Practice begins with immortality

As Wang Bai gained a preliminary understanding of the world of immortal cultivation, he decided to practice the "Qi Refining Art".

The Art of Refining Qi is divided into thirteen levels, corresponding to the thirteen small realms of the Qi Refining period. When Wang Bai completed his own transformation, the spiritual energy of the surrounding heaven and earth rushed into Wang Bai's Dantian frantically, and he continued to refine Qi at the first level, the second level... and finally stopped at the fourth level. But Wang Bai could feel that it was because the spiritual energy of heaven and earth was thin. If the spiritual energy was abundant, he could directly break through to the middle stage of Qi Refining.
