"Stay alert and be ready to fight at any time." Lin Chen reminded in a low voice.

Suddenly, a giant spider, about the size of a man, jumped down from the tree and pounced towards them. It had eight eyes that glowed green.

"What the hell is this!" Arnold exclaimed.

Leo swung his hammer and hit the spider hard. However, the spider dodged the attack nimbly and pounced on them again.

"Be careful!" Leah quickly moved, accurately piercing one of the spider's eyes with a dagger. The spider let out a sharp hiss and twisted its body in pain.

"Well done, Leah!" Lin Chen cheered loudly.

While the spider was injured, everyone quickly surrounded it and subdued it. The spider finally fell to the ground and stopped moving.

"It's a good thing you're here, Leah." Arnold said breathlessly.

"It's the result of everyone's joint efforts." Leah said with a smile.

Continuing forward, they discovered an ancient ruin. At the entrance, a huge stone door was tightly closed, with complex runes engraved on it.

"This should be the hiding place of the holy relic." Lin Chen said.

"But how do we open this door?" Xiao Jie asked in confusion.

Just as they were thinking, an old man walked out from the darkness. He was wearing a long robe, had white hair and a kind face.

"Young man, are you here to look for holy relics?" the old man said slowly.

"Yes, senior, do you know how to open this door?" Lin Chen asked respectfully.

The old man smiled slightly and pointed to the stone tablet next to him. "There's a clue on it. Solve the puzzle and the door will open automatically."

They successfully retrieved the gem and returned to the palace, where Queen Elise was already waiting for them.

"Please rest assured, Queen, we will definitely complete the task." Lin Chen said firmly.
