entered, and her body temperature dropped sharply. She trembled and hugged Tom's neck, "Tom, I'm cold, hug me." Her cute and rising tone made Tom's heart palpitate.

"Lamia, you've been poisoned. We'll all feel better here." Tom reluctantly put Lamia on the bed, covered her with a quilt, and touched her smooth hair.

Lamia felt that the heat in her body had lessened a lot, but she still hadn't regained consciousness, and only the redness on her cheeks faded a little.

"Tom, you are so handsome." Lamia poked her head out from under the quilt, looked up at Tom like a hamster, then quickly lowered her head, smiling secretly.

"Yeah." Tom's cheeks were slightly red. He leaned his head to the side, with a shy look on his face that didn't suit him at all.

Lamia was stunned, as if she had forgotten everything.

Tom stared straight at Lamia, who was shy because of his gaze, and then he saw the blood flowing from her nose.

He thought the poison had taken effect again, and he wiped Lamia's nose anxiously, but he couldn't wipe it clean. "Lamia, wake up, don't scare me." He quickly picked up Lamia and wanted to rush out.

"Tom." Lamia shouted, "I'm fine." She regained consciousness briefly and was now holding on to the corner of Tom's clothes.

Tom looked down and saw a pair of clear red eyes, completely different from a few minutes ago. Even the aura had changed, turning back into the Lamia he couldn't figure out.

"You, I'd better take you to see a doctor." Tom forced a smile, and the corners of his mouth were raised stiffly. The strange curve made Lamia, who was a little more sober, very uncomfortable.

"No need, it's in this room. I think I will recover soon." Lamia was talking about the poison in her body. Although she was not conscious, she could still remember some of the scenes just now.

After knowing that she was poisoned, Lamia finally understood what Dumbledore said before he left. He was indeed a cunning old bee. Lamia thought angrily.

"Have you had contact with Dumbledore? Did he kidnap you?" Tom didn't think much about Lamia's disappearance. He was more worried about Lamia's health. However, when he heard what happened to Dumbledore from her heart, his expression instantly became serious.

Lamia closed her eyes, suppressing all the emotions in her heart. When she opened her eyes again, the confusion in her eyes returned.

"Tom, you are so handsome." Lamia imitated the voice she had just used, hugged Tom's neck, and pressed her cheek against his rolling Adam's apple.
