Finally, it's time to braise the chicken feet! I first clean the chicken feet thoroughly and blanch them in cold water. Once they've slightly changed color, I quickly remove them, drain them, and deep-fry them in hot oil. With a crackling sound, the chicken feet happily leap in the oil, gradually turning an alluring golden brown.
