"Hey, Lamia, you're back just in time. I just made another plate of rock cakes - oh, look, there's one too, Harry. You're so lucky, this is your favorite rock cake."

Before Lamia could finish her words, Hagrid pushed open the door and walked out again. He was wearing a pair of thick gloves on his hands, which perfectly protected him from the hot plates.

"Yes, Hagrid, I'm back just in time." Lamia came over and walked to where Hagrid had placed the rock biscuits. She turned sideways, winked at Harry, and knocked all the rock biscuits to the ground.

"Lamia!" Harry cooperated and exclaimed in surprise, "Are you okay? You look very bad." He stepped forward and supported Lamia's arm.

"A little bit, Harry, I feel a little dizzy, ah -" Lamia apologized, covering her mouth as if she had just seen the rock cake being knocked over, "-I'm so sorry Hagrid, I didn't mean to, I just felt dizzy."

"It's okay, it's okay." Hagrid waved his hands repeatedly, signaling them not to take it to heart, but his eyes never left the rock cake that fell on the ground for a second. The pity revealed in his eyes could be noticed by even the most dull-witted person.

"Hagrid, these have fallen to the ground, so don't eat them. Oh, and of course, don't feed them to the Hippogriffs, they will get sick if they eat them." Harry said hurriedly, worried that Hagrid would pick them up.

"How do you know about Hippogriffs? They are the magical creatures I will introduce in the first class. Am I talking in my sleep?" Hagrid scratched his head in confusion.

"Also?" Harry immediately grasped the key to Hagrid's words. This meant that someone knew the content of Hagrid's first class in advance. If that person did not use the Time Turner, then he must be related to Hagrid's poisoning.

"Is it Draco, Hagrid?" Lamia thought the same thing as Harry, and she guessed that this was most likely the reason why Draco wanted to drug the Hippogriff.

"Ah, how do you know this? Why do you know everything?" Hagrid blinked in surprise. He thought he had misheard, but Lamia and Harry's expressions showed that he had heard correctly.

"It's not important, Hagrid, can you tell us what he asked you?" said Lamia.

"Let me think - oh, he saw me when I was delivering food to Buckbeak and the others that day. Malfoy wanted me to lend him Buckbeak to play with, but I probably refused. I said they were very dangerous and had to be kept secret for the time being. Um... that's about it."

Hagrid put the rockcake aside and thought carefully.

"So that's how it is." Lamia and Harry exchanged a glance. They both understood Draco's motives: revenge against Hagrid. Lamia also finally understood why he'd stopped her from riding Buckbeak. It seemed he'd known all along. "So what is it?" Hagrid mumbled, picking up a less-than-hot rock pancake and bringing it to his lips. He took a big bite and took a long, unreadable mouthful.

"It's nothing, it's nothing. Is Hermione awake? Let's go check." Harry saw Hermione waving at them at the window, and his eyes lit up. He finally didn't have to worry about Hagrid making him eat rock cakes.

Harry grabbed Lamia's arm and they walked towards Hagrid's hut together. Just as Hagrid was about to speak, they had already walked in. He could only sigh and sit on the rock, chewing the rock cake in his hand.

Lamia turned around and glanced at Hagrid. She felt that he was a little lonely for some reason and shook her head. Lamia always felt that she had overlooked something, but she couldn't remember it for the moment. She could only put it aside for the time being and follow Harry to discuss the next plan with Hermione.

The three of them sat around the stove in the room, with white steam rising from the kettle. Yaya was lying on the carpet, sleeping soundly.

Hermione: "What's going on now?"

Harry: "Lamia and I saw Draco and the others committing the crime, but there was no evidence left."

Lamia and Harry looked at each other and nodded. "Draco wants to poison all the Hippogriffs so that Hagrid can't teach us and he can get revenge."

Seeing that Hermione was confused, Harry quickly repeated Hagrid's words, and she became as indignant as he was.

"They are so mean! I have never seen such terrible wizards. Hagrid did nothing wrong! He should have rejected Malfoy harshly!" Hermione is worthy of being a good friend of Harry. Their reactions were exactly the same, and both of them had the urge to beat Draco up.

That's when Lamia had to calm them down, "Calm down, Hermione, we haven't found any evidence yet."

Hermione was much more rational than Harry. After a short while, she calmed down and began to think about the next plan with Lamia.

Lamia: "I think Draco and the others will come again. This time the medicine is probably just a test. There are less than three days until the next class. The effect of the medicine will not last that long. This means-"

Lamia paused, then looked at Hermione and Harry. They spoke almost in unison:

“They always have medicine on hand!”

Lamia: "Yes, we don't need to guard here. We just need to search for the medicine on them and hide it. When we go back, we can help Hagrid prove it."

……

The three of them climbed out of the window while Hagrid wasn't noticing and headed towards the Slytherin common room. During this time, Harry even went back to his dormitory to take his invisibility cloak.

Lamia didn't plan to walk in boldly. First, she was afraid of running into herself in this timeline, and second, she didn't want to meet those classmates.

But the three of them still had a hard time using an invisibility cloak. However, the situation got much better after Lamia turned into a bat and lay on Hermione's collar.

When a Slytherin student was about to enter the common room, Lamia and the other two followed him in. As soon as they entered, Harry and Hermione shuddered. This place was indeed the dampest and coldest place in the entire Hogwarts.
