HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob

Chapter 241 Swear to Fight

The next day, Nalilian woke up and saw the empty bed with traces left by it, and tears welled up in her eyes unconsciously.

She wiped away her tears and walked out of the room.

Kersten was arranging breakfast at the dining table and looked at her when she opened the door.

"Where's Seid?" Nalilian asked, standing at the door and looking at him.

"Ced is on his father's side," Kersten said, frowning at the sight of her bare feet, "Hermione Granger asked me to tell you they're all right."

"There's no news of Death Eaters appearing at the moment, don't worry."

"That's good," Nalilian said, looking at the exquisite scrambled eggs and toast, a half-peeled grapefruit, and a glass of milk on the plate on the dining table. She said, "I want to go back quickly."

"Okay," Kersten responded.

Nalilian nodded, turned around and closed the door without even glancing at his breakfast.

Kersten watched her close the door, pick up her knife and fork, and swallow the breakfast she hadn't touched.

Not long after, Nalilian, who was curled up in bed, heard a loud noise outside the door.

"Assistant Coach Ende, that move you made yesterday was amazing! How did you do that? It's amazing!"

"This is your medal, Assistant Coach Ende. The trophy is with the coach. The captain is recovering from an injury and the team doctor hasn't allowed him to get out of bed yet."

"Assistant Coach Ende, you must teach me how to play Bludger so coolly!"

"Kova, go quickly and give the gift to Assistant Professor Ende."

Hearing the name, Nalilian sat up suddenly.

"Mr. Ende, congratulations on your victory yesterday..."

Nalilian sat on the edge of the bed, listening to the shy voice of the girl outside the door.

"Confess! Confess!"

The other team members were booing.

She stood up and opened the door.

The room outside the door had been cleared out. Kston was standing not far from her door. Kova was very close to him, blushing as she congratulated him on catching the Golden Snitch and handed him an exquisite gift box. The other team members were watching this scene not far away, and they were urging Kova to confess her love.

"Hey, Miss Ender?"

The first person to notice Nalilian was Connolly. He was about to ask the players who were making a fuss to stop and say hello to her when he saw Nalilian walk up to her and slap Kova in the face.

All the booing stopped.

"Stay away from Kerston," Nalilian said, not even glancing at the other team members, looking at Kova, who was covering her hurt face and looking at her in shock and grievance. She pointed at Mallet, who was also looking at the scene in shock, "Get out with your boyfriend!"

Kova, who wanted to ask her why she did this, trembled her lips and looked at Mallet in fear.

The other teammates who were shocked by the scene also looked at Mallet.

Mallett's face twitched. "What are you talking about, Miss Ende?"

"Want to swear an unbreakable oath to me—tell me how you kissed this guy?" Nalilian tilted her head to look at him and asked. After Mallet said this ridiculous thing, she added, "You can ask me to never lie. If I lie, I will die."

Her eyes were calm and fierce.

She means it.

Mallet's lips trembled, and he dared not say a word.

Connolly looked at her worriedly, "Miss Ende..."

"Lillian," Kersten grabbed Nalilian's wrist before Connolly could speak, slowly pulling her into his arms and looking at the other shocked people, "Don't mind her, she's in a bad mood."

"A lot happened yesterday and it was mentally exhausting."

Moran and Troy were completely speechless, their eyes flickering back and forth between Kova, who looked like she was about to burst into tears, and Mallet, who had a grim expression on her face.

Between the two of them...how could it be?!

At the same time, they felt ashamed that Assistant Professor Ende was so calm.

Assistant Coach Ende must have known about this a long time ago, but he kept it to himself for the sake of peace in the team...

Barry said, "Then we won't bother you for now, Assistant Coach Ende."

He kicked Moran, signaling him to take Mallet away, and he went to ask Kova to leave.

When the team members went out together, Connolly was still looking worriedly at Nalilian who was pressed on the chest by Kerston. Quigley scolded the boy for being tactless and took him away by the back of his collar.

After the team members left, Nalilian pushed Kerston away and asked, "How long will it take before we can leave?"

Kersten took out the portkey he had taken from Ministry official Barz, the tattered leather bag, and said, "Half an hour."

This is the portkey back to Stonehenge.

Nalilian waited with her tattered leather bag on the sofa that Kerston had rearranged for her, watching him clean up her room.

After everything was cleaned up, Kerston sat next to her, grabbed her when she was about to get up, and held her in his arms.

"Don't be so hostile to others next time," he said, holding her as she continued to struggle.

"What's it to you?" Nalilian struggled.

"I have no feelings for her," Kersten said, leaning against her cool cheek, "but these people can be friends later."

after……

Nalilian looked at the empty room, closed her eyes, gave up struggling, and fell into Kerston's arms.

Where is her future...

*

When the time was up, the door key brought them to the suburbs. With Kerston holding her hand, Nalilian walked step by step in the grass, with one foot deep and one foot shallow.

She was so tired from walking that her forehead was covered in sweat, her breath was short and her mouth was filled with the taste of rust, but she didn't say a word.

In the end, it was Kerston who forcibly picked her up and walked across the field.

When passing by Stonehenge, Nalilian closed her eyes and didn't want to take a look.

After getting on the bus, the two held hands, but looked out the windows on both sides.

When the bus arrived at the train station, they boarded the train and Kerston ordered all the food on the train.

Nalilian leaned against the car window, looking out without any sleepiness.

"You haven't eaten all morning," Kersten said, tearing open the package of the heated sandwich. "You must eat something."

Nalilian did not respond to him.

"Don't make me feed you," Kerston said calmly, holding the sandwich to her mouth.

Only then did Nalilian take the sandwich from his hand and eat it bit by bit.

The train arrived at the station before I finished my sandwich.

Kerston took her by the hand and took a taxi back home.

The door was open and Mrs. Ender was watering the flowers in the yard.

"Are you back?" Seeing her two children, Mrs. Ende smiled brightly.

"Mom," Nalilian looked at her, cheered up and smiled, "I'm back!"

Seeing her like this, Kersten held her hand tighter.

"How was the game?" asked Mrs. Ender.

"Kxton's team won! And when a player on the field was injured, he went on the bench and directly led the team to victory. It's so awesome!" Nalilian said excitedly.

"That sounds great," Mrs. Ender replied to Nallylian, looking at him with a proud face. "Well done, Kersten. It seems you have a talent for this. You must keep up the good work."

Kersten lowered his eyes, looked at Narilian's smile, and responded, "Thank you, Mom."
