Wanjie: Genshin Impact Dark Fruit

Chapter 24 Eula Lawrence

Three days later, Yeqi, Ying and the other two from Mondstadt prepared to go to the tavern to prepare the Angel's Gift and go look for Wendy.

As soon as the three entered the tavern, they saw a young man dressed in green and white silk, holding an organ and singing a poem. It was Mond's famous poem about Vanessa, so there were many people here to support him.

Every time she sang to a wonderful part, a drunkard would pour out a glass of wine and put it on the small table next to Wendy. Looking at the rows of wine on the table, it can be seen that Wendy's singing skills are still very good.

Yeqi and the others did not disturb Wendy, but stood aside and listened quietly to Wendy's poems. Some of what Wendy said was not wrong. He was indeed the best bard in all of Teyvat.

With her cheerful voice, good looks and graceful figure, and the fact that Wendy is androgynous, and there is no shortage of perverts and drunkards in the pub, Wendy is very popular in the stadium.

One of the drunks next to Ye Qi said with regret, "What a pity! What a pity! Why is it a man?"

The man next to the drunk was probably his friend, so he knew him well. He said to him with a look of disdain, "I don't know you yet. It's not the first day you knew he was a man, but you still come here every day. Since you knew he was a man, you've come even more frequently." He then stared straight at Wendy's white stockings.

The innocent Paimon's CPU started to smoke when he heard these words. He looked at the drunks talking with a chill on his face. He looked at Wendy on the stage and muttered, "Is the singing business so boring in Mondstadt these days?"

Ye Qi saw Wendy busy with his tavern business, so Ye Qi took Ying and Paimeng, looked around and didn't see any seats, so he glanced around to see if he could find someone to share a table with.

When Ye Qi saw someone sitting at an empty table in the corner, his eyes lit up and he pulled Ying over and said, "Can we share a table?"

I couldn't see clearly from a distance, but when I got closer I saw a beautiful woman sitting there.

A black lace headband is placed around his short blue hair with white tips, fixed by a metal four-leaf hair ornament on the left side of his head. He is wearing a knight outfit that is neat and elegant. The middle row of fabric in the black bodysuit is relatively thin, and the white lace short jacket is tied to his body with a chest strap. The forearms under the double-layered trumpet sleeves are protected by metal armor, and his hands are wearing a pair of black gloves with blue palms. A double-layered cape is draped over his right shoulder. The close-fitting layer is white and gradually turns yellow, and the outer layer is blue. The ice-attributed Eye of God is pinned to the feather ornament on the front shoulder cape. He wears high-heeled boots that reach his thighs. The inside of his legs are reinforced with black leather belts, and there are silver spurs on the back of the boots (must be collected).

When Youla heard someone talking to her, she was stunned for a moment, then she looked at the two people and a flying object in front of her with a confused look in her eyes. Youla had just returned to Mondstadt two days ago and obviously did not recognize Yeqi, Ying and Paimon.

Seeing that Youla was in a daze, Ye Qi stretched out his hand and waved it in front of her. Youla came to her senses and subconsciously agreed to share the table with her.

When Ying saw Youla, her eyes lit up, and she stretched out her hand to greet him, saying, "Hello, my name is Ying, and the person next to me is Yeqi."

Paimon: "My name is Paimon."

Ye Qi also greeted him. Seeing that everyone had greeted him, Youla responded to each one of them, having learned aristocratic etiquette since childhood. She introduced herself, "Hello, my name is Youla Lawrence." After the introduction, she seemed to remember something and her eyes darkened. She then continued to talk about Mondstadt, a nobleman of Mondstadt who was born into the old royal family and carried a sinful bloodline.

When Paimon heard this, he looked around and found that the people around him were looking at this side and whispering to each other from time to time. Thinking of Yula drinking alone here, he couldn't help but feel a little sympathetic.

Yula noticed Paimon's eyes, and immediately said arrogantly, "How dare you look at me like that? I will remember this grudge."

Paimon was a little scared when he heard this and hid behind Ye Qi, but when he saw Youla tilting his head tsunamiously, he felt that the scene in front of him was familiar and flew to Ying's side and whispered in his ear: "Ying, is this a tsunami?"

Ying watched the interaction between Youla and Paimon, and his eyes lit up when he thought of the tsundere character that Yeqi had given him in the comic book.

So Ying imitated a certain Ai Li and said, "Oh, oh, what a lovely girl!" Then Ying looked at Youla with bright eyes.

When Yula heard what Ying said, she was stunned for a moment, then her ears turned red and she said in a nervous tone, "Cute or something, I'll remember this grudge."

After saying that, she felt something was wrong and was about to get up and leave, but her pride got in the way and she didn't want to leave like that, so she turned her head away and stopped looking at Ying.

Ye Qi couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity when watching Ying's operation. As he watched, he thought of a certain pink-haired girl. Although she didn't imitate it very well, Ye Qi still thought of the leader of the Lesbian Club. Suddenly, he felt that he should not have given the Blue Heart comics to Ying.

Ying has been reading comics recently. I don’t know why she is very interested in comics about Sailor Moon, Monkey Soju, or Chasing Husband Crematorium. When Ying saw the comics about Honkai Impact 3rd, she was completely fascinated by it.

During these three days of traveling, I had to carry her in my arms every time and I just read comics there, but the lovely Ying is my wife, so I can only pamper her.

Ye Qi looked at Youla who was becoming more and more embarrassed, so he stopped Ying from acting more and more like Aili and apologized to Youla. She was like this sometimes.

When Ying saw that she was stopped from looking at Ye Qi, she jokingly said, "Oh, Ye is jealous!"

Seeing Ying treating him like this again, Ye Qi couldn't help but give her a slap on the head and said unhappily, "Don't follow that pink-haired girl in the comics anymore. Be careful not to be led astray. I'll take you to that world when the time comes."

When Ying heard this, her eyes suddenly lit up. The depression she had felt just now, like being hit on the head, disappeared immediately. So she quickly stepped forward, grabbed Ye Qi's arm, shook it, and said coquettishly, "Really? Really? You can't lie to me."

Seeing this, Ye Qi smiled helplessly and touched Ying's head, coaxing her: "There will be a chance in the future."

Seeing Ye Qi and Ying chatting there, Paimon stopped paying attention to them and asked Youla, "The bloodline of a sinner is too much. How can they think that a person's bloodline is sinful?"

When Ye Qi heard Paimon's words, he put his arm around Ying's waist and said with some disdain that the Lawrence family of Mond was a family of sinners because they had done things that harmed Mond in ancient Mond, and then they were overthrown by Vanessa in the story that Wendy had just sung. Although they were overthrown, the free Mond people passed on their hatred to the next generation, leading to Yula's current situation.

Paimon couldn't help but stamp his feet and said angrily: "How could Wendy do this? How could she say in front of Youla that Paimon was going to stop Wendy?"

Ye Qi quickly stopped Paimon and whispered, "Don't you see that the story Wendy sang is different from what's recorded in history? It's just like the Wind Dragon. No one knew he was Tevarin, the Guardian of the East Wind, which led to misunderstandings. Wendy used poetry to let us know the truth about Tevarin."

After hearing Ye Qi's words, Paimon came back to his senses and listened carefully to the story that Wendy was singing. It was indeed a little different. It told the story of a member of the Lawrence family who rebelled against Lawrence's brutal rule.
