Because of Mu Yunzhou's obstruction, Shangguan Baixu hadn't seen Wenrou for a long time. Today, Shangguan Baixu learned that Mu Yunzhou was due to work and would be back late, so he called his martial arts master and had him sneak into the general's mansion with him. No matter what, he had to see Wenrou today.

Shangguan Baixu sneaked into Wanzhou Pavilion stealthily. It was already dark and the servants had all gone back to their rooms. Shangguan Baixu went straight to Wenrou's bedroom.

Hearing this, Shangguan Baixu stood up suddenly and shouted angrily, "You're just staying in the General's Mansion. Who could you possibly offend? They're really going too far. I'm going to settle the score with them!"

Wenrou quickly grabbed Shangguan Baixu and softly advised, "It was General Mu who saved me in the first place. Now we are even."

Hearing Wenrou say that she and Mu Yunzhou owed nothing to each other, Shangguan Baixu's eyes lit up. He sat back, like a big dog wagging its tail, staring at Wenrou and said happily: "Wenrou, don't go back to the general's mansion. Don't you want to go to the border to find your family? "When did General Mu become so rude?" Shangguan said, looking at Mu Yunzhou at the door, holding the newly prescribed medicine for Wenrou in his hand.

Mu Yunzhou looked at Shangguan angrily and said, "Stop talking nonsense and hand over Wenrou."

Shangguan looked at his former friend and said calmly, "Impossible! Your sister hurt Wenrou so badly, how could I possibly return her to you? If you can't protect her, let me do it."
