HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob

Chapter 35: Couple's Quarrel

Nalilian thought carefully about the conflicts she had with other children when she was eleven years old.

A little boy insisted that she be his bride, but she refused him because he was annoyed. He swore never to talk to her again, but he forgot about it after a holiday and reconciled with her.

Harry, it should be the same.

So in mid-August, Narilean was taken by Kerston to Diagon Alley to buy textbooks. When she met Harry, Ron and Hermione and greeted them, Harry just nodded to her out of politeness and didn't even look at her.

She found that she had thought too simply.

Harry didn't seem to be the kind of little boy with a bad memory.

Ron was quite enthusiastic and told her that Harry had been staying at their house during the month of August.

Because Harry was harassed by a house-elf named Dobby, who used magic in Harry's house, Harry was warned by the Ministry of Magic and was picked up by him and the Weasley twins in a magic car and taken to their home.

"say no more!"

When Ron was speaking enthusiastically, Harry suddenly interrupted him.

Ron and Hermione looked at him in confusion and surprise.

Harry opened his mouth but didn't give a reason. He just lowered his head and said, "Let's go."

After saying this, he turned and left.

"Harry?"

Ron and Hermione looked at Harry's back, then at Nallylian, feeling puzzled and flustered by Harry's indifference towards her.

But when they saw Kerston with Narielian, they all went to catch up with Harry.

Nalilian felt a headache as she watched the three people leaving.

In fact, she had seen Harry's favorability value. Harry's favorability value for her had been rising since it reached the level of "like" last semester. It had reached 79 and was about to break through the 80 mark. For a time, she thought it would be easy to get close to him again.

But now it doesn't seem so simple.

He has been living under the care of others since birth, and has lived his life under the orders of the Dursleys, yet he has unparalleled prestige and status in the wizarding world.

He is a sensitive and prickly boy.

"He's not suitable to be your friend."

As Nalilian looked at Harry with mixed emotions, she heard Kersten speak, causing her to look sharply towards him.

Kersten was also looking at the backs of Harry and the others. After being noticed by her, he looked away from the boy and looked at her.

"Kerston?"

Nalilian couldn't help calling him. His face was still scrutinizing Harry, and he looked cold and distant.

Kersten looked at her and gave his reason, "I don't like him."

As an older brother, he shouldn't have cared about his sister's friendships, but when he actually met Nalilian and saw that she was ignored by Harry, he found it difficult to let go.

In fact, he was quite surprised when he learned that Harry Potter was the nephew who lived with the Dursleys as Mrs. Ender had mentioned.

After all, the Boy-Who-Lived, who was very famous in the wizarding world, had been hearing rumors about him since the day he entered Hogwarts.

But such a person is not suitable to be a friend.

Because of such a huge sense of gap, it will become an inextinguishable desire for anyone.

This kind of desire can be good or bad. For some people, it can be transformed into a fighting spirit for the better, while for others, it will be transformed into a desire for destruction.

But no matter which one, it will be detrimental to the people around you.

He hopes that Nalilian will be surrounded by friends who can accommodate and help her, rather than friends who always want her help.

In particular, if they are really just ordinary friends, why would they care so much about the family gap between the two?

The little boy's thoughts were too obvious for him to like.

Narilean tried to explain Harry's behavior, but found that no matter how she said it, it was pale and powerless.

She couldn't explain why Harry actually cared that they were neighbors.

Kerston is not such a naive boy that he would believe her words completely.

"Lillian, stay away from him from now on," after hearing her words, Kerston still made his decision.

He had experienced the purpose behind the flowers and applause, the meanness and madness of admirers.

He didn't want Nalilian to experience the bad things that he had experienced.

Faced with this situation, Nalilian had no way to refute and had to follow what Kerston said and promised not to have any contact with Harry again.

So, when they ran into Harry and the Weasleys at Flourish and Blotts, things got awkward.

Kerston treated them as if they were air and walked straight past them with Narellean, which surprised the Weasley twins who wanted to say hello.

"What's wrong with Ender?" "Is his face as dark as Snape's?"

The two asked confusedly, causing Ron and Hermione to look at each other.

They looked at Harry and saw that he just turned his head to the side, feeling a pressure that they had never felt before.

Things don't seem as simple as they imagined.

"Isn't this Harry Potter?!"

A surprised voice interrupted the tense atmosphere among the group, and the crowded crowd made way for a blond man to run towards them and pull Harry away.

People watched them whisper excitedly, and no one stopped them.

This blond man is Gilderoy Lockhart, a star writer in the wizarding world and winner of the Order of Merlin, Third Class.

He is also the upcoming professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts at Hogwarts. Today, thanks to his book signing event here, Flourish and Blotts was packed with people.

He pulled Harry in front of the camera surrounded by the crowd and announced in front of everyone that he would become the principal of Hogwarts.

On the other side, without Harry, the Weasley twins held a child in each hand and asked with a smile.

"Harry and Nallylian," "What happened to them?" "If you don't tell me," "We'll go ask Nallylian."

The Weasley twins could see that the problem within this small team was between Harry and Nariel.

After all, although the cold stone man Kston is protective of his cubs, he would not be so rude, unless he encountered something like Nalilian.

Ron raised his hands in surrender. "We don't know either, but it seems like there's a conflict between them. Harry is particularly cold towards Narelle. When they met just now, he just turned and left without saying a word."

"The most important thing now is to help them reconcile," Hermione said worriedly.

She found that she was the one who felt the most sad about the conflict between Harry and Nalilian, and she felt particularly uncomfortable being caught between the two.

This reminded her of the past disagreements between her and Nallylian's brother, Kersten Ender, and she realized how hard Nallylian's life was at that time.

"That's going to be tough," said Fred, stroking his chin; he'd been growing a beard lately.

"Ender is very vindictive," George explained.

The twin brothers remembered in sync the last time they just threw a snowball at Nalilian, but Kerston designed to have them punished.

"Harry's attitude towards Nallylian must have irritated Ender," Fred shook his head.

"So the key is Harry's attitude towards Nallylian," George analyzed.

"We all know that, but the problem is, we don't know why Harry treated Narelle like that!" Ron concluded frantically.

The four of them all looked at the black-haired boy in the center of the crowd, who was being watched by the camera and had an autobiography thrust into his hand by the blond star. The boy was holding the book but looking down at the ground.

"Are they lovers?"

Ginny Weasley, who had been eavesdropping, asked, causing everyone else to look at her.

Ginny's eyes widened, "What's wrong? I feel like you two are talking alike!"

"Like what?" Ron asked his imaginative sister.

"A couple's quarrel," Ginny said firmly.
