"Om-"

A vibrant green glow, like that of new leaves in spring, flowed from the pendant.

The faint halo quickly brightened, carrying a reassuring warmth and a vibrant atmosphere.

They gather in the air, as if an invisible hand is drawing them.

Under the astonished gazes of Elwin and the others, the emerald light finally coalesced into a semi-transparent female phantom.

She hovered in mid-air in front of Elwin, her figure elegant and noble, wearing a long dress that seemed to be woven from flowing emeralds and gauze.

Her eyes were like the purest emerald lake, deep and serene, as if they could reflect all the dreams in the world.

A vast yet gentle pressure naturally spread out, inspiring awe in all who beheld it.

The Dream Queen - Ysera!

"Your Majesty Ysera! Greetings!"

Almost the instant they recognized the phantom, Alvin, Green Shadow, and Sandy immediately bowed, placing their right hands on their chests in the most solemn gesture.

Akalitha was startled and hurriedly and awkwardly followed suit, bowing respectfully. Although the red dragon was naturally lively, it also held the same respect for the guardians of the other dragonflights.

Stellagoth was completely dumbfounded.

Her azure eyes widened in shock. Although she knew that Elwin knew several dragon kings, she never expected that a dragon king would directly approach Elwin.

Ysera's emerald eyes slowly swept over the people in the tent, her gaze lingering briefly on Stella.

"It seems that Miss Blue Dragon, who had lost her memory, has regained it. Congratulations."

Finally, her gaze settled on Elwin, and her ethereal and kind voice resonated directly in everyone's hearts, as if whispering from the depths of a dream: "Elwin, how is your mission progressing?"

Alvin composed himself and gave a clear and concise report to the Queen of the Emerald Dream about his journey and battles.

He described the darkness deep within Doomhammer, the madness and ultimate destruction of the fallen prince Thosedrin, and the most crucial part.

“Your Majesty, we did indeed clash head-on with Cho'gall and his Twilight's Hammer.”

Erwin's tone was filled with resentment.

"At the heart of Doomhammer, we defeated his guards. However, the cunning ogre, at the last moment, used a warlock arcane spell we had not anticipated, and escaped before our very eyes with an unknown item he had obtained from Thosedrin."

He clenched his fist and continued, "However, we did not come away empty-handed. Through the interrogation of prisoners and Lady Stellagosa's arcane perception, we have confirmed Cho'gall's next objective."

"He is heading to Un'Goro Crater, intending to use a powerful, distorted magic network node there to perform some unknown evil ritual. We are preparing to depart immediately and try to ambush him before he completes the ritual, stopping him completely."

Ysera listened quietly, her emerald eyes seeming to shimmer with countless dreamlike images.

When Elwin finished speaking, she nodded slightly, her ethereal voice carrying approval and a hint of barely perceptible worry, resonating in everyone's hearts: "You have done well, Elwin, and the children. In such a short time, you have not only dismantled an ancient prison and liberated oppressed souls, but you have also precisely tracked the flow of that dark tide. Your wisdom, courage, and the unbreakable bond between you and your companions are the guiding light for Azeroth in the darkness."

Her praise warmed Alvin's heart.

"However, the closer one gets to the heart of darkness, the more profound and unpredictable the hidden dangers become."

Ysera's voice grew increasingly somber, like the low, mournful tolling of a warning bell in a dream.

"The ancient gods that Cho'gall serves desire to annihilate all existing order. The evil and harm of the rituals they plot may far exceed our imagination. Elwynn, my child, be extremely careful on your journey to Un'Goro. Do not be deceived by appearances, trust your intuition, and cherish your companions."

Alvin nodded solemnly: "We will follow your teachings, Your Majesty. We will do our utmost."

He hesitated for a moment, but still asked about another matter that had been on his mind.

"Your Majesty, please forgive my intrusion, but I wonder if your operations in Northrend have gone smoothly? How is Malygos now?"

A shadow crossed Ysera's face when Northrend and the Blue Dragonflight were mentioned.

She sighed softly.

"The situation in Malygos is far more serious than we initially thought."

Her voice lowered, filled with deep weariness and heartache.

"My sister Alexstrasza and I eventually entered the Nexus, the core of the arcane realm that Malygos used to govern the magic of the world."

She paused, as if recalling the heartbreaking scene: "We saw him, but Malygos, my brother, was now completely consumed by mad grief and twisted arcane energy."

"He was paranoid, believing that the mortal races were abusing magic and dragging the world to the brink of destruction. He was no longer the wise weaver, but a dangerous fanatic."

The campsite was completely silent; you could hear a pin drop.

Stella covered her mouth with her hand, her eyes filled with shock.

The Blue Dragon King, the guardian of magic, has fallen to this state?

"We had no choice but to join forces and, with the guardian power bestowed upon us by the Titans, temporarily bring him under control."

What a serious situation it is that a dragon guardian has been imprisoned by two other guardians!

Ysera's gaze returned to Elwynn.

“But Sister Alexstrasza, the Life-Binder, firmly believes that deep within Malygos there may still be a glimmer of hope for salvation. And she believes that this ray of hope may lie in you, Elwynn.”

"We have decided to bring Malygos to you in the hope that you can heal him."

"I?"

Alvin froze, pointing at himself in disbelief.

Heal a dragon guardian who has gone completely mad? That sounds like a complete fantasy!

Moreover, Malygos is insane. Holy Light can bring the dead back to life and heal the wounded, but it doesn't seem to be able to save someone insane, does it?

"Yes, kid."

Ysera affirmed, “The path of the Holy Light you walk is not a conventional dogma. It contains the qualities of miracles, representing order, purification, and the resilience of life. I believe that your unique divine power may be able to penetrate the thick fog of madness, touch Malygos’s source sealed by pain, soothe his torn soul, and bring him the possibility of clarity.”

"So, next, Alexstrasza will personally lead Malygos, who is currently under her control, out of Northrend to come find you. Elwynn, prepare to welcome them. This is not only an attempt to save a Guardian, but also a high-stakes gamble concerning the future of Azeroth's magical fabric and even the balance of the entire world."
