After HP shared the dream, Lao Fu was conquered by me

Chapter 105: Discovering the Secret Room (3)

"Lamia, she seems to be from your college." Harry squinted his eyes to see more clearly.

"Yes, Harry, she is Pansy Parkinson, and she lives next door to me." Lamia's eyes were serious. The black figure was approaching them step by step, but Harry pretended not to see it and still stared at Pansy on the ground.

"Harry, go and see what's going on with her first." After Lamia sent Harry away, she looked at the gloomy Tom. He still had that smile on his face that made her feel extremely disgusted.

"Lamia, long time no see." Tom's voice was no different from the one in the dream. If there was one change, it would probably be the murderous look in his eyes.

"Tom, how did you get here?" Lamia spoke only after making sure Harry couldn't hear her.

Tom didn't say anything, but looked at Pansy. Lamia followed his gaze and saw the open diary.

"I'm not..." Lamia's surprised expression made Tom mistakenly think that she was shocked that she didn't succeed in getting rid of herself.

"Lamia, I'm not an ordinary diary. I'm just a fragment of the soul that lives inside. You won't kill me so easily." Tom laughed sarcastically. "I told you long ago that if you dump me, I'll find you no matter where you are."

Lamia was speechless for the first time. Although Tom knew her, their memories were obviously out of sync. Even if she really did something to hurt him in the future, he should hate her at that time.

"Tom, would you believe me if I said you came at the wrong time?" Lamia said weakly.

"Oh, Lamia, you still want to lie to me. Do you think I will believe your lies? You have already killed me once. Am I so stupid in your eyes?" Tom's hands behind his back suddenly moved. Then he looked at Harry's direction without blinking, his lips moving slightly.

Lamia keenly sensed that something was wrong. She also smelled the extra fishy smell in the air. It was the basilisk!

"Harry, be careful!" Lamia shouted and looked in Harry's direction. Sure enough, behind him, a huge snake head was spitting out bright red tongue.

When Harry heard Lamia's voice, he closed his eyes tightly and relied on his hearing to barely avoid the basilisk's attack.

Lamia's heart was in her throat, but in Tom's eyes, it became: Lamia had a new love.

"Lamia, you are so sentimental," Tom said sarcastically, standing between Lamia and Harry. "I wonder if you will be sad if I kill him? Will you be sadder than when I died?" There was a subtle expectation in his voice.

Lamia hadn't intended to respond to him, but when she saw those familiar blue eyes, she questioned her decision for the first time, "Tom, you're important to me too."

Her eyes were sincere, but Tom laughed even harder when he heard it. "You're so perfunctory. You always say the same thing. How can I believe you?" He smiled, a glimmer of hope in his eyes. "Lamia, I won't believe you anymore."

Lamia felt a panic in her heart but she didn't know how to explain it, when suddenly Harry's scream caught her attention.

Lamia looked over and saw that Harry had climbed onto Salazar's statue at some point and was about to fall off because of the basilisk.

Lamia cursed Dumbledore over and over again in her heart. How could this old bee not worry at all? Wasn't Harry his favorite student? Yet he didn't care about it now.

Dumbledore didn't care, but Lamia couldn't just stand there and watch. No matter what, she was taking advantage of others.

So, Lamia threw a fireball at the basilisk, hoping to drive it away and give Harry some breathing space. However, Tom stopped her at the critical moment and said, "Lamia, if the basilisk can't kill you, then kill your new love and let him atone for your sins!"

Immediately afterwards, Tom recited a series of spells, and Lamia saw that the basilisk seemed to have been injected with stimulants, its eyes gradually turned from yellow to scarlet, and it pounced towards Harry.

At this moment, a clear cry of a phoenix was heard from the tunnel in the distance. Lamia immediately took back the fireball in her hand, and Dumbledore finally took action.

Suddenly a crimson bird, as big as a crane, dropped from the sky and began to play its strange music on the vaulted ceiling. It had a glittering golden tail, as long as a peacock's, and a pair of glittering golden claws, in which it clutched a tattered package.

A second later, the bird was flying straight at Harry. It dropped the tattered object in its claws at his feet, then stabbed its sharp claws into the basilisk's eye sockets, snatching out two large yellow eyeballs. As it pulled them out, the connecting blood vessels were severed, and foul-smelling blood spurted out of the basilisk's eye sockets and landed on the statue, quickly corroding a large piece of it.

The basilisk shook its head violently in pain, but Tom's spell was still working, so that the basilisk pounced on Harry desperately. In the end, Harry dodged it and fell heavily from the statue, raising a cloud of dust.

After completing its mission, Fox circled around the secret room. After a while, even Lamia could not see its shadow.

"Do you think it's over?" Tom laughed. "It's not that easy, Lamia. I want you to see him die with your own eyes." He chanted the spell again, and the basilisk on the ground seemed to be controlled by someone. Its huge body moved and attacked Harry again.

Harry was lying on the statue in a panic. He had been trying to avoid the basilisk's attack, but he couldn't care less now. The basilisk's huge body left him with almost no place to hide. Harry put the Sorting Hat on his head and slid down from the statue, shouting, "Help!"

He was exhausted, but the basilisk was like a mindless machine, not feeling any pain or tiredness. Harry still didn't understand why the basilisk was so determined to kill him.

Lamia watched from the side and admired Dumbledore's courage for putting Harry in such a dangerous situation just to test him.

At this moment, a loud bang! Something very hard and heavy fell on Harry's head, almost knocking him unconscious. Stars appeared in his eyes. He grabbed the top of his hat and tried to take it off, but he felt a long, hard object under the hat.

A gleaming silver sword appeared from the hat, its hilt set with a dazzling ruby the size of an egg.

Harry stood up from the ground and fled madly, still holding the sword in his hand. Although the basilisk was blinded, it could still smell Harry's scent and opened its mouth wide, wanting to swallow the fleeing Harry in one gulp.

"Harry, use the sword!" Lamia reminded from the side.

Just as the basilisk was about to swallow him, Harry channeled all his strength into the silver sword and stabbed it deep into the basilisk's upper jaw, so deep that it went all the way to the hilt.

However, just as the hot snake blood soaked Harry's arm, he suddenly felt a piercing pain - it was a venomous fang that was sinking deeper and deeper into his arm. When the basilisk twisted in pain and rolled to the ground to the side, the fang broke.
