After reading out Zhao Yunting's rank conferment order, Commander Feng turned to look at Li Mo'er, who was happy for Zhao Yunting, and then shouted: "Li Mo'er, captain of the South China Sea Fleet frigate, deputy regimental commander, and deputy director of the National Security Department, listen to my orders!"

Li Mo'er was startled, thinking, "Oh my god, is there something else for me to do?"

She quickly took a few steps forward, saluted Commander Feng, and then stood there straight.

Commander Feng took the "Military Rank Order" handed over by Political Commissar Kong, opened it, and read: "Comrade Li Mo'er, captain of the South China Sea Fleet frigate and deputy regimental commander, has been conscientious and diligent since joining the army, has repeatedly made meritorious contributions, and has never complained about serving the country and the people. After research and decision by the State Council, Comrade Li Mo'er is hereby appointed as the deputy captain of the aircraft carrier Huaxia Yue Dong. We hope that you will not forget your original aspiration and keep your mission in mind."

The officers below the stage applauded enthusiastically again. Li Mo'er never expected that she would be able to serve as the deputy captain of this aircraft carrier.

As the applause subsided, Commander Feng handed the red "Military Rank Appointment Certificate" to Li Mo'er.

Then, after taking another "Military Rank Order" from Political Commissar Kong, he opened it and said again: "Comrade Li Mo'er, captain of the South China Sea Fleet frigate and deputy regimental commander, listen to my orders."

Li Mo'er stood up straight again, waiting for Commander Feng to read the announcement.

Commander Feng read aloud: "After deliberation by the South China Sea Fleet Command, it has been decided that, effective today, Comrade Li Mo'er, the deputy captain of the aircraft carrier Yue Dong and captain of the frigate, is hereby appointed as the regimental commander. I hope you will continue your efforts, work diligently and conscientiously, guard against arrogance and impetuosity, and strive to consolidate coastal defense and safeguard the socialist construction of our motherland!"

Li Mo'er saluted and said, "Thank you for the trust placed in me by the country and all the leaders. I will certainly strengthen my self-discipline and conduct, and remain loyal to the motherland and the people."

Then, Political Commissar Kong personally removed their shoulder insignia, and Commander Feng also personally put new shoulder insignia on them.

This is an immense honor. It's worth noting that Commander Feng has never given shoulder insignia to anyone else in the entire South China Sea Fleet.

After putting on their shoulder insignia, Zhao Yunting and Li Mo'er saluted Commander Feng and Political Commissar Kong, and then saluted the officers below them.

After the two of them left, Commander Feng began to appoint military ranks to the others.

At 7:30, after all the officers eligible for promotion had stepped down from the stage, Commander Feng said, "Now, please move to the next stage and participate in the aircraft carrier commissioning ceremony."

In July, Tianjin is a place of vast sea and sky, with boundless blue waves. On the shore, the Guangdong East warship stands tall, its flag flying high.

More than 2,000 representatives from the South China Sea Fleet and other military units lined up neatly at the dock, creating a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere.

At 8:00 a.m. sharp, the flag-presenting ceremony officially began, and the entire audience sang the Chinese national anthem.

The five-star red flag was slowly raised, and the honor guard, protecting the August 1st Army Flag, marched in formation to the front of the rostrum.

Li Mo'er's godfather received the August 1st Army Flag from the honor guard and presented it to Zhao Yunting and Li Mo'er, who were marching in.

The two men stood on either side of the old leader, taking a group photo with him.

After the flag-raising ceremony, a group of people boarded the aircraft carrier. The clean and tidy deck was covered with colorful flags.

A group of officers followed their old leader as they toured the aircraft carrier, learning in detail about its layout and carrier-based aircraft.

Then we visited the electromagnetic catapult room, radar control room, canteen, dormitory and other areas.

At 11:30 a.m., a group of people had lunch together in the aircraft carrier's restaurant.

After the meal, the former leader left by car, and all the people who came to witness the ceremony also left one after another.

Zhao Yunting and Li Mo'er arrived at the conference room, which was already filled with officers of all ranks from the aircraft carrier.

These people are all elite personnel selected by the South China Sea Fleet. Two months ago, they came to the shipyard to familiarize themselves with their job responsibilities.

Zhao Yunting and Li Mo'er knew many of the people here, and when they saw the two of them enter, enthusiastic applause rang out from below the stage.

Zhao Yunting looked at his future comrades below and said, "I am very happy to serve with you all on the Yue Dong ship in the future. I hope that we can work together with one heart and one mind to protect the vast sea areas of our China!"

Another round of enthusiastic applause erupted from the audience. After a long while, Zhao Yunting gestured for Li Mo'er to say a few words as well.
