HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob

Chapter 264: Little Black Group is also a person

In the middle of the night, Nalilian kept sobbing with her eyes closed.

"Meow……"

Crookshanks, crouching beside her bed, moved restlessly back and forth on her pillow.

Nalilian sat up suddenly, grabbed the quilt in front of her, closed her eyes patiently, and broke out in a cold sweat.

So sad.

She looked to the side and saw Hermione sleeping peacefully on the bed next to her.

Want...to touch...

"Meow," Crookshanks ran over and stuck close to her, looking up at her.

Nalilian got out of bed in a daze and walked towards Hermione's bed, but before she reached Hermione's bed, the sound of birdsong caught her attention.

She turned her head and saw a dark mass huddled by the window.

"Meow!"

Crookshanks ran to the windowsill and bared his teeth at the window, but when he saw Nalilian staggering towards him, he stopped and looked at her quietly.

Nalilian came to the window and finally saw clearly that the ball of black light illuminated by the moonlight was a little bird.

She reached out and picked it up, and when she looked closer, she saw that it was a robin, black in color.

It maintained its balance in her palm with some discomfort and spread its wings.

Only then did Nalilian realize that a piece of its feather was missing.

"Are you hurt too?" she couldn't help but ask softly.

The little black bird paused, then raised its black eyes and looked at her.

She didn't know why she felt sore inside.

She remembered the summer Kerston rescued a robin chick.

She can save it too.

Either it or him.

Nalilian took it in her arms, carried it back to the bed, picked up her scarf, and placed it on top.

"Stay here," she murmured, leaning against it, "I will save you."

"I can save you."

It looked at her calmly.

"Meow," Crookshanks came over at this time.

Nalilian touched it and said, "Don't hurt it."

"Meow," Crookshanks called out in dissatisfaction.

"Thank you," Nalilian guessed that meant he agreed to her request.

"Chiu," the little black ball also called out at this time.

After it calls, it closes its beak.

This also means promising her.

Nalilian, her face covered in sweat, smiled. She stood up and climbed back onto the bed.

But she couldn't fall asleep as she stared at the bed curtains with her eyes open.

It's still so painful.

At this moment, the little black ball jumped out of the scarf, spread its wings and jumped onto her shoulder and landed.

Nalilian paused and looked at the little black ball clinging to her shoulder. "Do you really have to stay close to me?"

The little black ball shrank his neck and said nothing, nor did he move.

Nalilian tried to negotiate, "I might overwhelm you this way."

The little black ball didn't move.

Very stubborn.

Nalilian put her face closer and thought she would smell the stench of poultry, but she smelled a faint scent of grass.

Something like the body wash she bought for Kersten.

She slowly fell asleep leaning against it. Tears welled up in Nalilian's eyes, and she murmured, "Kerston..."

The little black ball paused and placed its black beak on her cheek.

Nalilian closed her eyes and slowly fell asleep.

*

"Lillian, what are you doing?"

When she woke up in the morning, Hermione found Narielian kneeling on the bed, her long hair loose, wearing only a thin nightgown. She was kneeling on the bed, searching through everything, making a mess. Her figure was so slender that people felt she was too thin, but she was particularly energetic, and looked much more reassuring than she did last night.

She couldn't help but ask.

"Mine," Nalilian replied, pausing, "bird."

"Bird?" Hermione looked puzzled. "Do you mean Kane?"

"It wasn't Kane," Narilean shook her head. It was roaming freely in the owl shed and would never come to her. "I couldn't sleep last night, and when I woke up I saw a bird."

"It's black, a little bigger than my palm, and it's a robin."

"A black robin?" Hermione paused and subconsciously looked at Crookshanks.

It squatted under the bedside table, licking its paws.

She immediately broke out in a sweat, feeling guilty. "This is really unusual. Are you sure that wasn't a dream?"

Nalilian was startled, "I..."

Her memory was actually vague. She only remembered that after she put the little black ball on the bedside table, it jumped onto her bed and slept next to her, and that a piece of its feather was missing.

She wanted to save it.

