The Great Doctor Girl

Chapter 159: Numerology Wind Sign House Fortune Heart Waves

In the Huang family's big house, I gently stroked my slightly bulging belly, my heart full of anticipation and longing for a new life.

Although my body was a little lazy, my mind was extremely active.

I am well aware of my mother's attainments in the Feng Shui world, and I understand that her meeting with Master Xuanfeng, Mr. Nan, Master and others is of extraordinary significance.

The breeze on the mountain, like a messenger of thousands of years, carries an ancient and mysterious charm, gently passing over every inch of Canglan Mountain, as if telling the legends of the past.

The ancient trees are towering, and their lush branches and leaves are like a green curtain carefully woven by nature, allowing only the mottled light and shadow to fall quietly, as if a natural ink painting scroll is slowly unfolding, overflowing with poetry and tranquility.

When you reach the mountainside, an ancient and elegant courtyard comes into view. It stands there quietly, like a wise man, revealing a profound cultural heritage. This is the place where Master Xuanfeng practices meditation.

In the courtyard, Master Xuanfeng had already been standing there waiting with his posture as straight as a pine tree.

He was wearing a black Taoist robe, and his sleeves fluttered gently in the wind, as if blending into the mountain breeze.

The master has a gaunt face, but exudes an otherworldly aura of tranquility and peace. His eyes are as deep as a starry night pool, as if containing endless wisdom and the mysteries of heaven and earth.

The long beard under his chin is as white as snow, swaying gently in the breeze, adding a bit of immortal charm.

Seeing everyone coming, he smiled and bowed slightly: "Old Nan, Mr. Ping, how are you? The famous Liu Yian is here too, and you are still as charming as ever." Mom hurried forward and saluted respectfully: "Master Xuanfeng, it's great to meet you. Your cultivation is becoming more and more profound, and I really can't catch up with you."

Elder Nan and my master also came forward to greet each other. For a moment, laughter and joyful chatter echoed in the courtyard. Everyone was chatting happily and then walked into the tea room in the courtyard together.

The room is filled with the aroma of tea, permeating every corner. The rising tea fragrance adds a touch of mellowness to the taste of time.

Everyone sat around the quaint tea table and started a wonderful academic discussion.

From the cosmic codes contained in the ancient and mysterious River Map and Luoshu, to how to cleverly integrate Feng Shui concepts into modern urban architecture to create a harmonious atmosphere; from the subtle connection between birth date and personal destiny, to the potential impact of Feng Shui layout on the rise and fall of a family, all are covered.

Master Xuanfeng stroked his long beard, his gaze penetrating as he spoke, his eyes revealing a profound understanding of the mysteries of the River Chart and Luoshu. "This River Chart and Luoshu is like the original code between heaven and earth. The arrangement and combination of its black and white dots embodies the fundamental principles of the alternation of yin and yang, and the circulation of the five elements. Just like the meridians and blood in the human body, seemingly invisible, they govern the flow of life. In the River Chart, Heaven produces one water, and Earth completes it. This represents the Black Tortoise in the north, corresponding to the kidney system. The kidney governs water, is the innate foundation, and stores essence and qi, and is related to the body's growth, development, and reproductive function. Conversely, the Vermillion Bird in the south, Heaven produces two fires, and Earth completes it. This symbolizes the heart. The heart governs the spirit and blood vessels, and is the master of the body's vital activities."

Elder Nan nodded slightly and continued, "Indeed, if modern urban architecture can grasp this principle and skillfully integrate feng shui concepts, then the buildings will become more than just bricks, stone, and wood, but living entities that can connect with the spiritual energy of heaven and earth. For example, when choosing a building site, if you can consider the landscape and follow the pattern of Azure Dragon on the left, White Tiger on the right, Vermillion Bird in front, and Black Tortoise behind, so that the building and the natural environment resonate with each other, you can create a harmonious aura."

Mom pondered for a moment, frowned slightly, and offered her own opinion. After she finished speaking, she looked at Master Xuanfeng with an expectant expression: "Master Xuanfeng, the orientation and aura in this Feng Shui layout are by no means just spatial arrangements and combinations. In fact, they are the microscopic projection of the macroscopic order of the universe in the mortal world. The correspondence between the human organs and the four seasons and the five elements is the two sides of the same coin of the laws of creation of heaven and earth. The East belongs to wood, and the liver is in harmony with it in the human body. The ability of liver wood to vent is just like the vitality of the operation of the way of heaven, injecting the source of power into the rhythm of life. From the perspective of Feng Shui pattern, the beauty of the East Water and greenery are more than just a visual expression; they embody a vital energy. This energy resonates with the liver qi of the human body, like gravitational waves among the stars, interacting and triggering a chain reaction. It reshapes the resident's vital magnetic field, sharpening their thinking and enabling more insightful decision-making, like foreseeing opportunities in the chess game of fate. Family members, nurtured by this magnetic field, feel like the stars surrounding the Big Dipper, their cohesion and creativity are unprecedentedly enhanced, and the family's fortunes can forge ahead in the tide of the times, radiating with the heavens and earth, witnessing immortality through the passage of time.

Master Xuanfeng's eyes flashed with approval. "You're absolutely right. This is the subtle connection between the various branches of traditional cultural systems, reflecting and complementing each other. The sprouting of grass and trees in spring corresponds to the ascending Qi of the liver. If people can follow the natural order, go to bed and rise early, and participate in more outdoor activities, they can help regulate their liver Qi. And in feng shui layout, the positive energy of the east direction can also help residents better seize opportunities in spring and embark on new journeys."

