Then, I gently patted the fish's body, coating it evenly with a thin layer of starch. Next, I poured oil into the wok and, when it reached 70% heat, slowly placed the fish in.

As the hot oil swirls, the fish gradually becomes golden and crispy. I carefully flip it, making sure each side is fried to a golden brown. In a short while, both fish are fried to perfection.

After frying the fish, place it in a pot with the side dishes. Pour a suitable amount of oil into the pot and add minced ginger, scallions, and whole garlic cloves. Start stir-frying until fragrant. Add the hot pot base and stir-fry until melted. Add water and finally the seasonings. During the cooking process, I explained each step and precautions in detail.

Once the water in the pot boiled again, I immediately turned off the heat and evenly poured the sautéed seasoning over the tender fish. Then, I added the fish and the garnishes to the pot and brought it back to a boil. While waiting for the fish to cook, I quickly activated my computer and booked an interstellar express delivery service. Just as I finished packing the cooked fish, the doorbell rang.
