Kangxi: "Liang Jiugong, convey my decree. Uya dared to harbor evil intentions towards the Empress. She is to be executed. All members of the Uya clan, including those holding official positions, will have their official hats stripped and exiled to Ningguta as slaves to the armored men. They will never be allowed to set foot in the capital again!"

Liang Jiugong: "Okay, I'll do it right away. Call the guards to drag the man away and deal with him." He withdrew and immediately went to convey the emperor's order.

Kangxi stared at Qingyao and said softly, "Qingqing, let's go back."

Qingyao smiled and responded: "I will listen to you, my husband."

Kangxi held her soft little hand tightly, and the two of them walked together, leaving the Imperial Garden and returning to the solemn Kunning Palace together.

Qingyao followed him into the inner hall, her eyes unconsciously falling on her son, who was still playing with the cat slave on the Arhat couch. His childish laughter and carefree appearance brought a warm feeling to Qingyao's heart.

Kangxi: "Why don't Chenghu and the others come to look for this little guy?"

Qingyao sat elegantly on the Arhat couch and said softly, "They must feel relieved knowing that Yinzhen is with me."

Kangxi: "Or I can ask Liang Jiugong to send Yinzhen back to Yuqing Palace. He is too much of a nuisance here." He looked disgusted.

Qingyao said to Kangxi with a hint of helplessness: "My husband, he is your son, can you please not be so obviously disgusted with him?"

Kangxi: "Of course I know he is my son, but if he is with you, can you still accompany me wholeheartedly?"

Qingyao deliberately whispered softly, "Husband, how about letting Yinzhen stay in Kunning Palace tonight?"

Kangxi: "Do you dare to keep him and try?!"

Qingyao covered her mouth and chuckled, a mischievous glint in her eyes: "Of course I won't leave him in Kunning Palace."

A sly glint flashed in Kangxi's eyes, and the corners of his mouth curled up slightly, as if he had foreseen what was to come. He chuckled softly, "You'll see how powerful I am later."

Qingyao called softly, "Spring rain."

Chunyu gently pushed open the door of the inner hall: "My Lady."

Qingyao softly instructed Chunyu, "Send the Fifth Prince back to Yuqing Palace and hand him over to the Crown Prince."

Chun Yu responded respectfully, "Yes, my lady."

Qingyao gently picked up the little kid who was playing with the cat slave and handed him to Chunyu, saying softly, "Chunyu, take the Fifth Prince to Yuqing Palace."

Chunyu gently embraced the Fifth Prince, then quietly retreated.

The little kid was well behaved and didn't cry or make a fuss.

Qingyao smiled and said, "Husband, you can rest assured now."

Kangxi asked softly, "My dear, did what happened in the Imperial Garden today frighten you?"

Qingyao sighed with lingering fear: "Thanks to my husband's protection, I was not frightened."

Kangxi suggested, "Why don't you call the imperial physician to see you? Have your maid light some calming incense tonight so you can get some good rest."

Qingyao nodded and said, "Everything is up to my husband. Then let's summon the imperial physician to take a look."

Kangxi: "Alas, I should have not taken you to the Imperial Garden. I didn't expect such a scene to happen."

Qingyao said softly, "My husband, you are not a prophet. How could you have predicted that the Wuya clan would wait in the dark for an opportunity to act?"

Kangxi said with regret: "Alas, if I had sent her to the Xinzheku, perhaps everything would have been different. I should have sent people to guard her strictly, and we wouldn't be in this situation today."

Qingyao said, "According to what you said, I should have let her do whatever she wanted without interfering and let her climb up as she pleased."

Kangxi said seriously, "The Dragon Bed is not for anyone to climb. Except for you and the children, no one else can get close to it!"
