It's not too late to meet in the book

The night was deep, and moonlight filtered through the gaps in the curtains, scattering dappled light onto the bedroom floor, adding a touch of soft light and shadow to the quiet space. Inside the bedroom, a dim nightlight quietly lit up, emitting a warm and faint glow, illuminating the busy figure beside the crib.

The baby suddenly let out a faint cry, shattering the night's tranquility. Wang Jing jolted awake, gently sitting up and casting a gentle gaze towards the crib. The little one was waving its hands, a few glistening tears on its cheeks, evidently hungry or perhaps with a wet diaper.

"Xiaoxiao, the baby is awake. He may need to be fed or have his diaper changed." Wang Jing called softly. There was a hint of fatigue in her voice, but more of it was love and care for the baby.

Upon hearing this, Su Xiaoxiao quickly got up from the bed next to her, rubbing her sleepy eyes, "Okay, I'll help." As she spoke, she walked to the crib and checked on the baby with Wang Jing.

"It looks like his diaper is wet. I'll change it first," Wang Jing said, gently unwrapping the baby's diaper and carefully wiping his delicate little bottom with a cotton cloth moistened with warm water. The baby seemed to sense his mother's gentle touch and stopped crying, staring at Wang Jing with curious eyes.

Su Xiaoxiao prepared the bottle. She expertly measured the powdered milk, added warm water, and gently shook the bottle until it dissolved completely. "Okay, the milk is ready. You can feed it later," Su Xiaoxiao said, her eyes filled with love and anticipation for her baby.

After changing the diaper, Wang Jing gently picked up the baby and let him lean against her arms, ready to feed him. The baby's little hands tightly grasped Wang Jing's clothes, and his little mouth couldn't wait to suck the bottle, with a satisfied expression on his face.

At this moment, the bedroom door was gently pushed open, and Renault and Lin Yu walked in. They were obviously awakened by the baby's crying and wanted to see if they needed help.

"How is it, baby? Is he okay?" Renault asked softly, his eyes full of concern and fatigue.

"It's okay, just the diaper is wet. I'm feeding now." Wang Jing responded, with a hint of comfort in her voice, "You guys go back to sleep first. Xiaoxiao and I are here."

However, Renault and Lin Yu had no intention of leaving. They walked to the crib and watched the baby feeding quietly, with gentle smiles on their faces.

"Let's help too. After all, taking care of a baby is not a one-person job." Lin Yu said. She reached out and took the bottle from Wang Jing's hand and gently fed the baby. "This way, you and Xiaoxiao can take turns to rest."

Wang Jing nodded gratefully, tears glistening in her eyes. "Thank you. I really feel at ease with you around."

As time went by, the baby, under the care of everyone, finally fell asleep again. A sweet smile graced his little face, as if he were having a sweet dream. In the bedroom, everyone breathed a sigh of relief, their tired faces lit up with satisfied smiles.

"It seems that taking care of a baby is not an easy task." Renault sighed, his eyes full of admiration for Wang Jing and Su Xiaoxiao, "You have worked hard."

"Yes, but seeing the baby grow up healthily, it's all worth it." Su Xiaoxiao responded, her voice full of maternal love and determination.

Lin Yu quietly packed up the diapers and bottles. Her movements were gentle and skillful. "From now on, we must take better care of the baby and not let him suffer any grievances."

Wang Jing watched the busy crowd, feeling an indescribable surge of emotion. She knew that the family had become more united and warmer with the arrival of their baby. She gently held Reno's hand and whispered, "With you all here, I feel so strong. No matter what difficulties we face in the future, as long as we're together, nothing can stop us."

Renault held Wang Jing's hand tightly, his eyes filled with determination and love. "Yes, as long as we are together, nothing can defeat us. For the sake of our baby and this family, we will work harder."

As the night deepened, the bedroom returned to its peaceful state. The baby slept peacefully in the crib, a happy smile on his face. Everyone gathered around the bed, enjoying this rare leisure time, their hearts filled with endless longing and anticipation for the future.

"Okay, it's getting late, everyone should go to bed early." Lin Yu said softly, with a hint of fatigue in her voice, but more of love for her family. "Tomorrow is another new day. We must be in the best condition to welcome every moment of the baby's growth."

"Okay, good night," everyone responded in unison, then each went to their bed, ready to face the new day.

"Good night, baby." Su Xiaoxiao said softly to the baby, her eyes full of tenderness and expectation. And the baby, in her mother's arms, smiled sweetly, as if responding to her mother's blessing and expectation.
