There was no way Lamia could cook anything worthwhile in that kitchen, and besides, she couldn't cook.

"Hey, no, where are you going?" Li Yuan shouted behind Lamia, waving his hand holding the whisk, thinking that this would attract Lamia's attention.

But Lamia seemed to be completely unaware of the person behind her and kept walking forward. She now urgently needed to confirm one thing, which was closely related to her magic.

Lamia walked all the way to the end of the mountain before stopping. Standing on the edge of the mountain and looking down, she saw only layers of clouds.

Lamia closed her eyes and carefully felt the fluctuations of magic power in her body. She found that the magic power that should have disappeared with the metabolism of the Phoenix Tears still existed.

"So that's how it is." Lamia murmured, and a brilliant spark condensed at her fingertips, then suddenly dissipated with her thoughts.

Ever since she killed Tom with her own hands, her magic power has returned to normal and has no longer appeared intermittently. This can only mean that it was Tom who had been tampering with it all along.

Lamia guessed that the problem lies in the ceremony that Tom performed to resurrect her. Tom replaced Lamia's blood in some unknown way, and Lamia's magic power came entirely from her bloodline, which caused her to always lose her magic power because of sucking Tom's blood.

Lamia turned the ring on her ring finger, and an indescribable sadness arose.

Lamia sat by the mountain for a long time, until the last ray of sunlight was swallowed by the mountains, then she turned around and walked back.

Along the way, she discovered many things that she had not noticed when she came here, such as dancing mushrooms, singing sunflowers, and larks bathing in tree holes.

"What a mysterious East!" Lamia exclaimed, and reaching out, the still bouncing mushroom was in her palm.

Lamia looked around the mushroom but couldn't find where its hands, feet and eyes came from. Just as she was marveling at the wonders of nature, the mushroom in her hand suddenly jumped up and floated in the air with her hands on her hips.

"No, sister, can you speak?"

Lamia's eyes widened instantly, and she looked around to find the person who spoke, but there was only dark woods around her, without even a trace of light.

"Don't look for it, I'm the one talking." Mushroom jumped around in the air and even flipped over its own mushroom cap. Countless tiny particles flew onto Lamia's face, making her sneeze loudly.

Lamia finally believed that it was the mushroom in front of her that was speaking. "What kind of creature are you?" She looked at the red-capped mushroom with its hands on its hips and an arrogant look in disbelief.

"Finally you guys can talk! You Western wizards are really regressing. Each one is worse than the last one these years." Gugu kept complaining, the red mushroom cap opened and closed, and countless spores drifted away in the wind.

"I'm Mushroom, the only mushroom in the world that has become a spirit! What's your name?"

"Lamia Nocturne."

Lamia was becoming more and more shocked. This mushroom spoke without making any sound, but its words were transmitted to her brain without any language barrier and she could understand them directly.

"Little girl, I finally found you." Li Yuan's voice came from the woods in the distance, and then Lamia saw him running towards her panting.

"Stay away from it. It's a mushroom that has become a spirit. It has a strong hallucinogenic effect. You never know when it will harm you." Li Yuan was frightened by the mushroom jumping in front of Lamia before he could even catch his breath.

"Shut up, you stinky Taoist! How dare you make up stories about me? I'm older than your father. Be careful or I'll steal your pants in the middle of the night!" Gugu threatened with his teeth bared.

Li Yuan: "...Do you understand?"

Lamia: "I understand, I understand." After saying that, she immediately stood next to Li Yuan, away from Gugu.

After finally getting rid of the Mushroom King, Li Yuan finally took on the responsibilities of a teacher and took Lamia to see many things she had never seen before, such as grass that could adjust its own color, wild horses that could turn into stars, and various creatures that had become spirits.

"I've told you that this place is the most pristine, so don't be so surprised." Li Yuan looked at Lamia's eyes looking around proudly, and the whisk in his hand was almost thrown into the sky.

Even as she lay on the bed, Lamia couldn't help but recall everything she had just seen. She loved this place so much.

But no matter how excited one is, time will wear away the emotions, and Lamia finally returned to reality with reluctance.

"She's awake."

"The little snake is awake."

As soon as Lamia opened her eyes, she was surrounded by two furry red heads. "George, Fred, how on earth did you get in?" She curled up in the quilt with a headache, and no matter how the two men shouted, they didn't come out.

"Want to tell her, Fred?"

"Goodbye, George. If she finds out, we'll have to think of something else."

"That's it." The two voices combined and quarreled in Lamia's ears, making her irritated.

"Come out, little snake, we have something to ask you."

"Yes, yes, it's a big deal."

Fred was the first to stretch out his arm and try to pull Lamia out from under the quilt. Although George didn't do it himself, he cleverly conjured up a brazier in the room.

The blazing flames made Lamia even more irritated. "Okay, what on earth are you guys going to do?" She poked her head out from under the quilt in dissatisfaction.

"We want to invite you to a place, a place built just for you!"

"It's unique. You are the first one to be invited."

"No." Lamia refused bluntly. She didn't think this was a good thing. Based on the Weasley twins' usual behavior, she would just think that they had come up with some new way to play a prank on people.

"Why!" Fred shouted, holding his head. "We paid a huge price to come to you."

"A whole bag of Spit Blood gum plus three bags of Canary Cookies!"

"Don't forget your socks for a week!" Fred became even more depressed. He blinked and looked at Lamia pitifully. "Go ahead, go ahead. Just trust us this time."

"Yes, go ahead, go ahead, girlfriend."

"When?" Lamia pushed away the two people who kept shaking her and said with a sigh.

"Right now." Fred was so happy that he seemed to have seen how touched Lamia was. George was also so excited that he hugged Fred tightly.

After Lamia kicked the two out, she started packing her things. She casually changed into a black long dress brought by the twins. She quite liked the rose pattern printed on it.

Lamia pushed open the door and saw the twins standing outside with their arms around each other. When they saw Lamia, their eyes lit up.

"Fred, you picked out the dress!"

"That's great, George, you paid!" The two hugged each other with tears in their eyes, ignoring Lamia who was standing aside.

Lamia crossed her arms and looked at the two people who could no longer hug each other. Her tone was a little impatient, "Are you still going?"

"Of course." The two finally separated, each holding a hand and sandwiching Lamia in the middle, even trying to distinguish the hair scattered on their shoulders.

Lamia shook her head and simply tied her hair back. "Can we go now?"

"It's all your fault, George."

"It's your fault, Fred. If you hadn't insisted on taking an extra strand, my hair would have been touching Lamia's."

Lamia endured it all the way and actually got used to it. She could now treat the two people's voices as voice-overs, and could even skip them and talk to other people.

After finally walking a distance, Lamia thought they would be safe, but they were stopped just as they reached the gate of Hogsmeade.

"I've told you before, Lamia's not old enough." Fred complained and squeezed Lamia's palm.

"That's nothing. Let's try another route." George took out a tattered piece of parchment with a dismissive look.
