"Dobby didn't mean it." Dobby stood in the carriage with his head down, looking at Lamia pitifully.

"Didn't I promise you that I would protect Harry? Why are you still doing this?" Lamia looked very unhappy.

But Dobby seemed not to understand. He just kept apologizing and even wanted to hit the carriage wall. "Dobby doesn't distrust Lamia. It's just that Harry Potter can't go to Hogwarts."

Lamia sneered and nodded, "You don't want him to go, so this is what you have to do, let him fall from a high altitude and die?" Lamia closed her eyes and for the first time felt how tiring it was to be unable to communicate.

"Harry Potter won't die from the fall. Dobby will only break his legs, and then Harry Potter will have to stay at home." Dobby still felt that he had done nothing wrong, but the oppressive force from Lamia made it dare not look up.

"What about Ron, and Hermione? Can you save us all? Or will you only protect Harry, and we will die innocently." Lamia's cold eyes swept over. Dobby became nervous, his big ears shaking constantly, and his slender fingers were almost knotted under the worn pillowcase.

"Dobby didn't, Dobby just didn't think that much." Dobby was so aggrieved that he was about to cry, and looked helplessly at Hermione who was reluctant to do so.

"Then I don't have to think about you." Lamia sneered, and the magic power surged in her hand. A ball of fire shot towards Dobby. In just a moment, it rolled on the ground in pain.

"Dobby was wrong, wrong." Dobby squatted on the ground with his head in his hands. There were several big holes burned in the worn pillowcase on his body, and it was rotten beyond repair.

"That's enough, Lamia. Dobby didn't really hurt us." Hermione pulled the corner of Lamia's robe reluctantly. She couldn't bear to watch it anymore. Dobby was too pitiful, especially now, with his face covered in gray.

Lamia snorted and said nothing, but she did not throw out the fireball that had condensed in her hand again.

"Dobby, you should trust Lamia. We will all protect Harry. You can't help him like this, but will only be a burden to us." Hermione hesitated for a moment, but still said it. Dobby became visibly wilted, and his usually bright eyes dimmed.

"Dobby, Dobby didn't mean it." Dobby covered his face and burst into tears. He used his tattered clothes as a handkerchief to wipe his nose.

"Okay, we forgive you." Hermione hurried to comfort.

"Bad Dobby, bad Dobby." Dobby was not comforted and hit the floor even harder. The whole carriage was shaking, as if it would fall at any second.

"Stop, Dobby." Lamia couldn't stand it anymore and ordered again.

Dobby listened, but his crying more than doubled in volume.

Lamia covered her ears in annoyance.

"Oh no! The car is full of harassment flies. They must have been attracted by the crying." Luna took out the purple potion bottle and sprayed it into the air. "There's not enough potion. There are too many of them."

"Stop crying!" Lamia yelled, scaring Dobby who was crying loudly and Hermione beside him.

"Silencio!" Lamia cast a silencing spell on Dobby, and the carriage instantly returned to silence.

Lamia rubbed her ears, which were swollen from the noise, and glared impatiently at Dobby, who opened his mouth but couldn't make a sound.

The spell was still more convenient. Hermione talked for so long but there was no effect at all. Lamia even thought about throwing Dobby down. After all, it was an elf and would definitely fall to the ground by itself. But Hermione was too soft-hearted towards the elves, so she just sealed Dobby's mouth in the end.

Hermione breathed a sigh of relief. There was nothing she could do. Dobby simply couldn't hear what she said. Now it was actually better. At least she could speak. Just now, Dobby's voice completely covered her face.

To be on the safe side, Lamia tied up Dobby. She didn't believe Hermione could convince Dobby from the beginning.

Hermione didn't stop Lamia. She was almost driven crazy by Dobby's torture. What kind of elf would keep making trouble and have good intentions?

When the carriage came over Hogwarts, Lamia lifted the silencing spell from Dobby's mouth, "Lamia must protect Harry Potter." As soon as Dobby could speak, the first thing he said was Harry. Obviously, he also knew that there was no way out, they had already arrived at Hogwarts.

Lamia didn't respond. She wasn't Hermione and wasn't that kind.

"Yes, Lamia will protect Harry." After asking Lamia's permission, Hermione comforted the anxious Dobby.

"Dobby is leaving, and he must leave now." Dobby snapped his fingers and disappeared in an instant.

After a few people packed up, the carriage slowly descended. It was completely dark, and only the Great Hall was still lit in the entire Hogwarts.

"That's it! We have to go into the auditorium in front of the whole school." Ron threw his luggage on the ground in desperation.

"Fred and George will make me laugh to death, and that annoying Malfoy." Ron sat down on the spot and had no intention of moving forward.

"Ron, get up quickly. We're not too late yet." Hermione comforted Ron who was sitting on the ground.

"Impossible, definitely late." Ron didn't believe it and took out the sandwich from the bag, intending to have it as dinner.

"I'm really not late." Luna held up her pocket watch between the people and said confidently.

"What is this? Who can understand it?" Ron said vaguely after chewing a bite of sandwich.

"The red bird's beak is the hour hand, the green one is the minute hand, and the yellow one is the second hand. Look, there's still quite a while left, so it's okay for us to go in now." Luna pointed at the pocket watch and explained carefully to Ron.

"Come on, Ron, there are chicken legs for dinner." Harry dragged his suitcase and tried to pull Ron up.

Hermione also persuaded.

Only Lamia remained silent. She looked at Ron quietly, with a faint flame in the palm of her hand.

Ron was shocked, because he saw Dobby's miserable state.

"Well, maybe everyone in the auditorium is waiting for us. Let's go. I want to eat ten chicken legs." Ron quickly got up from the ground, pulled the luggage bag and put it on his shoulder.

The smooth movement scared the three people who were about to continue persuading her. They had their backs to Lamia and did not see her little movements. Only Ron knew how terrifying Lamia was.

The three of them looked at each other. Although they couldn't understand it, they could accept the result.

Several people walked towards the auditorium. As soon as they opened the door, a white unidentified object was thrown towards Ron who was in the front.

"Ah!" Ron screamed as he was splashed all over. It was the sweet cream of mushroom soup, a smell he loved but shouldn't have on him.

Ron wiped his face and saw Fred and George who were trying not to laugh.
