Global Weirdness: People Survive in Ultra

Chapter 291 Unknown Mobile Ultraman

Catherine and Meng Yao boarded the helicopter and soon returned to the SSSP headquarters with Zhu Xingdan.

On the way, Meng Yao also told Catherine about the general world view of mobility.

After arriving at the headquarters, the three of them went to a conference room where the white-haired Ide sat, with Hokuto Seiji, Kotaro and others sitting on both sides.

After Zhu Xingdan brought Meng Yao and the other two to the scene, he came to Yi Chu and said, "The people have been brought here."

Then he found a seat and sat down.

Yi Chu nodded, crossed his arms, and slowly said, "Then...Mr. Meng Yao, Miss Catherine."

"You claim to be Ultra Warriors from another universe. Can you confirm this?"

Meng Yao stood in front of the conference table, glanced at everyone present, and took in their expressions.

There is indifference, suspicion, and excitement.

"Where's Shinjiro Hayata?"

Meng Yao suddenly spoke, but instead of answering Yi Chu's question, he asked this question.

Yes, among all the people present, he did not even notice such a key figure as Hayata Shinjiro.

Yi Chu frowned: "Mr. Meng Yao, this is not the issue you should be concerned about right now."

"If you can prove your identity as Ultraman, then I am willing to teach you everything you want to know."

The meeting room fell silent.

Beidou Xingsi suddenly laughed and said, "In my opinion, it's fake, right?"

"The Land of Light was destroyed long ago by the conspiracy of the Star Cluster Council. The only Ultra Warrior we know of who escaped is Ultraman."

Meng Yao glanced at the young man Beidou Xingsi with a smile.

He raised his left hand: "Isn't it easy to prove it?"

Meng Yao casually pushed in a medal, and then his whole body was covered by a dazzling red light - he turned into the image of Ultraman Taro.

There was a sudden clattering sound of chairs being turned over in the conference room.

"Is this enough?" Meng Yao looked at the surprised crowd. "Do I need to become giant? But I'm worried that this space won't be enough for my use."

"Enough is enough."

Yi Chu coughed. At this point, Meng Yao no longer needed to prove anything.

Everything in front of us has already shown that Meng Yao is indeed an Ultraman.

"Then, the one next to you..." Yichu pointed at Catherine tremblingly.

Meng Yao introduced, "This one is also an Ultraman. If it's not enough, I can call a few more."

"This is enough." Ide was clearly shocked. "It actually attracted so many Ultra Warriors. It seems that this black fog is beyond the ability of our Kurt Team to handle."

He calmed himself down and said, "It seems the Black Mist is also a serious threat in your world, right?"

"We'll talk about the strange tide later. Now let's talk about something I want to know."

Meng Yao canceled his transformation, sat calmly on the chair, and asked Catherine to sit next to him.

"It's the same question as before. Where did Hayata Shinjiro go?"

Seeing Meng Yao bringing up the subject again, Yi Chu knew he could no longer hide it, so he could only speak honestly: "Shinjiro is missing, lost in the black fog."

"We organized a wilderness search team to actually look for his whereabouts."

Meng Yao was surprised. As the protagonist of the mobile world, how could Shinjiro Hayata disappear in the face of such a strange event?

Catherine's clear voice rang out: "Is there a detailed record? Can you tell us about it?"

Perhaps fearing the other party might be hiding something, Catherine added at the end, "When it comes to resolving the black fog, we are absolutely on the same side."

Yi Chu nodded, naturally understanding the pros and cons.

He whispered a few words into the microphone on the conference table. A moment later, a projection suddenly appeared in the center of the room, which seemed to be some kind of video.

"This is the footage taken by the combat helicopter we were following on the day Shinjiro disappeared."

The picture is taken from a bird's-eye view, showing a group of tall buildings engulfed in flames and black fog.

Moroboshi Dan flipped through the record file in his hand and explained, "This is the video of Shinjiro transforming and helping the residents of H City escape on the fourth day after the black fog descended."

"At that time, we hadn't yet built a wall to isolate the strange things. Black fog poured into the city, and alienated humans attacked the defenses."

The next moment, a violent explosion suddenly occurred in the city in the video.

A dazzling blue ray pierced through several buildings, and the shocking airflow even instantly extinguished the flames within a hundred meters around.

"He was fighting a reverse-alienated monster at the time."

Zhu Xingdan explained.

Meng Yao and Catherine also saw clearly that a figure wearing red and silver armor flashed by in the ruins.

Shinjiro unleashed the Spacium Ray, finally defeating the monster. The mecha then erupted in a burst of hot steam. As he paused, a figure slowly emerged from the distant street.

The person who came seemed to be wearing a suit of armor similar to that of Mobile Ultraman, his whole body was pure white, and he walked slowly.

Izumi paused the video, pointed at the blurry white shadow on the screen and said, "The incident happened here."

He stared at Meng Yao and said, "While Shinjiro was on his mission, a completely new Ultraman appeared, one we haven't seen before."

Yichu glanced at Jack and said, "At first, we thought it was another American creation, but they said they hadn't seen this Mobile Ultraman either."

Jack leaned his strong arms on the conference table: "Hey, why do you doubt me about this?"

Raising his hand to interrupt the two's argument, Meng Yao said, "So what happened next? Shinjiro was taken away by this suddenly appearing Mobile Ultraman?"

Yi Chu sighed, clearly feeling extremely anxious: "Yes, that's what it looks like now."

"We've been trying to find that unknown Ultraman recently, but to no avail."

Yi Chu deliberately magnified the footage he had taken. Although it was still blurry, he still held a glimmer of hope: "Can you recognize the origin of this mecha?"

Meng Yao and Catherine both looked carefully and finally shook their heads: "I'm sorry, we can't see anything either."

"Is it possible that someone from the Star Cluster Council did it?" Meng Yao suggested a possibility.

"We've tried communicating with them, but received a negative response." Yi Chu shook his head again. "And they say half the universe is now filled with this black fog that contaminates all life. They probably don't want to come to Earth and get involved anymore."

"Then there's nothing I can do now."

Meng Yao spread his hands and said, "But if you find any trace of that mysterious Ultraman, I would be happy to help you capture him."

Yi Chu could only smile palely and did not directly respond to Meng Yao's proposal.

I've only watched a few anime of Mobile Okkomi, so if anything is wrong I'll change it immediately. The reason I wrote Mobile Okkomi was mainly to use this worldview to write Noah's story.
