Oritis in the world of Detective Conan

Chapter 89: The Apocalypse of Sherlock Holmes (Part 2)

[Bartender: Well, the bug has been taken out and thrown away.]

[Perfumer: Demi, you acted really well, but we are still good sisters, right?]

[Air Force: However, most of the time, Demi's drinks wouldn't be refilled for various reasons.]

[Bartender: Marta, you can't even drink.]

[Wax sculptor: So, are you really planning to have a gang-on-gang fight with those gangs?]

[Bartender: Who told them to copy my Dovlin? The quality is so poor.]

[Ms. Farrow: I think they'll probably die without knowing that you attacked them because of quality control issues.]

On Xiaolan's side, she met Minerva Glass on Baker Street and they had a great conversation.

Conan was at a loss because he couldn't find any clues, and he just missed Ms. Diana's dinner time.

Xiaolan called Conan. In order to prevent Xiaolan from coming to pick them up, Conan stood under the Big Ben and made up a lie that they were at the London Eye.

At the dinner party, after Xiaolan left, Maori Kogoro, who was illiterate in English, was left alone facing a group of foreigners.

Ms. Diana introduced the friends she brought with her to Maori Kogoro, and the bewildered Maori Kogoro finally saw his savior.

"Master Antonio, you are here too."

"Isn't this Detective Maori? Were you also invited by Lady Diana?" The violinist (magic echo) was wearing a white suit at the moment. He had just finished playing a piece and was about to put down his violin to come to the table for a few drinks.

The sculptor (the Night Devil) kept a close eye on the violinist to prevent him from causing any more trouble.

[Sculptor: Don’t drink too much, don’t drink too much, don’t drink too much…]

[Violinist: I see (shrinks).]

[Composer: I actually think that you, Antonio, have lost to Galatea in terms of the magic sound.]

[Violinist: Stop it, woooo.]

[Bartender: Why don’t you come over to my place for a drink after we’re done?]

[Violinist: Yeah!]

[Toy Merchant: But if you go to Demi's place, you can't go to the casino.]

[Air Force: After all, your terrible gambling skills can't even save Evelyn.]

[Violinist: All right.]

Ms. Diana introduced the violinist and the sculptor to Maori Kogoro: "This is Master Antonio. He is the most famous violin master recently. It seems that you two know each other."

"I met Detective Mori once in Japan." The violinist took the initiative to help translate for Kogoro Mori.

"And this is Ms. Galatea, a sculptor. Even though she's in a wheelchair, her sculptures look as if they're alive. They're truly astonishing."

The sculptor nodded slightly to Maori Kogoro and pushed the wheelchair in front of Maori Kogoro. "Detective Maori, please help me keep an eye on Antonio. He's been drinking and making mistakes too many times."

The sculptor gave what she thought was a kind smile, but she didn't know that this smile was quite scary when combined with her slightly young face.

Frightened Maori Kogoro: "No, no problem, ma'am."

"Oh, and these two, of course." Ms. Diana turned and came to the perfumer and photographer.

"The famous perfumer, Ms. Vera Nel, her perfume brand is very popular among the ladies. And this is Mr. Joseph De La Thornes, the spokesperson for the perfume brand. It's a pity that Mrs. Bella seems to have other plans and can't come."

The perfumer (not here tonight) and the photographer (DM) nodded to Kogoro Mouri.

"I heard that you are a famous detective in Japan. Could you please tell me your story?" Ms. Diana's face was full of anticipation.

Now the violinist could not help him. He quickly slipped to a waiter holding wine and started drinking, leaving Kogoro Mouri standing there awkwardly.

The sculptor immediately stared at the violinist with angry eyes and pushed his wheelchair over to try to stop him.

[Sculptor: You two come over here and help stop him!]

[Perfumer: Ugh, it smells so strongly of alcohol, I don't want to go there.]

[Photographer: I'll go. (He holds his forehead)]

[Violinist: Wait a minute, I just had a few drinks.]

[Perfumer: You promised Demi you'd go drink with her later. Don't you have any self-control?]

In the end, the photographer dragged the violinist back to the sculptor, and the violinist leaned on the back of the sculptor's wheelchair with a look of grievance.

While running on the bridge, Xiaolan decided to call Kudo Shinichi first. Conan picked up the phone and planned to put it off, but he never expected that the bell of Big Ben exposed the fact that "Kudo Shinichi is also in London". Xiaolan came to catch him angrily.

After asking a group of passers-by, Xiaolan blocked Conan in a phone booth. In order to avoid exposing himself as Kudo Shinichi, Conan, who was desperate, had to take the medicine that was supposed to be used for the return journey and turned back into Kudo Shinichi.

With smoke still coming out of his head, Kudo Shinichi pushed open the door of the phone booth and walked out.

Feeling very aggrieved, Xiaolan couldn't stop crying and kept blaming Kudo Shinichi.

Seeing that Kudo Shinichi was still obsessed with solving the puzzle of the Apocalypse, Xiaolan wiped her tears and ran away sadly. Kudo Shinichi hurriedly chased after her.

This scene was seen by the bartender and wax sculptor who had finished their work at the back of the street.

[Bartender: What's your EQ? If the girl you love most cries in front of you, you should at least comfort her first.]

[Wax Artist: This kind of mentality is really hard to evaluate.]

After catching up with Xiaolan, Kudo Shinichi directly said those words of confession.

"You are a very difficult unsolved case for me."

"There are too many emotional factors. Even if I were Sherlock Holmes, I wouldn't be able to help."

"It's really hard to correctly infer the psychology of the girl you like."

“You say love is 0, but 0 is the beginning of everything. If you don’t start from there, nothing will begin and nothing can be achieved.”

Touched, Ran immediately forgave Kudo Shinichi for his previous series of actions that had angered her. Kudo Shinichi then separated from Ran, saying he still needed to investigate the code, as he would need to find a reason for Conan's "disappearance" later.

After separating from Xiaolan, Kudo Shinichi and Dr. Agasa were walking on the street and saw the bartender and wax sculptor on the corner again. He noticed that the barrel in the bartender's hand was gone.

"The matter is finally resolved. In a few minutes, those guys who coveted my recipe will disappear from the world." The bartender stretched.

"It seemed like I was the one doing all the hard work just now, while you were cheering me on from behind and drinking the wine you brought." The wax artist was a little dissatisfied.

"Thank you for your hard work, Master Artist. It's a shame that no one can appreciate the works of art you just created."

There was a loud bang and thick smoke drifted from the distance. Kudo Shinichi was also startled by the noise.

"Perfect, a bomb worthy of Guard No. 26. The police will probably close the case as a boiler explosion."

"Okay, let's not discuss this on the street. It's time to go."

"OK, I wonder what my companions in other places are doing?"

Shinichi Kudo, who was hiding in the alley and eavesdropping on their conversation, broke out in a cold sweat. It seemed that the Oritis organization was also involved in the underworld.

I wonder when their true intentions will become apparent.
