Chapter 196 Dust and Fog
Bian Shi turned around quickly and saw a few zombies approaching in a crooked manner in the distance.
"Civilians move back!"
The inspectors became alert instantly and shouted at Bian Shi.
Bian Shi's expression was a little complicated. Under such circumstances, the inspectors of the alliance actually still cared about civilians. No wonder the mother planet could survive until now.
But after only a few seconds of confusion, the zombies rushed up.
Bian Shi didn't want to attract attention and planned to escape in the chaos. Just as he got on his motorcycle, he suddenly saw a zombie rushing towards him. It was an ordinary zombie with no special abilities.
"Why are you coming for me again?" Bian Shi chuckled, then drew the dagger from his waist and said softly, "Is it my water-based ability that attracts you so much?"
"boom--"
A gunshot rang out, and the zombie fell to the ground and twitched. Then the inspector who had just interrogated Bian Shi shouted angrily: "I told civilians to take cover, what are you doing!"
Bian Shi raised his eyes, then frowned slightly.
A spider appeared on the inspector's neck again.
"No." Bian Shi secretly cried out that something was wrong and quickly drove the motorcycle over, "Be careful."
Before the inspector could react, his pupils suddenly darkened, and his entire pupils were instantly covered in black, and strange runes appeared on his neck and face.
Bian Shi just stepped on the brakes and watched the inspector turn into a half-human, half-ghost appearance.
The life that was just vibrant was gone in an instant, and Bian Shi felt so uncomfortable that he couldn't breathe.
"What happened to the captain?"
"Where did the spider come from? What's going on?"
"Oh no, the zombies have mutated!"
The few remaining inspectors panicked instantly and quickly huddled together with their backs to each other.
As Bian Shi looked over, he saw that the fallen zombie was twitching again. He could clearly feel the fluctuations of energy around him. The dust in the air gradually gathered together and his vision became blurred.
"Long time no see, Mr. Bian Shi." A teasing voice came.
Bian Shi subconsciously held his breath and clenched his fists.
The raised dust formed a dust fog, and a tall figure walked out of the fog.
Bo Yisong was wearing a black suit and even his tie was tied neatly. He looked meticulous, but there was something discordant about him.
Bian Shi's eyes shifted away from Bo Yisong's crimson shawl, and he didn't say anything.
Boyce didn't get angry. He adjusted his shawl and then raised his hand to gently tap his temple. "You didn't think I poisoned the air, did you? Are you so scared that you dare not say a word?"
Bian Shi glanced at him and felt more and more that he was mentally ill.
Bo Yisong swallowed, and the wrinkles on his Adam's apple rolled.
"In that case, I won't keep you in suspense any longer—"
"Bian Shi, follow me."
Bian Shi sneered and finally spoke, "Who do you think you are?"
"You want me to go with you? That's wishful thinking."
Bo Yisong laughed and shrugged, "Well, it really is a difficult wild cat."
Bian Shi stared at Bo Yisong without blinking, fearing that he would trip him up secretly.
But who knew that the next second, Bo Yisong suddenly disappeared in the dust and fog. Bian Shixin felt nervous and subconsciously wanted to chase him.
When I reacted and stopped, I heard creaking sounds all around me.
Bian Shi was a little confused. He glanced sideways and saw that the inspectors who had just fallen to the ground were covered with spiders, while the fallen zombies had staggered to their feet.
It was late at night and there was no one around. The zombies had already targeted the people around them.
Bian Shi clenched the dagger in his hand and subconsciously looked at the intelligent computer, but there was no news.
It's one in the morning. What is Jiang Zhi doing now? Is he also fighting zombies?
Bian Shi shook his head. No, he was in the North Ocean. Even if he had to deal with them, they would be mutated marine creatures.
The zombies were already stumbling towards him.
Bian Shi is no longer the same as before. Dealing with a few zombies is no problem at all. However, what is more difficult to deal with is Bo Yisong who is hiding in the dark.
But Bian Shi dealt with the zombies in a few moves, but Bo Yisong didn't come out.
"What does he want to do?"
He appeared inexplicably, said a few meaningless words, and then disappeared. Bian Shi was not sure what the people from the Seventh Star were thinking.
The more important thing right now is to leave here as soon as possible.
Thinking of this, Bian Shi wiped the blood off the dagger, took a step with his long legs, stepped onto the motorcycle nimbly, and prepared to return to the villa.
Suddenly, a headlight came on. Bian Shi covered his eyes and clicked his tongue impatiently.
"Catch him and bring him back to the Inspectorate."
A familiar cold female voice.
Bian Shi squinted his eyes and tried to see the person in front of him clearly, "Shen Aoran?"
Fully armed soldiers had already come forward and surrounded Bian Shi. Shen Aoran got out of the car with an expressionless face and came to him.
Bian Shi was a little confused. "What does this mean? Why are you taking me back to the Inspectorate?"
Shen Aoran stopped a few meters away from Bian Shi and looked him over. "Bian Shi, what are you doing behind the alliance's back?"
"Shen Aoran, please explain yourself clearly."
"We've received a report, Mr. Bian Shi, that you teamed up with people from the Seventh Planet to kill the inspector from our home planet." Shen Aoran narrowed his eyes, as if to see if Bian Shi was telling the truth. "I'm just doing my job."
Bian Shi felt a lump in his throat and instantly became annoyed. "Are you crazy? Who reported it? Did you believe it? Where's the evidence?"
"These inspectors are all the work of Bo Yisong. Spiders are crawling all over their bodies. It's obviously the work of a poisonous mutant." As he said this, Bian Shi turned around to look at the bodies of the inspectors.
But where were the spiders? All that was there was blood.
"How could this happen? Where's the spider?"
Shen Aoran obviously didn't want to hear what Bian Shi had to say anymore. He turned his head slightly and signaled his subordinates to take Bian Shi away.
Sitting in the Inspectorate's car, Bian Shi still kept clinging to the car window and staring at the corpse on the ground without giving up.
He began to wonder if he was hallucinating. There were spiders all over the corpses just now, so why were they gone now?
What exactly has changed?
