After traversing the dense forest of ghosts and harvesting the purifying power of the ghostly fragrance, Yunxuan and Yaoyue continued to follow the guidance of the star map, arriving at the edge of a vast lake. The water shimmered in the sunlight, as if spread out across a layer of brilliant silver gauze. A gentle breeze rippled the surface, reflecting a myriad of colors, connecting the sky and the lake into a dreamy expanse of blue.

Yao Yue looked at the shimmering lake and whispered, "The scenery here is truly marvelous. The lake exudes a tranquil and mysterious aura. It seems to conceal some unknown power."

Yunxuan nodded, gazing deeply at the lake in the distance. "This lake is called the 'Lake of Floating Light.' It's said that a very precious deity, the 'Water Moon Spirit Pearl,' lies dormant at the bottom of the lake. This pearl contains pure water spiritual power, and is said to be able to purify the soul in an instant, granting the practitioner a mind as clear as water."

However, as they moved forward, the light around them gradually became erratic, as if the illusions of the watery wonderland began to shake their hearts. Yaoyue took a deep breath, nodded, and gradually regained her composure. Yunxuan nodded slightly and slowly reached out to the spirit pearl. The moment his fingertips touched the spirit pearl, a refreshing spiritual energy instantly permeated his body.
