Zerg Survival Record

Chapter 18: The Seroid Family

This was the first time that Willich came to this villa. Besides the fact that he and Calvin did not have a good relationship, it was also because of face issues.

This villa is at the front and is basically a symbol of power and status. It should have been owned by the legion commander.

However, the legion commander was too busy and basically lived directly in the military headquarters. In order not to waste resources, he gave up the villa.

Each of the generals of the Sixth Legion wanted to take it into their possession to prove their strength.

However, due to the competition among various parties, the villa somehow fell into Calvin's hands.

The generals were generally convinced, but Willich was unilaterally angry, thinking that he was not inferior to Calvin in any way, and that the legion commander was just biased.

In fact, the admirals were fighting over it so fiercely that the legion commander had to hint at it. Although it nominally belonged to Calvin, it was actually still the legion commander's property.

Willich may have known this, but he still put all the blame on Calvin, thinking that he had lost face.

All in all, it's quite unreasonable.

Now that he has entered the mainstream, he feels quite proud.

Lan Yin asked him to sit down and talk with him.

The sofa was made of leather, which Lan Yin didn't like, but he only regarded this place as a temporary residence and didn't have the mind to choose or replace it.

Fortunately, Blue is very diligent and cleans and wipes the floor every day, so Lan Yin can sit down and rest without any resistance.

Willich sat upright on the sofa. Although he had a dark temperament, he also followed the rules and would not rely on his own strength to be rude to the male insects.

In addition to not wanting to get into big trouble, it is also based on the instinct in the genes and the subtle influence of the Zerg society.

"Well, go ahead and talk. There are no bugs here to eavesdrop."

Lan Yin crossed her legs and leaned back relaxedly on the sofa, one hand on her thigh, the other hand on the sofa supporting her right cheek, and tilted her head to look at him, like a lazy and noble cat.

It’s a pity that cats cannot perform such difficult actions.

Willich's eyes first shifted from his face to the flaming red hair.

"The news I bring to you may be of some importance or other to your Excellency."

Lan Yin would not look down on him just because he took the initiative to come to her.

The fact that Willich came from the Yeselanlin family said it all: he might be impulsive and might make mistakes, but he was definitely not a fool.

The news he brought might be disadvantageous to Lan Yin.

"A few days ago, the Lord of the Celoid family delivered military supplies to the Legion. After the handover, he went to play on the planet Aranti."

Lan Yin had heard of the reputation of the Seloid family, which, along with the Terebos family and the Yeselanlin family, was known as the three major families of the Sass Empire.

These three families have equal status and unconditionally support and obey the Insect Emperor. Basically, every Insect Queen comes from these three families.

The Insect Emperor probably also needs tools to drive and check and balance others, so the three major families have continued to this day.

Lan Yin was too lazy to analyze the twists and turns. Given his current situation, he was not qualified to approach these three behemoths.

He looked at Willich in confusion, completely unaware of the relationship between the Selloid family and himself.

Willich seemed to find it difficult to speak, especially under those beautiful blue eyes. His heart was pounding, and he couldn't tell whether it was because of excitement, nervousness, or both.

He finally persevered and said, "Sir, should we say your charm is too great? That sir from the Seroid family fell in love with a red-haired male insect at first sight while traveling, and is still searching for him."

He looked at Lan Yin with a complicated expression: "You are the only attractive red-haired male insect I know."

Lan Yin felt a little pain in her teeth and couldn't help licking them with the tip of her tongue, and then her head started to hurt again.

His expression was even more complicated than Willich's. He asked, "Is he pink-haired and pink-eyed? Is his name Euphichel?"

Upon hearing this, Willich, who himself was confused, breathed a sigh of relief. "Yes, Lord Yufischer is the Marshal's nephew and the next heir to the Celoid family."

When he said this, he couldn't help but feel jealous of Yufichel.

The Yeselanlin family has always been overly cautious about the heir. Even though there are many talented people in the family, they have been slow to decide on an heir.

Willich is undoubtedly very competitive. He is the daughter of the current head of the Yeselanlin family and has a high status and military rank.

But his brothers and cousins were not pushovers either. Even after the reforms more than two hundred years ago, even male insect brothers had inheritance rights. The pressure was undoubtedly terrifying.

So he was dissatisfied with Calvin, who had been the heir since early on, and now he was resentful of Yufishell.

Suddenly, his heart moved slightly, and his eyes looked at Lan Yin more gently.

Lan Yin was puzzled by his gaze: "Are you planning something bad?"

Willich's face froze, a hint of irritation at his father's unconventional behavior. However, as he portrayed a sunny and gentle persona, he suppressed his anger and said, somewhat breathlessly, "Sir, I have no ill intentions. Please don't accuse me of this."

Lan Yin felt inexplicably happy when she saw how he was trying to hold back his anger, and even the trouble of being liked by the male insect was alleviated a little.

He laughed happily: "I didn't wrongly accuse you, it's really because your expression is too much like a bad bug."

“Your Excellency!” Willich, for some reason, did not want him to laugh at him, and he could not even maintain his mask.

Seeing that he was really angry, Lan Yin stopped making jokes and sighed: "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have teased you."

Seeing that he was no longer smiling and that his eyelashes hid his eyes, making even the light in his eyes look dim, Willich began to feel uncomfortable again.

It would be better to keep laughing at him than to be unhappy now.

The next second, he was shocked by his own thoughts.

But Lan Yin didn't give him time to savor it.

The beautiful male insect with red hair and blue eyes clasped his hands together and looked at him with pleading eyes, saying, "Please, can you please not tell Lord Yufichel about my situation?"

Willich froze a little when he looked at him, but he nodded unconsciously, as if bewitched by his eyes.

When he came to his senses, he condemned himself for being easily seduced by beauty, but he had to admit that it was hard to resist a male insect like this.

Even Calvin couldn't do that, Willich thought.

"That's great. Being liked by a fellow male insect is incredibly stressful, especially since you're from the Celoid family, Euphichel."

Lan Yin didn't want to stage a scene where he was running away and he was chasing, and neither of them could escape.

Especially since he was weak and powerless to compete with the Seroid family.

"Don't worry, sir. I will protect you." Willich expressed his loyalty at the right time.

Lan Yin would never believe him.

But he didn't know that the Sixth Legion not far from the villa had a topic related to him.
