HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob

Chapter 53 Avada bites the big melon

Narilla left Dumbledore's office with the notebook and walked downstairs.

The soul in the notebook kept chattering in her ear, saying how happy it was to see her again, which gave Nalilian goosebumps all over her body.

She couldn't refute him because if she opened her mouth and someone saw her, she would become a madman talking to herself.

"Oh, miss, how could you come here in such disheveled clothes?"

But when she went down to the fourth floor, she unfortunately ran into the blond Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, Professor Lockhart.

He gave her a toothy, award-winning smile.

Nalilian thought to herself that something was wrong.

"No matter how much you like me and want to come see me, you can't come to see me dressed like this."

Professor Lockhart smiled and shook his head, his expression both helpless and doting.

"I'm very principled and won't date girls under sixteen, no matter how much you like me."

Hearing this, Tom in the notebook was silent for a while, then said coldly, "I'm going to kill him."

"I will make him experience the Cruciatus Curse a hundred times, and then grant him the Avatar of Death who liberates him."

Nalilian was speechless. Liberating the Avatar of Death? She was still chewing on the big melon.

She could only speak helplessly to save a dying life, "Professor Lockhart, I just want to know if there is any way you can prevent us from becoming like Mrs. Norris?"

"The death of Mrs. Norris yesterday was really scary."

Professor Lockhart's smile froze, for he had no idea what had caused Mrs. Norris.

Fortunately, he knew how Headmaster Dumbledore solved it. "That's just a spell, miss. Don't worry. Using mandrake to make a restorative potion will keep you safe."

"Of course I could make it, if your Potions teacher, Professor Snape, hadn't insisted on making it."

Seeing him speaking so brazenly, Narilean continued to ask questions, "Does Professor Lockhart know what caused that? And what is the Chamber of Secrets? And what is the Heir?"

"If Professor Lockhart tells me, I can go and tell everyone and discuss it together."

The smile on Professor Lockhart's lips gradually disappeared under Narilean's questioning. It seemed that he had misjudged the person. This girl seemed to be particularly fond of asking questions, which was not a good thing.

He doesn't like girls who are smart and disobedient.

"Of course I know these things, miss, but this is not something I can tell you directly. It is a secret of Hogwarts," said Lockhart.

"So, I will ask Headmaster Dumbledore. If the Headmaster agrees, I will definitely tell you, Miss."

After he finished speaking, he smiled and nodded at her politely, then turned and slipped away.

Nalilian looked at his back, put aside the curious and inquiring expression on her face, and continued walking down with a serious face.

"Lean, you're such a good storyteller. Why did you get into Gryffindor?"

Tom exclaimed as Narilean entered the Gryffindor common room with her notebook.

"Slytherin is obviously the best fit for you."

"It's none of your business, you're really annoying," Nalilian said impatiently as she walked into the girls' dormitory.

She entered and was met by Hermione.

"Lillian, where have you been?" Hermione wanted to wake up Lillian when she woke up, but found that she was not in bed at all.

"Oh, a Muggle-born wizard," Tom's voice rang in Nalilian's ears before she could say anything. "Why do you want to be friends with her? It won't do you any good, Li En."

"Even Gryffindor isn't a very welcoming place for Muggles."

Nalilian couldn't refute this bastard at this time, so she could only shake her head tiredly at Hermione, "I had a nightmare yesterday because of the blood writing and Madam Norris. I woke up early and couldn't fall asleep, so I went out for a walk to relax."

"Oh, Lillian, don't worry," Hermione said, hugging her.

She did not doubt Nalilian's words, because in her mind, Nalilian had always been a person who needed protection.

"Ah, look at you, living a lie all the time, how tiring it is."

Being held by Hermione, Nalilian could hear Tom's words that followed her like a shadow.

“The people around you have failed to protect you, nor do they understand you, and have made you live your life wearing a mask.

"My poor Lee En."

Nalilian ignored his words. She had been living with a mask on for a year and could not be shaken by his few words.

She quickly washed up, changed into her wizard robes, and followed Hermione to the Great Hall for breakfast, but before leaving the dormitory, considering the kidnapping ability of the guy in the notebook, she still took it with her.

"Hogwarts is really old. It hasn't changed at all."

While walking on the road, Hermione was telling her about today's lessons, but Tom's voice was still in Nallylian's ears. Nallylian ignored it and listened carefully to Hermione's voice.

"Well, Lee En, you kissed me on that corner once."

This startled her and she subconsciously looked in that direction. When she heard the other person's chuckle, she wanted to tear up the notebook.

She began to regret taking the broken notebook out of the dormitory. At least leaving it in the dormitory gave her some peace and quiet.

This guy is like a ghost.

When they arrived at the door of the hall, Ernest was waiting for her there as usual. He took her away from Hermione and went to the Hufflepuff table to eat together.

"Tsk, even though this kid is a pureblood, he looks really disgusting."

Tom said this about Ernest, and he felt particularly annoyed when Ernest helped her pass the plate and put food on it.

And a sense of crisis.

She lived better here than with him. Was that why she chose to forget him?

However, since the other party is a pureblood, she can let him approach her.

After all, it is other people who are more threatening...

"Lillian," Kerston, who saw Nalilian as soon as he entered the auditorium, walked over to her and sat on the other side of Nalilian.

He reached out and lifted the loose hair by her ear, then took out a hairpin from his wizard robe and pinned it on her.

"Good morning, Lillian," Cedric leaned over and greeted Nalilian with a smile after sitting down on the other side of Kerston.

"Good morning, Cedric," Nalilian waved to Cedric as she let Kerston tie her hair.

"Did you sleep well last night?" Cedric asked with a smile.

Nalilian suddenly recalled the dream with Tom. She closed her eyes and said with disgust, "It's not good at all."

Not good? Tom looked at the girl's expression of annoyance, and then saw her unconscious admiration for the boy, which made her eyes sparkle.

He chuckled.

She obviously likes outstanding men who are close to her.

Fortunately, the other party did not realize his feelings for her, and she did not realize it either.

Throughout the rest of the day, Nalilian confirmed once again that carrying a notebook with her was a disaster.

When she talked about the Chamber of Secrets with Hermione and the others in class, especially when they asked Professor Binns about the Chamber of Secrets in the History of Magic class and learned that the Chamber of Secrets was passed down by the founder of Slytherin, Narilla would hear the other person's voice in her ears.

"Leon, you clearly knew that I was the one who manipulated that little Gryffindor girl to do those things and opened Slytherin's Chamber of Secrets, yet you pretended not to know in front of them."

"So cute..."

So the next day, Nalilian locked her notebook in the drawer of her bedside table and went to school all day feeling refreshed.

Tom didn't see her come back until the evening. He found that she didn't even look at him and smiled helplessly.

Li En naively asked him why he didn't come to her the first time and believed what he said.

He looked at the girl in the bed next to Nalilian.

The real answer is actually that he had already seen through her.

However, he would not hurt his Li En...
