AD 202, October.

Xuzhou, Xiapi City.

Han Xin went up to the tent and summoned all the generals, and made detailed arrangements for the plan to flood Xia Pi.

"Zhang Fei, Liu Bei, listen to my orders!" Han Xin said in a deep voice.

"I am here!" Liu Bei and Zhang Fei responded in unison.

"You two will each lead an army and ambush on the east and west sides of Xia Pi City. After the water floods Xia Pi, immediately attack the city and make sure to capture Lu Bu alive!" Han Xin ordered.

"I obey your command!" Liu Bei and Zhang Fei responded in unison.

"Ying Bu, listen to my orders!" Han Xin continued.

"I'm here!" Ying Bu stepped forward.

"You lead an army and are responsible for digging the Sishui River embankment. It must be completed within three days!" Han Xin ordered.

"I obey your command!" Ying Bu responded and left.

Han Xin said to Guo Jia:

"Military Advisor Guo, you are responsible for persuading the defenders of Xia Pi to surrender. Make sure they surrender after the flooding."

Guo Jia nodded:

"Don't worry, General. I will make proper arrangements."

Three days later, Ying Bu led his troops to complete the digging of the Sishui River embankment. Han Xin stood on a high place, looking at the distant Xiapi City, with a cold look in his eyes.

"Pass the order down and open the floodgates to release the water!" Han Xin gave the order.

Ying Bu immediately ordered his soldiers to open the river embankment. In an instant, the Si River rushed out like a wild horse and headed straight for Xia Pi City.

However, inside Xiapi City, Lü Bu and Sun Bin had already seen through Han Xin's plan. Sun Bin stood on the top of the city wall, looking at the rushing flood in the distance, a sneer on his face.

"Han Xin, do you think you can break my city by flooding Xia Pi?" Sun Bin murmured in a low voice.

Lu Bu stood beside Sun Bin, his eyes stern:

"Military Advisor, just as you predicted, Han Xin did indeed use the flooding strategy."

Sun Bin nodded:

"My lord, we have already set up camp on high ground. Han Xin's flooding plan poses no threat to us."

Lu Bu laughed:

"Han Xin, you're still one step behind!"

Sun Bin had anticipated Han Xin's potential plan to flood the city, so he deployed his forces ahead of time. He withdrew Lü Bu's main force and baggage to the high ground outside Xiapi. Once the Si River flooding subsided, Lü Bu's army resumed its garrison.

Lu Bu snorted coldly and tightened his grip on the Fang Tian Hua Ji in his hand:
