Chapter 21

Mo Wuze was stuffed into Lu Ce's collar.

The motorcycle sped along the road.

Mo Wuze occasionally threw big balls of fire behind him.

Lu Ce saw the big and round fireball through the rearview mirror and felt a little jealous but he didn't say it.

Those zombies were knocked down one after another, but soon the latter would step on the corpses of the former and flutter forward.

Finding a gap, Mo Wuzhe took a breath.

"Uncle, do we have enough ammunition?" Mo Wuze asked.

"Not much." Lu Ce replied calmly.

"Ah! Then why are you still driving over there! Many of them don't have the ability to attack others." Mo Wuze complained.

Lu Ce took a deep breath and said, "I didn't know this inability to recognize the road could be hereditary. Kid, pay attention! This is the second time uncle has passed by here."

Mo Wuze fell silent as he looked at the same scenery around him.

Lu Ce chuckled, "Just like your father."

"Then what should we do now?" Mo Wuze asked.

"Your special ability is the strongest among us. Of course I will go around them while you throw fire to kill them." Lu Ce answered nonchalantly.

Mo Wu Ze was stunned. "No, I can't throw all this away even if I throw it away all night. And who will be killed by this? You are exploiting child labor! This superpower is not endless."

Mo Wuze said cursing.

Lu Ce couldn't help but chuckle again, "Just kidding, if you can throw it away, I'll drive slower, if you can't, I'll drive faster."

Mo Wuze bit his lip, looking troubled. "Then we can't just keep going like this, right?"

After turning a corner, the wind was very strong and Mo Wuze could not hear clearly what Lu Ce said.

"What?" Mo Wuze asked back.

Lu Ce lowered his body to whisper in Mo Wuze's ear, "Little devil, you look down on my Yi Yi too much."

Mo Wuze stared at Lu Ce's profile.

Mo Biyi looked at the weapons in the corner. Everyone had a pistol, but there were only a few bullets in it, which could not withstand the group of zombies at all.

"Have you contacted the people in the next province?" Mo Biyi asked Ke Yu.

Ke Yu tapped the desktop and said, "Even if I contacted him, he wouldn't be back so soon."

"They showed up with a helicopter that night," Mo Biyi said.

"No, the airport is full of zombies and they have to clear them out before they can set off." Ke Yu replied.

Mo Biyi's brows knitted together, "That's too late. If they don't dare to come back now, what if they run out of gas?"

Ke Yu didn't care. "You have to trust Ce'er. He'll find a way. He has our token on him. If he needed us, he would have given us a signal long ago. He's good at creating miracles."

Mo Biyi smiled at him, "You want him to create a miracle single-handedly?"

Ke Yu nodded seriously. "This happened more than once or twice during training. Now his behavior is even being singled out and discussed in class."

"But he is a human being, and sometimes he needs some help." Mo Biyi murmured.

At this moment, he felt ashamed of himself. He was actually interested in what Ke Yu said, and was interested in the five years he had missed with Lu Ce.

"Can you ask them to do me a favor?" Mo Biyi suddenly pointed at those who were still practicing their superpowers and asked.

Ke Yu raised his eyebrows. "As long as it doesn't involve their personal safety, I think they'd be happy to help you."

Mo Wuze was already panting when he shot out the fifteenth ball of fire.

"Uncle Lu, how about it, have you come up with an idea?" Mo Wuze asked.

Lu Ce saw that the largest tree near the abandoned factory had disappeared at some point, and there was also a bald spot next to it.

Maybe someone cut it while they were circling somewhere else.

"Observe again to see if there is anything different." Lu Ce said.

Mo Wuze narrowed his eyes and said with certainty, "No."

Lu Ce guided, "Take a closer look at the area on the other side of the factory hill."

Mo Wuze thought for a long time, "The tree is missing!"

Lu Ce curled his lips and said, "Well, we are going to change the route now. Please sit tight and hold on."

Mo Wuze was a little panicked, "Are you sure? Will it hurt Dad and the others?"

"I never hurt him!" Lu Ce's tone was very firm. At worst, if he guessed wrong, he would just take Mo Wuze away and go fight the zombies alone.

When approaching the second-to-last turn, Lu Ce's motorcycle had just passed when a lot of tree stumps fell from the mountain behind.

The zombies were a little stunned at first, but they quickly reacted and gathered together to create a staircase for the zombies to pass through.

Soon some liquid poured down from above, followed by sporadic small balls of fire falling down. The small balls of sparks fell on the tree stump, which had a burnt smell but was not enough to start a big fire.

Mo Wuze stretched out his palm to help with the sword, but looking at the small flame, he could only pull at Lu Ce's clothes.

"The energy is exhausted, it's your turn." Mo Wuze said.

Lu Ce casually threw out a fireball and successfully ignited the tree stump in front.

The zombies' path was temporarily cut off.

But Lu Ce knew that he couldn't leave yet. It was not safe. What if the fire was put out in the middle of the night and the zombies could sneak attack?

Sure enough, the zombies in the front were being burned by fire, and some of the zombies at the back were trying to bypass the obstacles and move to the sides like ants because the road was blocked.

Mo Wuze curled his lips. How could there be so many of them? This little measure couldn't stop them at all.

But the next second, the zombies that should have arrived here disappeared. Holes appeared on both sides of the mountain road and the zombies fell directly into them.

Mo Wuze was dumbfounded, "It's really powerful."

The hole has a bottom line. If more things fall in, the hole can be filled up and become a new passage.

Mo Wuze came out from Lu Ce.

"What are you doing?" Lu Ce asked.

"Replenish energy. Use it to kill zombies." Mo Wuze said coolly while grabbing the bread from the bag in front of him and eating it.

Lu Ce touched his chin, wondering: Is that it?

A voice came from behind him. Lu Ce glanced over and saw that it was the fire-type mutant he remembered.

They all used their special powers to set the remaining wooden stakes on fire.

The zombies finally realized they had to be afraid and looked like they were about to retreat. At this time, the sound of falling wooden stakes came from behind.

After a while, a clumsy-looking car suddenly appeared in sight.

The car stopped in front of them.

This time, Lu Ce saw that the person coming down was a controller of earth-type supernatural powers. They worked together to attack a part of one of the mountains.

The mountain shook a little, which was rare.

The man in the driver's seat wasn't Mo Biyi. He came out with his head tilted, "Captain Lu, everyone, retreat!"

Those who take the car take the car, those who ride the motorcycle ride the motorcycle, and those who run run.

When everyone returned to the factory, Mo Biyi saw all the zombies buried in the yellow sand on the top floor of the factory.

Mo Biyi let out a breath.
