In a corner, I saw Lawrence Lu tied to a pillar, his mouth sealed with tape, unable to speak.

"Lu Yuxuan!" I ran over quickly and wanted to untie him.

"Don't move!" A cold voice came from behind me.

I turned around suddenly and saw the man standing not far behind me, holding a shining dagger in his hand.

"What do you want to do?" I forced myself to remain calm and looked at him coldly.

"What do I want to do?" the man sneered. "Of course, I'll wait for you to come to me!"

He approached me step by step, the dagger flashing coldly in the moonlight.

As I backed away, I looked around for something I could use.

Suddenly, I saw an iron rod on the ground. I bent down, picked up the iron rod, pointed it at the man, and said, "Don't come over! Otherwise, I will be rude to you!"

The man seemed not to expect my resistance. He was stunned for a moment and then burst into laughter.

"Just you? You want to fight me?"

He lunged at me, wielding the dagger.

I raised the iron rod and tried my best to block it.

With a "clang" sound, the iron rod and the dagger collided with each other, making a harsh sound.

I was so shocked that my palms went numb and the iron rod almost slipped out of my hand.

Seeing this, the man sneered complacently and said, "You don't know your own limitations!"

He waved the dagger at me again, and I quickly dodged and swept the iron rod towards him.