However, she put down the pillow in her hand and said, "Maybe it was a dream..."

The little black ball landed by the window because it was injured, how could it fly away again?

Maybe it really was just a dream after she fell asleep.

Nalilian got out of bed and washed up. When she sat on the dressing table, Lavender and Parvati woke up and saw her combing her hair. Lavender quickly climbed out of bed and came to her side.

"No makeup today?" Lavender asked expectantly.

Lillian looked particularly good with her light makeup yesterday.

Nalilian paused with the comb and shook her head. "My makeup fell over there."

"You use mine," said Parvati, who had just gotten out of bed, and brought a basket of magic cosmetics from the dressing table to Nalilian's table.

Nalilian picked up the deadly Barbie pink lipstick: "...Thank you, Parvati."

Lavender looked puzzled. "Parvati, you've cut your hair short, are you still wearing makeup?"

Parvati raised an eyebrow. "Cutting my hair short is my hobby, and putting on makeup is also my hobby. Do the two conflict?"

Lavender pouted. "There's no conflict. You can use whatever you like."

Parvati gave an expression that said, "That's good."

Nalilian picked up Parvati's cosmetics and put on her makeup. Compared with cosmetics in the Muggle world, magical cosmetics have the effect of not coming off after application. She cried so much yesterday, but when she came back her makeup was not smudged at all.

"What are you going to wear today, Lillian?" This was actually what Lavender was looking forward to the most.

She found that although Nalilian looked very young, she looked particularly good in those gorgeous clothes. There were many clothes she bought that she didn't dare to wear because they looked out of place on her, but when Nalilian wore them, they didn't look out of place at all.

She asked, running to the closet and pulling out a pair of light purple wizard robes with rose patterns. "How about this? I've wanted to see you in it for ages! Please, Lillian!"

The last time she took it out, Lillian refused because it was too eye-catching, but now that she has started to dress herself up, she will definitely not let her go.

"...Okay," Nalilian accepted her enthusiasm.

So she was put on this light purple wizard robe with rose pattern, put on simple makeup, tied her hair up and fixed it with a small crown hairpin made of crushed amethyst, and went to the hall with Hermione and the others to have breakfast.

Attracting attention and greetings along the way.

"Wow, Nalilian, do you have a date today?"

"This set looks great, where did you buy it?"

"Nalilian, you look so beautiful today! Parvati is so cool! Lavender, you are a human being today too."

Lavender: ...No.

When they arrived at the Great Hall, Narellean saw from afar Ron sitting at the Gryffindor table with Dean Thomas and Seamus Finnigan.

Nallyllian paused and searched the long table, but didn't find Harry. She looked at Hermione, and Hermione looked at her. They both realized one thing - Harry might be isolated.

"Hey, Nalilian, you dressed up yesterday too. How was it? Any good news lately?"

After they sat down, Fred and George sat next to her, and Fred asked happily.

They didn't miss what happened to Digory's pretty boy last night. After a moment of sadness, they happily ran to find Nalilian.

George looked at Narielian carefully.

Yesterday morning, when I went to the Goblet of Fire, the age line turned into a white-bearded old man. I just took a look at him from a distance and then ran away. I couldn't forget it the whole day after I got home.

It's even more beautiful when you look at it up close.

Nalilian glanced at them and asked softly, "Is it a good thing that Kerston is participating in the competition?"

The Weasley twins didn't dare to continue talking about this topic. After all, they all saw Nariel crying like that yesterday.

"Would you like to come with us later?" Fred leaned close to her ear and asked, "There's an interesting place on the map I showed you the other day."

"Maybe it has something to do with the Triwizard Tournament," George added.

Nalilian paused, a look of consideration on her face.

She actually knew that the first event of the Triwizard Tournament was to snatch dragon eggs from the mother dragon.

But do you want to go and see...

Lavender and Parvati looked at each other and laughed when they saw the Weasley twins getting so close to Narilla.

They, Lillian, really have no shortage of popularity.

However, they looked towards the Hufflepuff table and felt strange.

There was neither Senior Diggory nor Senior Ender there.
