Mrs. Lu loves you to death

Chen Zhiyu did not sleep very well.

She dreamt of her childhood, with Xie Yun, her parents, and so on... A happy and joyful family, but a fire destroyed everything. She and her younger brother hid in a large secret compartment on the first floor where her mother kept gifts for her father. The compartment was spacious, but her mother didn't know about it. The two of them found out by accident when she went downstairs to get a drink of water at night and encountered her father sneaking around. Later, that place became the secret base for the three of them.

In the middle of the night, someone sneaked into the house. She had a habit of getting up at night, and upon discovering the intruder, she immediately went to find her parents. Her father told her to take her younger brother and hide there, which she obediently did with Xie Yun. Some time later, the house caught fire.

The raging fire, like a demon from hell, engulfed their entire home. It was also through the firelight that they could see the man's face through the cracks in the fire.

The man only left the house after seeing that the fire had grown large enough, but he did not leave.

When the two came out of the hidden compartment, they wanted to sneak away through the back door. As she pulled Xie Yun away, a happy family photo of the four of them fell straight off the wall and hit Xie Yun in the face, which is how Xie Yun's face was split in two.

The man taking the picture spotted two children in the firelight and immediately gave chase. The two children fled, covered in wounds.

The camera suddenly focuses on her leaving the frightened Xie Yun in the garbage heap on the beach, and then running away.

She wanted to hold onto her, but she couldn't, she couldn't leave A-Yun here alone. But she still left. The man fired a few shots in her direction, then there was no more movement. The man searched for a long time but couldn't find her; instead, he found a pool of blood on the beach.

After being shot, she fell into the sea. When she woke up, she was already on a fishing boat. The bullet had only grazed her, not penetrated her. Then she appeared by the Chen family's roadside. The last time she saw the Chen family's license plate, she collapsed by the roadside. When she woke up again, she didn't know how much time had passed. When Mo Shaoxuan and Yuan Shen arrived at the hospital after receiving the news, they witnessed this scene.

Yuan Shen: "How are you? Are you alright?"

"I'm fine."

Mo Shaoxuan: "Then is it a psychological problem? Have you seen a psychologist?"

"She doesn't want to wake up right now, so it's no use asking anyone. Let's wait and see. Lu Tingchuan is on his way back; hopefully he'll have a solution."

Yuan Shen hummed in agreement.

Xie Yun thought for a moment, then looked at Yuan Shen and said, "The children are at the Chen family's house. You two should send a few more people to keep watch over them."
