Xu Rubai returned home. However, he did not go in—he just sat at the door all night.

“Manager Qu…this lady wants to see the president…but she doesn’t have an appointment…” said the receptionist.

"Are you going to sleep with our president again?" Qu Jing judged her while looking at her body.

After hearing his insulting words, Xu Lu stepped on his foot with all her strength and turned to walk towards the elevator.

Qu Jing cried out in pain and roared, "Are you very irritable? Don't worry, I will take you to find him."

In the elevator, Qu Jing kept staring at Xu Lu. He sighed and said, "Wow, I finally meet you."

The elevator doors opened, and Qu Jing added, "Please go by yourself. I won't follow you. I don't want to end up shoveling dirt in Africa like Wu Fang did."

Jiang Lin noticed Xu Lu's sudden arrival and said, "Miss Lulu, what brings you here?"

"Is he done yet?" she asked.

"Of course. He always has time for you."

Lu Lu smiled slightly. She said to herself, it’s great to have a capable pair of people by his side.

Jiang Lin escorted Xu Lu into Xie Zhenting's office and knocked on the door twice.

Xie Zhenting said: "What's wrong?"

He continued his work, he heard no answer,

He felt a hand from nowhere gently lift his chin, and a voice said simply, "Come to see you."

Her sudden appearance caught him off guard, and he tilted his head awkwardly. The two of them were in such an odd position, he couldn't help laughing.

After hearing her funny answer, Xie Zhenting grabbed her arm and kissed her.

She was backed into a corner.
