The all-round housekeeper is a stick

Lin Yuanyu and Lin Yuanze usually didn't do much housework, but they were ordered by Zhang Guilan to do so much. Plus, they were hungry and had no food to eat, so they worked listlessly.

After Lin Mumu cleaned the kitchen and washed the pots and pans they had washed, she let them go in and get the noodles out.

All the seasonings in the kitchen, except the salt on the cupboard, cannot be used.

After Zhang Guilan left, Lin Yuanyu and the other person collapsed and didn't want to move, but Lin Mumu threatened them that she would not cook if they didn't help. For the sake of their own stomachs, the two had no choice but to cooperate and went into the house to get noodles and two eggs.

Lin Huaiyu saw that more and more things were getting moldy in the kitchen, and some of the food had been moved to the living room.

Lin Mumu simply beat the two eggs. If you want to eat eggs, eat them together. There are only two of them, and they can't eat them alone.

Lin Mumu was willing to spend money. There was a small piece of land in the yard where he planted onions, ginger and garlic. Although Lin Huaiyu didn't take care of it much and they grew in a mess, it was still okay to pick some to heat up a pot.

After the noodles were cooked, Lin Mumu divided them into three equal bowls, and asked Lin Yuanyu to take a clean bowl and open two cans of fish.

The two brothers didn't think about waiting for Lin Jianhua and his wife to come back before eating. After opening the can of fish, they didn't wait for Lin Mumu and started eating from the bowl in big mouthfuls.

Seeing they hadn't asked their parents, Lin Mumu decided not to ask either. After they finished their noodles, she told them to wash the dishes. The two of them weren't happy about it, so Lin Mumu simply took the thick stick Lin Huaiyu had been trying to hit her with and broke it with a simple snap. She then merged the two sticks together and broke them again, breaking them into four sections.

Seeing how effortlessly she washed the dishes, the two men believed Lin Mumu's words that she would break their legs if they didn't wash the dishes clean. They were so scared that they quickly packed up the dishes and took them to the yard to wash them.

Seeing that they had even wiped the table, Lin Mumu asked which room was hers, and then went to tidy up the room where she would sleep.

The room was not big. It had a wooden bed and some old furniture. On the furniture were some baskets and bamboo baskets. Lin Mumu knew that this room was probably another storage room.

And this bed looks like an old bed that has been discarded.

But Lin Mumu didn't care. Although there was nothing on the bed, Lin Mumu took his own towel and water and wiped the bed clean. He then cleaned the room again.

Lin Mumu didn’t care that there were no extra quilts. Tomorrow she would help Lin Jianhua and Lin Huaiyu promote how competent parents they were.

Lin Jianhua and Lin Huaiyu did not go to the hospital either. After leaving the yard, they went straight to the state-owned hotel.

After eating and drinking their fill and scolding the rebellious Lin Mumu together, the two slowly walked back.

When the two returned home, Lin Mumu had just finished tidying up the room. Seeing their rosy faces, he guessed that Lin Huaiyu must be fine. They probably just made an excuse to go out for dinner.

Lin Mumu didn't care what they were doing outside. When they came back, she asked them for their bedding. She couldn't just let her sleep on the bed frame, could she? And if she didn't ask them for it, how could she help promote them tomorrow?

Lin Huaiyu hadn't prepared anything for Lin Mumu, and she hadn't expected her to ask them for anything. Although her daughter's personality was far different from the submissive nature she had expected, it was too late to send her back now. The neighbors all knew that they had taken her back, and sending her away again would be detrimental to their reputation.

However, Lin Huaiyu didn't want to let her use the nice things in her house. When she heard her ask if she could use the old cabinet in the room, she remembered that there were beddings in it that the couple used to use when they were in college. So she let Lin Mumu use those.

After saying that, Lin Huaiyu gave Lin Mumu a task, asking her to get up early the next morning, take the basin from home and go to the state-owned restaurant to buy some steamed buns and soy milk.

Lin Mumu didn't know the prices here, but seeing the two dimes Lin Huaiyu had thrown on the table, she knew it wasn't enough. In the countryside, two dimes wouldn't buy ten steamed buns, so how could they in the city? And even get a bowl of soy milk?
