From an ordinary boy to a legendary god

Lin Feng, an ordinary teenager living in a modern city, has a strong character and is full of curiosity and a desire to explore the unknown world. He loves martial arts novels and fantasy movies, and often fantasizes about possessing extraordinary powers and venturing into magical worlds.

On a stormy night, Lin Feng was nestled in his small room, immersed in a fantasy novel as usual. Suddenly, a dazzling flash of lightning streaked across the night sky, followed by a deafening roar of thunder. Lin Feng felt only a flash of white light before he lost consciousness.

When Lin Feng regained consciousness, he found himself in an unfamiliar place. He slowly opened his eyes and saw a lush forest. Tall trees reached up to the sky, and sunlight filtered through the leaves, creating streaks of golden light. Lin Feng's mouth dropped open in surprise. He tried to stand up, but found his body incredibly heavy.

"Where is this? How did I get here?" Lin Feng muttered to himself, his heart full of confusion and fear.

He looked around and found that his clothes had become tattered and were no longer the modern clothes he was familiar with. Lin Feng tried hard to recall what had happened before, but the only thing in his mind was the dazzling lightning and the deafening thunder.

"Did I travel through time?" This thought flashed through Lin Feng's mind. He couldn't believe that this kind of plot that only appeared in novels and movies would happen to him.

Lin Feng took a deep breath and tried to calm himself. He began to examine his body and found no obvious injuries besides his torn clothes. He stood up and stretched his arms and legs, feeling that his body seemed stronger than before.

"Now that I'm here, I'll make the best of it. Since I've traveled to this strange world, I'll live well. Maybe I'll have some adventures." Lin Feng secretly encouraged himself in his heart.

Lin Feng decided to walk out of the forest first to see if he could find a place with human habitation. He followed a trace that looked like a path, carefully avoiding various thorns and traps along the way.

After walking for an unknown amount of time, Lin Feng suddenly heard a deep growl. His heart tightened, and he stopped, looking around warily. He saw a massive white tiger leap out of the woods, claws and fangs bared, pouncing at him.

Lin Feng retreated in fear. He had never seen such a large and ferocious beast before. The white tiger was extremely fast and pounced on Lin Feng in the blink of an eye. Lin Feng subconsciously raised his hands to block the white tiger's attack.

At this critical moment, Lin Feng's body suddenly emitted a strange light, which shocked the white tiger back a few steps. The white tiger seemed to be frightened by the light. It lingered in place for a while, then turned and disappeared into the woods.

Lin Feng looked at his hands in surprise, not knowing where the light had come from. He felt as if there was a powerful force hidden in his body, but he didn't know how to control it.

After this shock, Lin Feng continued on his way more cautiously. Finally, he walked out of the forest and saw an ancient town. At the town gate stood a stone tablet with the three characters "Qingyun Town" engraved on it.

Lin Feng walked into the town and found that the people here were all dressed in ancient costumes and the buildings were all antique. His appearance attracted the attention of the townspeople, and people cast curious glances at him.

"Where did this guy come from? Why is he dressed so strangely?"

"Looking at him, he looks like a stranger."

Lin Feng felt a little embarrassed when he heard people talking. He walked to a fruit stall and asked, "Excuse me, where is this place?"

The stall owner looked him up and down and said, "This is Qingyun Town, located on the edge of Tianyuan Continent. You don't look like a local. Where are you from?"

Lin Feng hesitated for a moment and said, "I don't know where I came from. I got lost in the forest and ended up here."

The stall owner looked at him sympathetically and said, "Since you are pitiful, I will give you these fruits to eat."

Lin Feng walked around the town and found that although it was small, it was very lively. There were people selling weapons, elixirs, and all kinds of strange and bizarre things. Lin Feng secretly marveled in his heart, this world is really amazing.

Just as Lin Feng was about to leave town, he heard a sudden commotion. He looked in the direction of the sound and saw a group of people gathered in a square. Curious, Lin Feng walked over and saw a burly man on the stage announcing, "Today is the day we at Qingyun Sect are recruiting disciples. Anyone between the ages of fifteen and twenty with a talent for cultivation is welcome to sign up."

Lin Feng's heart moved. He thought that he was helpless in this world. If he could join a sect, he might be able to learn some skills and survive better. So, he decided to sign up for the Qingyun Sect's disciple selection.

Lin Feng squeezed to the front of the crowd and said, "I want to sign up."

The burly man glanced at him and said, "Put your hand on this test stone. If you can make the test stone glow, it means you have a talent for cultivation."

Lin Feng followed the man's instructions and placed his hand on the test stone. A faint light slowly emanated from the test stone.

The burly man nodded and said, "You have a talent for cultivation, so you can participate in the next selection."
