Dugu Jingyao had rarely left the house these past two days, instead staying indoors to read and play chess. The Prince of Yunnan would visit Dugu Jingyao every day when he returned home, and they would have dinner together. Dugu Jingyue seemed to be stationed at Banmengxuan during the day, fearing something might happen to Dugu Jingyao. But then the Prince of Yunnan said he couldn't let Dugu Jingyao disturb her rest. Finally, after much persuasion, Dugu Jingyao said she was bored staying indoors all the time and wanted Dugu Jingyue to come and keep her company. The Prince of Yunnan, haunted by his two daughters, could only allow Dugu Jingyao to stay at Banmengxuan for an hour each day.
