After HP shared the dream, Lao Fu was conquered by me
Chapter 24: Disguise Exposed
"Professor, if I stand, it will disturb the students behind me."
Lamia didn't stand up this time, but sat in her seat properly and spoke.
"Then, then you stand on the podium."
Quirrell wasn't about to let Lamia get away with this, so he decided to teach her a lesson, and the classroom was the easiest place for him to do that.
"Professor, maybe you didn't understand. What I meant was, I won't stand."
Although Lamia had a smile on her face, there was a dangerous glint in her red eyes, which slashed at Quirrell's face like a sword.
"That's so, so outrageous! I'm a professor, and you dare to disobey me!"
Quirrell had never been humiliated by a student. Although he always pretended to be timid and fearful, it did not mean that he would allow a student to openly challenge him.
"I will tell your dean, you wait."
Quirrell said angrily, without even taking the textbook from the table, and stormed out of the classroom.
There was an uproar in the classroom. Draco didn't expect that Lamia, who looked so gentle, could say such stimulating words.
On the other side, Quirrell, who was walking out, suddenly remembered that the headmaster of Lamia was the traitor Snape, whom he least wanted to see. He stopped in the air and looked back at the classroom with hesitation.
"In order not to affect everyone's classes, I will forgive you this time."
As Lamia had expected, Quirrell returned to the classroom spinelessly.
"Okay, Professor."
Lamia still smiled, but this time, the smile was much bigger.
"Let's start the class." Quirrell coughed dryly, feeling that the students were looking at him strangely.
"Please open your books, everyone. The Dark Arts is a magical course, but," Quirrell raised his eyes and looked at Harry on his left, "I think, Harry Potter, you don't need me to explain it."
Harry stood up in a daze when his name was suddenly called, "Professor, I don't know how."
He said it very honestly.
"Sit down, sit down."
Harry sat down, confused.
Later, Quirrell called on Lamia several times in a row, and she answered very well. For a while, Quirrell could not find an opportunity to punish her.
After the get out of class finally ended, Draco dragged Lamia to the dean's office to demand an explanation. "This is abhorrent! I've never seen a professor with such poor teaching ethics! He deserves to be called a beast!"
"Forget it, Draco."
Lamia withdrew her hand. She didn't think Snape would stand up for her. He and Quirrell had the same idea about secretly targeting annoying students.
"No, this is too bullying."
Draco's cheeks puffed out like a stuffed ferret.
"Don't worry, Draco, what gift do you want?"
Lamia's sudden question made Draco stunned. After a long time, he spoke, "What do you mean?"
"Have you forgotten that Christmas is coming soon. What gift do you want?" Lamia thought Draco was particularly cute, especially the way he was staring at her blankly, just like the other children of the same race she had raised before.
"Is anything okay?"
Draco blushed again.
"Of course not. I need your consent. You only have one chance to choose, otherwise I will just give it to you."
Lamia said.
"Then I want to go out with you alone for a day."
Draco thought of the gift in almost a second.
"This is acceptable, time..."
"I'll tell you the time and place when the time comes," Draco added hurriedly.
After the two separated, Lamia returned to the dormitory, lay on the bed, and stared at the ceiling in a daze. She needed to think carefully about how to escape from Tom's control in her dream.
After thinking for a long time, Lamia felt that she must restore her magic power first. This was the most critical thing.
Glancing at the time, Lamia saw that class was about to start, so she grabbed her textbook and rushed to the Charms classroom.
Professor Flitwick was very decisive. After a simple demonstration, he asked everyone to start practicing the levitation spell. Every freshman was very excited, except Neville - his poor Rifle was made to fly in the sky by Professor Flitwick.
The students were divided into groups of two, and the one assigned to Lamia was a Slytherin boy who looked quiet. She didn't even know his name.
"Get up, Nott, this is my place."
Draco said arrogantly.
The boy with black hair covering his eyes just paused, then walked to another seat without saying a word.
"Draco, you're being rude."
Lamia treated Draco like a younger member of the same clan and began to educate him.
"I was wrong, Nott."
Draco apologized unconvinced, but still occupied Nott's seat.
"Sorry, you should be in the same group with Pansy, thank you."
Lamia smiled kindly.
Nott didn't say anything, but looked straight at her through her hair, then raised the corners of his mouth slightly, "Liar."
He said.
But his voice was so soft that almost no one heard it.
Lamia was educating Draco.
Nott's black eyes, hidden by his hair, stared at Lamia without any disguise.
"Wingardim Leviosa."
Lamia and Draco followed Professor Flitwick's instructions and flicked their wrists, causing the feathers on the table to fly up.
"Great! Miss Lamia is first, plus 5 points to Slytherin." Professor Flitwick led the applause, but his body only allowed him to clap three times.
After class, Lamia was blocked by Harry in the corner.
"What's up, Harry?"
Lamia suppressed her annoyance and put on a smile.
"Lamia, what gift do you want?"
Harry clicked his fingers nervously, his green eyes fixed on Lamia with unspoken anticipation.
"Harry, I think gifts should be surprises. I'll like anything you give me."
Lamia said perfunctorily that she just wanted to go to the library to find information to solve her problem.
"Really? Lamia, I'll prepare well."
Harry's eyes suddenly widened and he ran away happily, like a puppy being caressed by its owner.
Lamia was about to leave when someone tapped her shoulder. "Anything else, Harry?"
She didn't look back, thinking it was Harry coming back.
"I'm not Harry."
A strange, low voice came from behind. Lamia turned around curiously and found that it was Nott, whose eyes were invisible.
"It's you, what's wrong?"
Lamia tried to remain friendly, after all, the persona of a gentle and kind girl was very useful and she didn't want to throw it away.
"You're not pretending at all. Aren't you tired of pretending like this?"
