Under a star-filled night sky and a gentle breeze, Yunxuan and Yaoyue sat in their shelter by a warm fire, their faces lit up by the flames. Yaoyue's eyes flickered with anticipation for the unknown, yet a deep sense of nervousness lingered. Since receiving the star map, their lives seemed to be drawn by a mysterious force, leaving them unpredictable.

"Yunxuan, where should we go next?" Yaoyue asked softly, with a hint of hesitation in her eyes.

"I want to go to the eastern cliffs. There's the legendary 'Taste of the Sky' there," Yun Xuan answered confidently, a hint of excitement on his face. "There's a faint mark on the star map. Perhaps we can find new clues."

Yao Yue frowned slightly. "But I heard that area is guarded by a powerful being. Should we proceed with caution?"

"Yunxuan, be careful!" she warned, feeling extremely alert.

At this moment, a low roar echoed from the depths of the cliff, shaking the air. Yunxuan and Yaoyue looked at each other, realizing the danger they might face.

"It's the Guardian!" Yun Xuan's expression turned serious. "We must find its weakness before we can move on."

"But what should we do now?" Yaoyue's voice trembled, and the uneasy feeling in her heart surged again.

"We need to get closer to the edge of the cliff and look for opportunities." Yunxuan's eyes were firm, and he took Yaoyue carefully to the cliff.

The two held their breath, the scene at the edge of the cliff breathtaking. Countless shadows seemed to be swimming in the abyss. Yun Xuan mustered up his courage and threw a stone into the depths of the cliff, which immediately caused a violent ripple. The creatures in the abyss seemed to feel threatened and roared angrily.

"We must find clues to the 'Taste of the Sky' quickly!" Yun Xuan whispered, with an unyielding light in his eyes.

Just as they were concentrating, a huge monster suddenly jumped out from the depths of the cliff, covered with thick scales, with a cunning and fierce light in its eyes, and pounced towards them.

"Hurry, Yaoyue, get out of the way!" Yunxuan shouted, and instantly pulled Yaoyue to dodge to the side.

Yaoyue's heart was beating violently. She suddenly realized that her strength seemed insignificant in the face of such a powerful enemy. But she didn't want to drag Yunxuan down, so she decided to fight alongside him.

"I'll attract its attention, and you attack from the side!" Yunxuan's command was concise and decisive.

Amid the beast's roar, Yunxuan nimbly dodged in front of the monster, looking for an opportunity to attack. Yaoyue moved quietly, attempting a sneak attack from the side.

"I understand!" A fighting passion ignited in Yaoyue's heart. She mustered up her courage and finally attacked the monster. The blade flashed in the sunlight, drawing a beautiful arc and heading straight for the monster's flank.

But the monster reacted extremely quickly, turning around and roaring as it lunged towards Yaoyue. Yaoyue felt a wave of fear and panic in her heart, almost losing her balance, but she steadied herself in an instant and refused to retreat.

At this critical moment of life and death, Yunxuan decisively rushed forward, trying his best to draw the monster's attention back to himself, and instantly rolled in the air, successfully dodging it.

"Yaoyue, hurry up now!" Yunxuan shouted loudly, with fighting spirit flashing in his eyes.

"We succeeded." Yunxuan looked at Yaoyue, his heart filled with relief.

"But this is just the beginning." Yao Yue smiled slightly, and the tension in her heart gradually dissipated. "We still have more challenges waiting for us."
