Lin Yu brought Ginjo Kūgo back to Soul Society.

Ginjo Kūgo exclaimed as he looked at the building in front of him, "Is this the headquarters of Soul Society? It's truly magnificent!"

Despite being a substitute Shinigami, this was Ginjō Kūgo's first time setting foot in the mysterious land of Soul Society. He was awestruck by the splendor and majesty of Seireitei, feeling as if he were inside a fortress.

Lin Yu took him back to the 7th Division. When Ren'emon heard Lin Yu's voice, he trotted out, "Captain, you're back! This is..."

"Raneemon, send him to the 9th Division." Lin Yu glanced at Ginjo Kūgo and said calmly.

Ren'emon was a little confused, but nodded respectfully. "Yes, Captain. But who is he?"

Lin Yu looked at Ren'emon and replied calmly, "Oh, he's Ginjo Kūgo. His current crime is betrayal of Soul Society. You should just send him to the 9th Division for custody."

Ren'emon was shocked. He had never thought that there would be someone who could be arrested by the captain personally, and he never thought that he would be charged with such a serious crime.

Ren'emon looked Ginjo Kūgo up and down, but didn't see anything special about him. Without asking any more questions, he immediately responded, "I understand, Captain. I'll take him there right away." As he spoke, Ren'emon walked to Ginjo Kūgo and motioned him to follow him.

Lin Yu also started to move, and he rushed to the first team's barracks. He wanted to see the captain and report to him the results of the mission.

"Captain, I have captured Ginjo Kūgo and has sent him to the 9th Division prison." Lin Yu stood in front of the captain and said seriously.

The captain nodded slightly, expressing satisfaction. He then asked, "Is everything going well?"

Lin Yu hesitated for a moment, then replied, "There was a small incident during the arrest."

The captain frowned, a hint of doubt flashing in his eyes. "Oh?" he asked.

Upon hearing this, the captain's gaze sharpened. "Which one?" he demanded.

Lin Yu was silent for a moment, but still said the name: "Tsunayashiro Tokinada."

"The Tsunayashiro family? What do they want to do?"

"From what I know, they want to create a brand new Soul King." The captain's face turned gloomy. He knew the ambitions and methods of the Tsunayashiro family very well.

"How dare they attempt to create a new Spirit King? That's simply wishful thinking!" The captain stomped his cane angrily, and the floor made a crisp sound.

"I'll send someone to investigate this matter," the captain said firmly. "We must not let their conspiracy succeed. You should also keep a close eye on Tsunayashiro Tokinada; perhaps you can get more information from him."

Lin Yu pondered for a moment, wiped his neck, and lowered his voice and said, "Do you want to..."

The captain raised his hand, interrupting Lin Yu's next words, "We can discuss this matter later. In the captain's office of the 5th Division, Aizen, Ichimaru Gin and Tosen Kaname gathered together again.

Ichimaru Gin smiled and said, "Well, as far as I know, he is a captain with a long history, but the details are not clear yet, because Captain Lin Yu often stays in his captain's office or drinks tea with the captain-in-chief in the first squad."

Tosen interrupted, "Captain Aizen, should we pay more attention to this man?"

Ichimaru Gin and Tosen Kaname nodded in agreement, knowing that Aizen's decisions were always carefully considered. Then, the three of them began to discuss other matters, continuing to plan their conspiracy.

At night, Gin Ichimaru appeared in the captain's office of the 7th Division.

Lin Yu was surprised by Ichimaru Gin's visit. After using Ziwei to sense him and confirming that he was not hypnotized by Aizen, Lin Yu spoke: "Captain Ichimaru, I don't seem to be familiar with you. I wonder what brings you to my Seventh Division?"

Ichimaru Gin still showed that signature smile, "Is this how Captain Lin Yu welcomes guests?"

"Of course not. Does Captain Ichimaru drink?"

Gin Ichimaru smiled and said, "Then I won't be polite." After that, he sat down at the table by himself. This table was moved from Shunsui's 8th Division some time ago.

Lin Yu took out a bottle of wine and poured a glass for Ichimaru Gin.

"Tell me, what do you want from me?" Lin Yu asked directly.

Ichimaru Gin picked up his wine glass and took a sip. "I just came to see Captain Lin Yu and to learn about your capture of Ginjo Kūgo."

"Ginjo Kūgo? He's in the 9th Division's cell right now. What? Are you interested in him?" Lin Yu's heart moved, and he deliberately asked tentatively. Sure enough, just by doing such a small action, Aizen became alert?

A hint of surprise flashed in Ichimaru Gin's eyes, but he quickly regained his composure. "I'm just curious. I heard he's a very interesting person."

Lin Yu sneered, "Interesting? He is a sinner who betrayed Soul Society."

Ichimaru Gin raised his glass, "It seems Captain Lin Yu's loyalty to Soul Society is truly admirable."

Lin Yu looked him in the eye and said, "There is no need to question my loyalty."

Gin Ichimaru put down his wine glass and stood up. "Thank you Captain Lin Yu for your hospitality. I should leave now." He smiled and left the captain's office of Team 7.

Just as Gin Ichimaru was about to step out of the captain's office, Lin Yu suddenly called out to him.

"Captain Ichimaru!"

Ichimaru Gin turned around after hearing this, only to see Lin Yu's lips moving slowly, without making any sound, but he could clearly see the shape of Lin Yu's mouth - exactly two names: 'Aizome Sosuke, Matsumoto Rangiku.'

When he saw the two names clearly, Ichimaru Gin's fox face, which always had a smile on it, changed color instantly, and a hint of horror appeared in his eyes.

Both names have special meanings to him. If it was just Aizen's name, he might just be a little surprised; but when the name of Matsumoto Rangiku was added, Ichimaru Gin couldn't help but break out in a cold sweat.

Afterwards, Lin Yu turned around and returned to the captain's room, where he started drinking alone again.
