If you want fortune telling, get a divorce first

Chapter 6 Si Qicheng is poisonous

Song Mi looked at Si Qicheng with a strange expression, "You are the monster."

I was about to add, "Your whole family are monsters," but suddenly I remembered my grandfather and asked, "Did you tell grandpa that you found me?"

"I sent a message to Grandpa on the way here." Si Qicheng said, "Who are you? What did you do to Song Mi?"

Song Mi frowned, "Are you not done yet? I am Song Mi."

Regardless of what kind of struggle and construction Song Mi was going through in his heart at the moment, after confirming from him that the old man was in good health, he said to the man opposite him, "Let's go back and get the divorce procedures done. I don't want your family's money."

She didn't bring any money into her family when she married, so she naturally didn't need to bring any money out.

"Divorce?" Si Qicheng's expression returned to his usual calmness. "That's impossible."

Not only have we only been married for three years, but my grandfather would never agree to it.

Although he didn't love Song Mi, their marriage was arranged by his grandfather, so he had never considered divorcing Song Mi during all these years of marriage.

"Are you bothered by Bai Keyan? I've told you before that I really only treat her like a younger sister. After all, we grew up together and she saved me before. I can't just sit back and watch her get into trouble this time."

The day Song Mi had the accident was the day they went back to the old house to visit their grandparents. Not long after the dinner started, Si Qicheng received a call from Bai Keyan, saying that she was in a bar and had been drugged and she was scared.

Bai Keyan's family fell into poverty, and many people in the circle laughed at her. She had a hard time these years, and Si Qicheng always helped her whenever he could.

There is a family dinner every week, so Si Qicheng decided to go and save Bai Keyan.

But he did not consider Song Mi. Song Mi had been married into the Si family for three years. Although her grandfather favored her, the eldest son of such a big family did not have a child yet, so she was always urged to have a child.

Just as Si Qicheng was about to leave, his grandmother mentioned the child's matter. Si Qicheng only said, "I have something to do. I'm going out first."

He answered the phone at the dining table, and even though the volume was not loud, most people could still hear Bai Keyan's voice.

Before Song Mi appeared, the Si family members all assumed that the future young lady would be Bai Keyan.

So when Si Qicheng left, the eyes that fell on Song Mi were either angry at her inability to keep her husband, or sympathetic to her for not being respected by her husband. Naturally, there were also some mocking voices and looks from other members of the Si family.

Si Qicheng's stepmother, Zhang Yurou, had a look of derision on her face, but she kindly reminded Song Mi that Si Qicheng had been drinking, and asked her to follow him and take care of him.

In fact, there is nothing to worry about. Si Qicheng naturally has a driver or assistant when he goes out. Zhang Yurou just wants to see her embarrassed and laughed at by others.

But Song Mi didn't want to stay at the family banquet, so she agreed and left. She just asked the driver to follow Si Qicheng's car and had no intention of stopping him.

When Si Qicheng helped the pale Bai Keyan out of the bar, she was just sitting in the car, but she didn't expect that suddenly a car lost control and rushed towards her.

To be honest, before recovering her memory, Song Mi did feel a little lost or angry because of Si Qicheng's years of neglect, but she didn't have any more emotions.

There is no such thing now.

"It has nothing to do with Bai Keyan. I will tell grandpa about the divorce," Song Mi said, "You can get out now."

Seeing Song Mi go to bed to rest, Si Qicheng stood there looking at Song Mi's back in silence for a moment, then turned and left.

Si Qicheng sat under an osmanthus tree in the yard. The osmanthus flowers were just beginning to bloom, emitting a cool and refreshing fragrance.

In the darkness of the night, one could not clearly see the gloomy look in Si Qicheng's lowered eyes.

The next day, early in the morning, sunlight penetrated the window and Song Mi woke up from his dream.

She touched the sweat on her forehead and thought of the person in her dream last night. She could not see his face clearly and felt a sense of loss in her heart.

Si Qicheng knocked on the door and said, "It's time for dinner."

Song Mi responded and opened the door. Ruo Qin had just brought in breakfast, the usual white porridge, pickles and wild vegetables.

Song Mi looked at the food in front of him and gave Ruo Qin a dark look. "Can't you just give me a meatless meal since I'm leaving soon?"

It was the first time for her to eat the same dishes for half a month in a row, morning, noon and night, and her mouth was so bland that she didn't even notice it.

