HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob

Chapter 61: What a step-by-step approach

Draco finally lost the eye contact with Narilian and shouted, "Zabini," while suppressing his anger.

"I'm leaving now. I don't want to end up in the principal's office because of you!"

After saying this, he turned around and left angrily.

It would be a shame for him to do anything for that girl!

Draco's two followers looked at Zabini, then followed Draco away.

Zabini was stunned, not knowing why Draco wanted to leave. He turned his head to look at Draco.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, Nalilian released Justin, who looked like he was about to bite her at any time, took out her wand and pointed it at the Slytherin boy.

When Zabini turned around, he was met with two wands. He sneered, "Despicable."

"Zabini, I hope you can think clearly. If you take action, you will lose points from Slytherin," she said, feeling nervous.

She had no experience with Zabini and had no idea of his character.

I don’t know if this sentence will work.

Zabini looked at her, his eyes full of malice, but he put away his wand and looked at Ernest, "McMillan, you will regret your actions today."

Having said this, he turned and left to chase Malfoy.

Nalilian breathed a sigh of relief, and then she saw Ernest turned his head to look at her, his golden eyes staring into hers, as if he was asking for a reward for doing something right, which made her want to beat him up.

Although his manners were very gentle and elegant, he could not hide his true nature at all.

He was still an impulsive little boy.

Narilean looked at the four Slytherins and was startled when she saw Zabini catch up with the two sturdy followers.

Polyjuice Potion!

She remembered that this should have happened in the second grade. Hermione and the others made Polyjuice Potion, disguised themselves as two of Malfoy's followers, and then went to investigate whether Malfoy was responsible for the Chamber of Secrets.

Because a cat hair was put into Hermione's Polyjuice Potion, turning her into a cat, she had a very clear memory of it.

They had stayed in the Defense Against the Dark Arts class to get Professor Lockhart's autograph so they could borrow a book.

Because the book on pharmacy, which is used to make Polyjuice Potion, is a banned book.

So what were they going to do next? Apparently, they were going to steal ingredients for Polyjuice Potion from Snape...

"What a pity," Justine sighed as she thought, "there was no fight."

These words made Nalilian want to beat him up first.

"If Malfoy were here, we probably wouldn't win," Ernest said as he put away his wand.

Nalilian was stunned, and Justin was unconvinced, "Why, Ernie?"

"Mr. Malfoy is very strict with him," Ernest said, "and Mr. Malfoy was once a Death Eater."

That is to say, the elder Malfoy will teach the younger Malfoy some dark magic spells.

Nalilian understood what he meant.

Justin was stunned. "What are Death Eaters?"

This made Ernest look at him speechlessly. How could he enter Hogwarts without even knowing about the Death Eaters?

Nalilian then began to explain, "They are terrorists."

Justin was frightened. "There are terrorists in the wizarding world too?"

Ernest looked puzzled. "Terrorists?"

"They are a group of extremists who are causing damage in the world."

Nalilian explained, her thoughts drifting to the dream she had this morning, and she suddenly realized something -

Everything Voldemort did was consistent with the collectivism that manipulated everyone in "Brave New World".

He brainwashed the pure-bloods of Slytherin, who already believed in this, with the pure-blood theory, making them believe that pure-bloods are supreme and Muggles must die.

The most terrifying thing about this kind of class-based collectivist ideological manipulation is that the less others understand them, the more they believe they are right, the more they exclude other ideas, and the more aggressive they become.

In short, they will stick together tighter and tighter.

Nalilian shuddered at the thought.

If she only looked at Voldemort on paper, she would think he was just a madman who believed in the pure-blood theory.

But the more she thought about it, the more horrified she felt.

Because Voldemort's rise was even more difficult than Harry's.

He was born in an orphanage in the Muggle world. He had to conceal his identity in Slytherin, which was full of pure-bloods. He pretended to be a pure-blood saint of the Gaunt family in order to gain the trust of these people.

He was not accepted by Dumbledore, and was feared by this excellent professor of Transfiguration and Defense Against the Dark Arts, and was forced to learn profound dark magic.

How on earth had Voldemort, no, Tom Riddle, done this? And could he really be threatened by her?

Nalilian wasn't sure, she was afraid to get along with this person.

Dreamland.

Slytherin's lounge is in the lake. The light of the water shines into the cellar through the dark green glass windows, reflecting the dim green light, which seems even quieter in the faint flames of the fireplace.

A giant squid swam past the window, creating a series of waves that echoed in the lounge.

It's late at night and there's not many people here.

But there was one girl huddled by the fireplace.

Tom walked out of the dormitory and saw Li En leaning against the fireplace, her eyes half closed, as if the faint orange light in the fireplace was the last flame of her life.

A dark flash passed through his eyes, and he strode over and put the coat he had prepared on her.

Li En didn't move.

"You've been bullied again, Li En," he cupped her cheek and tapped the corner of her bruised mouth with his thumb, but she turned her head away.

"It hurts," she began.

Tom sighed helplessly and bent down to pick her up.

Li En, wrapped in his coat, leaned against his chest, still looking at the fireplace.

"You sleep in my bed tonight," Tom coaxed softly, leaning against the top of her head.

"Yeah," Li En responded nonchalantly.

Tom held her in his arms and walked step by step in the empty cellar, his footsteps echoing until they disappeared.

They went to his prefect's room.

He was a Slytherin prefect and head boy, and had his own room.

After putting Li En on the bed, Tom lay down on top, pulled the quilt over them both, and then gently hugged her from behind.

The warm body temperature made him sigh.

He leaned on the back of her neck and couldn't help but put his arms around her waist and hugged her tightly, but Li En struggled uncomfortably and he loosened his grip.

He asked softly, "Why don't you hide here?"

"You've been hiding here. No one dares to come to the prefect's dormitory to look for you."

Whenever he comes back, he can see her.

"Riddle," Li En looked into the void and said, "Don't entangle me, you are like a snake."

"It's suffocating me."

Tom laughed softly, "I know."

He always knew.

……

Nalilian was woken up by Hermione in the morning, and it was not early when she woke up.

She looked at the notebook on the bedside table. She had never wanted to tear the other person up more than now.

Didn’t we agree to proceed step by step?

Sleeping in the same bed is just a gradual process!
