From an ordinary boy to a legendary god

The family's internal disputes had temporarily subsided, but Lin Feng's worries remained undiminished. These past few days, he'd been alone in the family library, reading ancient books, trying to find ways to strengthen the family and unite its members.

One day, Lin Feng was immersed in an ancient secret book when a mysterious letter was delivered to him. The letter was unsigned, simply instructing him to go to an abandoned temple in the mountain behind his family at midnight.

Lin Feng was confused, but his strong curiosity drove him to decide to go and find out.

At midnight, moonlight streamed down the mountain path. The surroundings were eerily quiet, broken only by the occasional cry of a night owl. Lin Feng approached the temple cautiously, sword tightly gripped, alert to any movement around him.

When he finally arrived at the temple, he saw flickering candlelight inside and a dark shadow standing in front of the statue.

"You're finally here." The shadow's voice was low and hoarse.

Lin Feng frowned, "Who are you? Why did you ask me to come here?"

The shadow turned around, revealing a ferocious face with a deep scar over his left eye. "It doesn't matter who I am. What matters is that you've been dragged into a massive conspiracy."

Lin Feng's heart tightened, "What conspiracy?"

The shadow sneered, "Your family is about to face catastrophic disaster."

"Nonsense!" Lin Feng shouted angrily.

The shadow ignored his anger and continued, "Someone has secretly colluded with other forces and is planning to attack your family. And you are just a pawn in their plan."

Lin Feng clenched his fists, "I won't let them succeed!"

The black shadow laughed strangely, "Just you? Too naive!"

At this moment, there was a sudden noise of footsteps outside the temple.

"Oh no, we've fallen into a trap!" Lin Feng realized that the situation was not good.

A group of men in black rushed into the temple and surrounded Lin Feng.

"Lin Feng, today is the day you die!" the leading man in black said viciously.

Lin Feng glared at them, "Who are you?"

The man in black sneered, "You don't need to know, prepare to die!"

After saying that, the men in black rushed forward and started a fierce battle with Lin Feng.

Lin Feng was agile and his sword moves were sharp, and for a moment the man in black could not get close to him.

"This kid is pretty powerful!" said one of the men in black.

The leading man in black shouted, "Stop talking nonsense, and attack together!"

While fighting, Lin Feng was thinking about how to break out. He found that these men in black did not seem to come simply to kill him, and there was some kind of pattern hidden in their moves.

"Are they trying to delay time?" Lin Feng thought to himself.

At this moment, the scarred shadow slipped away in the chaos.

"Don't let him run away!" Lin Feng wanted to chase him, but was held tightly by the man in black.

After a hard fight, Lin Feng finally found a flaw and broke out of the encirclement.

He chased in the direction the shadow fled. Along the way, branches scratched his clothes and thorns pricked his skin, but he ignored them.

Finally, in a valley, Lin Feng saw the black shadow again.

"Stop!" Lin Feng shouted.

The shadow stopped and turned around, a strange smile on his face, "You've finally caught up with me, but you can't escape now."

As soon as he finished speaking, more men in black appeared around the valley.

Lin Feng looked around, secretly groaning in his heart, but his eyes remained firm, "Even if I die, I will uncover your conspiracy!"
