The meal was a bumpy one.

Jin Taolang recounted what happened last night when he brought Chi Qinghe out of the box, and Chi Qinghe nodded as he listened.

Gong Huasui still had the pleasant smell of shower gel on his body. He sat close to Chi Qinghe. Every time he smelled the same scent on Chi Qinghe, his mood would visibly improve.

Jin Taolang looked at him sideways frequently because of his useless look. He put down his chopsticks, leaned back slightly, and stared at Gong Huasui who kept putting food into Chi Qinghe's bowl with the serving chopsticks.

"Last night, in the elevator, why didn't you stop me?"

Gong Huasui immediately suppressed the smile on his face, and his sweet voice quickly turned cold when facing Jin Taolang.

"Uncle Chi called you, and I don't want to make him angry again."

"So you just stood in the pavilion outside the balcony and made phone calls all night? To impress yourself? Or to blackmail others?"

Jin Taolang sneered, "If Qinghe and I really did something, you would pretend not to see it? That's quite generous of you."

His remarks were too sharp, and no matter what answer Gong Huasui gave, it would be a thankless task.

So he proved it directly with his actions, turning his head and skillfully kissing Chi Qinghe on the side of the face.

"You can't have him. Qinghe is mine, forever."

The process is not important, he only cares about the final result.

Jin Taolang raised his eyebrows meaningfully, "Then you have to keep an eye on the person. If you lose him, I won't be responsible for helping you."

"It won't be lost!" Gong Huasui frowned.

Jin Taolang shrugged, "Don't be nervous, I'm just reminding you."

He stood up, looked at Chi Qinghe who seemed to be thinking about something, and told him, "Go home early today. If you are late, I can't guarantee your safety."

"I understand." Chi Qinghe pursed his lips and finally added a thank you.

Jin Taolang raised his eyebrows and subconsciously wanted to touch the little fool's head.

But the death gaze next to him was too noticeable, so he shook his head and chuckled.

It seems like I won’t be able to make fun of him anymore, what a pity.

He said goodbye and walked out staggeringly.

As soon as the office door was closed, Gong Huasui pulled the chopsticks out of Chi Qinghe's hand, pushed him onto the sofa and kissed him fiercely.

Chi Qinghe was stunned for a moment, breathing hard in the suffocating yet passionate kiss, "Sui Sui."

"Is he really just your friend?"

Gong Huasui cleared all the pear soup in Chi Qinghe's mouth, rubbed Chi Qinghe's lips and asked impatiently and anxiously.

"Why do you listen to him so much? Why do you say thank you to him? Why aren't you angry with him? Why is he the one who comes to take you home? Why not your assistant? Why do you allow him to sleep in the same bed with you? Why does Uncle Chi trust him? Why? Why! In your eyes, who is more important, him or me?"

There were so many questions that Chi Qinghe's ears were buzzing. After thinking for a while, he slowly answered him.

"Just friends really."

"He's very capable and can help me with a lot of things, so I listen to him, say thank you to him, and respect him."

"Last night I thought it would be over quickly, so I asked my assistant to go home early. I wanted to take a taxi and go back by myself, but he came here first, and I didn't know about it."

"He came here temporarily and had nowhere else to stay, so he stayed at my house. But because he's picky, he doesn't like any of the guest rooms, so he stayed in the same room with me. I slept on the sofa and he slept on the bed. Last night was a special case, so... we shared two quilts."

"I rarely bring people home to live with me. Before, it was you and Xiao Song, and now it's him. Lao Chi subconsciously thinks that I'm very familiar with him, so I trust him more."

"Of course you are important, you are the most important."

Every time Chi Qinghe explained something, she would support herself with her arms, raise her chin, and kiss him. Only after she finished the last sentence did the man let him go and fell on his chest with a groan.

His shoulders shrugged happily, and Chi Qinghe was infected. He pinched the back of his neck and smiled, "Not angry anymore?"

Gong Huasui touched his lips with his finger. Chi Qinghe smiled helplessly and leaned over to peck him lightly.

Gong Huasui savored it and licked his lips, "I'm not angry."

As soon as he finished speaking, he seemed to suddenly remember something and his expression suddenly became nervous, "Qinghe, I have a cold! Will it be contagious to you?"

After saying that, she covered her mouth, quickly climbed up from Chi Qinghe, and retreated to the corner of the sofa.

But what's the use?

There was still a wound on Chi Qinghe's lips from a bite by a small puffer fish that morning.

Fortunately, the location was relatively close to the inside and no one noticed it, otherwise the rumors circulating in the company would have been even more erotic.

Chi Qinghe loosened his tie, and his lips, which were red from being kissed, opened and closed.

"It's okay. I'm willing."

All the blood in Gong Huasui's body rushed into his brain, and the four words "willingly" played automatically in his ears, making his heart explode.

He gritted his teeth, his fists behind his back creaked, veins bulged, and he struggled to suppress the surging and violent desire in his heart.

Chi Qinghe didn't realize how much impact this sentence had on Gong Huasui, and pointed at the table full of dishes and asked him.

"Are you still hungry? You probably didn't eat much just now, you were just picking food for me. This asparagus is good, fresh and sweet. Do you want a bite?"

As he spoke, he picked up the chopsticks, picked up the fresh and green asparagus shreds on the plate, collected the soup in the small dish underneath, moved his position, and brought it to Gong Huasui's mouth.

Gong Huansui's gaze moved from the asparagus all the way up to the pair of knuckles that were brighter than the white jade chopsticks, and then to the pair of dark eyes that were filled with him, and he opened his mouth blankly.

"So nice."

Chi Qinghe looked very happy. Although Gong Huasui's picky eating habits had improved a lot, he still instinctively avoided many unpalatable vegetables.

Asparagus, carrots, spinach... For him, these vegetables tasted a bit strange, so he was thankful to be allowed to eat a bite.

"One more bite."

The two of them, one feeding, the other eating, smoothly and naturally, time falls on them, as if solidified into a gorgeous and warm picture.

"Qinghe."

"Ok?"

"Will you still feed me if I stop being picky about food?"

"Only children need to be fed." Seeing Gong Huasui looking disappointed, he added the next sentence with a smile.

"Twenty-three years old, still a child."