Ruoqin glanced at Si Qicheng and whispered, "I was planning to go down the mountain to buy some, but your husband said we should just have something to eat, so you guys left."

Song Miyou turned her gaze to Si Qicheng, "Then eat quickly."

When Si Qicheng said this in the morning, he really didn't expect that the casual meal would be so casual.

Seeing this, Ruoqin quietly went out to find Ruoyu to eat together. This time he was not being stingy, so he couldn't scold him anymore.

Song Mi pushed the plate of wild vegetables in front of Si Qicheng, "This is a specialty of the mountain. It will be gone when we go back. Eat more."

Looking at the cunning eyes of the person in front of him, Si Qicheng knew that the taste of these vegetables was probably not very good.

"Eat it, you want it yourself." Song Mi said.

Si Qicheng had no choice but to pick up a piece of wild vegetable with chopsticks. He didn't feel anything at first, but after chewing it carefully for two times, the bitter and fishy taste of the wild vegetable spread in his mouth.

Si Qicheng felt like vomiting, and Song Mi immediately said, "Cherish the food, Mr. Si. This is what the young Taoist priest worked so hard to dig up in the mountains."

Si Qicheng looked at her gloating expression, restrained himself, picked up the porridge and swallowed the food whole.

"Have you been eating these for the past half month?" Si Qicheng asked.

Si Qicheng had lived a life of luxury since childhood and had never eaten this kind of food. In his impression, Song Mi was not someone who would eat these things.

"What did you think?" Song Mi calmly picked up some wild vegetables and pickles and mixed them into the porridge. He finished it in a few bites. "Eat quickly. By the way, do you have any cash?"

“No cash.”

Si Qicheng asked her what she needed the cash for, and Song Mi waved her hand, "...It's okay, you can eat."

She was planning to leave some cash for the two brothers, but she didn't get any yet.

Useless man.

But it doesn't matter, she will come back soon. Over the years, she has made her own investments and financial management, and this money is more than enough for her to live in the mountains in her old age.

She gave each of the two brothers a talisman, primarily to protect them from evil spirits. She always felt that this old man, Wuwang, was a little unreliable.

"Then your body..." Ruoqin remembered the scene of her vomiting blood yesterday and felt a little worried.

"It's okay now. I'll bring you delicious food and fun things when I come next time." Song Mi poked Ruoyu's head who was eating porridge.

"Ruoyu, grandma is leaving."

Ruoyu was still at the age of changing teeth. When she smiled at Song Mi, her two empty teeth were exposed. "Goodbye, grandma."

When Song Mi woke up, she asked the two little Taoist priests to call her grandma. Ruoqin didn't believe that she was really thousands of years old at that time, and Ruoyu simply didn't understand these things.

Si Qicheng also came out from the backyard.

Originally, after Song Mi left, he planned to secretly throw it away, but when he saw her bowl clean, an inexplicable emotion flashed through his heart, which he couldn't put into words.

He felt that Song Mi seemed different. Was it because he didn't understand her from the beginning, or did she change after going through this incident?

For some unknown reason, he imitated Song Mi's way of eating and finished the bowl of porridge.

They came down the mountain early and passed by yesterday's market. Song Mi saw sesame seed cakes and buns being sold, so he wanted to ask the driver to buy some meat buns.

Why didn't she buy it herself? Of course she didn't have the money!

She couldn't let her distinguished husband, the nominal CEO, get out of the car to buy it.

"Is there something on my face?" Si Qicheng felt uncomfortable with her strange gaze and asked coldly.

The voice was so cold that Song Mi felt that she had to get a divorce.

"I haven't seen you for a long time. You look much more haggard."

Song Mi noticed that Si Qicheng looked very pale, and when he sat, he didn't dare to lean his back, probably because his back was injured.

Si Qicheng turned his head and glanced at Song Mi. The reason why he looked haggard was because of her.

Song Mi almost thought it was an illusion when she saw Si Qicheng's resentful eyes. When she looked again, she saw the cold eyes again.

She pursed her lips, looked at the stubble on Si Qicheng's chin, and silently averted her eyes. Suddenly, he gave her an unusual sense of familiarity.

It even made her feel that even though he was disheveled and had stubble on his chin, he was still trying to seduce her.

Oh no, Si Qicheng is poisonous.