My teacher, Mr. Ping, also joined the discussion: "Analyzing a person's destiny through their birthdate can actually be seen as the spatial and temporal coordinates of the human body's birthplace within the universe. Does feng shui influence the rise and fall of a family? Does this happen by influencing the aura surrounding family members, and thus their fate? The Five Elements contained in a person's birthdate determine their innate constitution and personality traits. For example, someone born in spring with Jia Wood as their elemental element is often outgoing and creative, benefiting from the season's support. Living in an open space in the east, however, will help the Wood energy expand and strengthen its strengths; otherwise, it may hinder its development."

For a moment, everyone in the tea room expressed their opinions and the atmosphere was lively.

While I was in the Huang family mansion, I couldn’t help but recall every detail of my journey in learning Yi medicine.

The way of Yi medicine emphasizes observing the subtleties of the human body and the changes of heaven and earth, and takes the balance of yin and yang and the harmony of the five elements as the basis to diagnose and treat diseases and maintain health and prolong life.

This and the art of Feng Shui seem to have their roots in the reverence and exploration of the natural laws of heaven and earth.

In my clinic, most of the illnesses of my daily patients, Xia Ruoxi and Xin Xin, can basically be cured.

Last time I met a patient who had long-term insomnia and was also suffering from weak spleen and stomach. Xia Ruoxi described to me in detail the patient's sallow complexion, thick and greasy tongue coating with red tongue tip, and weak and stringy pulse. After comprehensive judgment, I asked her to first treat her with the method of strengthening the spleen and calming the mind, using medicinal materials such as Poria cocos and Ziziphus jujuba seeds. Xin Xin quickly prepared the medicine and carefully reminded the patient of the precautions for using the medicine.

Although I didn't go to the clinic much after I became pregnant, I was always thinking about it.

When I encounter a more difficult case, I will give remote instructions over the phone.

I will ask the patient in detail about his or her symptoms, tongue condition, pulse condition and other information, and then give a treatment plan based on my own experience and knowledge.

Xia Ruoxi and Xin Xin would take careful notes and then prescribe medicine and provide treatment for the patients according to my instructions.

Only in very special cases will I appear in the medical clinic despite my physical inconvenience.

I changed my position on the sofa and my thoughts drifted back to the experience of my mother doing feng shui for some clients.

She always surveys the terrain and orientation rigorously and meticulously, and gives reasonable feng shui layout suggestions based on the client's birth date and other information.

She once did feng shui for a business owner whose company was located at the corner of an office building. It was an irregular polygon and its gate faced a narrow street, which was full of bad luck.

Based on the five elements in my birth chart, my mother suggested that a spiritual screen be carefully placed at the entrance of the company. This screen is not an ordinary item. Its material, texture, color and pattern have all been strictly selected.

The screen is made of sandalwood, which is gentle in nature and can harmonize the fierceness of metal energy; the screen is painted with the image of the spiritual turtle Xuanwu. The turtle represents longevity and has the ability to suppress evil spirits. Xuanwu belongs to water, which can transform the sharpness of metal energy. It also generates with the wood energy of the east, forming a wonderful state where metal generates water and water generates wood, thereby cleverly resolving the direct evil energy.

At the same time, large green plants are placed in the east position of the room. The varieties of green plants are also particular, and green bamboo and hibiscus are chosen to represent the symbiosis.

Green bamboo, rising steadily, embodies pure and abundant wood energy. Fusang, where the sun rises, condenses yang energy. The two intertwined, energizing the wood energy. Crystal stone formations are arranged around the greenery. Crystals, spiritual objects that absorb and transform energy, are arranged in specific positions to gather the spiritual energy of heaven and earth, further enhancing the strength of the wood energy.

After the adjustments, business owners reported that the internal atmosphere of the company became harmonious, employees' work enthusiasm increased, and business gradually improved.

My mother also handles various feng shui issues for many people in high positions, but we just don’t know about it.

When I use the art of Yi medicine to diagnose and treat patients, I also consider the impact of external factors such as the patient's living environment, seasonal climate, etc. on the body.

Both seem to be seeking a harmonious symbiosis between humans and the environment.

In the mountain teahouse, Master Xuanfeng further discussed the relationship between feng shui and the human heart: "Good feng shui layout not only changes the external aura, but also affects the resident's state of mind. A peaceful mind naturally attracts auspicious energy. This coincides with the emphasis in Yi medicine on the influence of emotions on health."

Elder Nan deeply agrees: "Yes, the mind gives rise to all things. If the mind is clear, the universe is vast. Whether it is Feng Shui or Yi medicine, the ultimate goal is to guide people towards a state of harmony between body and mind, and unity with heaven and earth. If a person is in a depressed and anxious state of mind for a long time, it is easy to cause a disordered aura in the living environment according to Feng Shui, which in turn causes organ dysfunction and leads to various diseases."

At this moment, I put down the parenting book in my hand, walked to the window, and looked at the courtyard scenery outside the window.

I stood by the window, gazing at the swaying flowers and plants in the courtyard, and pondered: Yi Yi focuses on the internal harmony of yin and yang, while Feng Shui focuses on the creation of an external aura. These two are like two perfect opposites. If they could be perfectly integrated, wouldn't they open a path to more comprehensive health and well-being for people? This thought, like a seed, took root in my heart, filling me with an eagerness and desire for future exploration, yet also with a subtle apprehension. I wondered how many obstacles and difficulties this fusion would present, and whether I could shoulder the heavy responsibility of both inheritance and innovation.
