HP: Becoming a Maiden Heartthrob
Chapter 229 Forced to Death, Going to Die
"You're here at last, Crouch."
When Barty Crouch was invited into the tent by the Aurors, Fudge showed an expression as if he didn't know what to do, and looked at Crouch Jr. and Winky who were pinned to the ground by the Aurors.
Crouch didn't even look at the man who raised an elf and said bluntly, "I voluntarily go to prison."
Fudge raised his hand upon seeing this.
The Deputy Auror Officer behind him quickly told the others to take Winky away, leaving only a confidant to take Crouch Jr.
"I know you love your youngest son," Fudge said when the situation was right for talking.
Neither the Crouchs paid him any attention.
"It's a pity he didn't take the right path," Fudge continued. "If only your eldest daughter were still alive."
This made Crouch Jr. look up at him, and Crouch stood up straight.
"Frelia has cleared Dumbledore's name," said Crouch. "There is not a taint on her."
"I know, Crouch," Fudge said soothingly, "We all share the same surprise and regret when we see those who should have been dead alive."
Crouch was stunned.
Fudge continued, "I just feel sorry that if Frelia were still alive, Mr. Crouch Jr. would not have been released from Azkaban, and his mother would have died in prison for him."
He looked at Crouch Jr. meaningfully.
Crouch's straight back hunched over. He closed his eyes and spoke hoarsely, "Please send him to the Dementors. As for the Crouch family's property, I will donate it all to the Ministry of Magic."
Seeing that his goal had been achieved, Fudge smiled with satisfaction, "Then let's not miss this Quidditch match, Crouch."
"I don't actually want this to become a scandal in the Ministry. After all, Crouch Jr. died in Azkaban, didn't he? The person who attacked Miss Ender was just a madman who wanted to cause chaos at the Quidditch World Cup."
He said, standing up.
"Collapse!"
But the next second after Fudge stood up, a voice rang out - the Auror behind him took out his wand and knocked out the person who was pressing Crouch Jr. Crouch Jr., who then broke free and threw Fudge to the ground.
“Puff——!”
Fudge blushed.
Crouch Jr. grabbed his neck with one hand and pointed his wand at his eyes with the other hand. He pressed it against his forehead and stared at him. "Who do you think you are? Are you worthy to mention my sister?"
Fudge, who had never faced such a near-death situation, was so frightened that he trembled all over, tears flowed from the corners of his eyes, and he opened his mouth but could not make a sound to beg for his forgiveness.
"Bal!"
Crouch glanced at the attacking Auror, and after confirming that he was being manipulated by Legilimency, he shouted harshly at Crouch Jr.
"Father," Crouch Jr. glanced at him, his light-colored pupils as ruthless as a beast's. A sneer stretched across his lips. "He's right. You shouldn't have agreed to let Mother get me out of Azkaban. You should have continued to uphold your justice—and be a father who drives his daughter to death!"
Crouch's pupils shrank, and Crouch Jr.'s eyes filled with mad laughter. As he went to pick up Fudge's wand, he shouted, "Apparate!"
He waved his wand and disappeared.
"Minister?!"
The Auror who attacked his companion lost control and regained consciousness. Seeing Fudge lying on the ground, he realized what he had just done and ran over in horror and knelt down.
But Fudge, with tear marks on his face and a purple complexion, had fainted.
Crouch closed his eyes, leaned back in his chair dejectedly, and the wand in his hand fell to the ground.

"Your spells," Sirius wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and looked at Regulus who was lying on the ground, and said with certainty, "She taught you."
Regulus, who was pinned to the ground by the imprisonment spell and covered in blood, looked at him indifferently without making any answer.
"You've learned the Cruciatus well," said Sirius, wincing at the pain he felt as he raised his hand and tugged at his injured gut.
He couldn't help but sit down and take a deep rest, then he looked down at Regulus on the ground and said, "But she definitely doesn't want you to use it this way."
Regulus then looked at him, his eyes blank, "So she's dead."
"She died with all her glory," said Sirius. "Unlike you."
"Everyone thought you died in the mission Voldemort gave you."
He thought so at the time.
Feeling the heat on his wrist, Regulus raised the corner of his mouth, "What's the difference?"
Sirius shook his head and didn't intend to argue with him. Instead, he asked, "Why do you say you are dead?"
What on earth did he go through?
Regulus looked at him, "Do you think you can accept that someone you love died because of you?"
Sirius was startled.
Regulus continued, "That was a task only death could accomplish, but she erased my memory, hid me, and then—"
He spoke word by word, "Go to die."
So... Sirius felt a pang of pain in his chest, and mist covered his eyes.
"Collapse!"
While Sirius was in a trance, a spell hit him and he fell to the ground.
His blurred vision allowed him to see his attacker, but he didn't have the energy to think about how he escaped.
It turned out that when she came to see him, she had already known about her own death...
In the glare of the light, Sirius closed his eyes.
"You're still so good at chatting that Sirius can't even detect me."
The man looked at the fallen Regulus and threw him a spell to remove the curse.
Regulus stood up, looked at the flaxen-haired man in front of him and shouted, "Baal."
Crouch Jr. smiled when he saw his face covered in blood and said, "It's funny, Rael, that Sirius actually attacked you."
Regulus did not answer his question, but asked, "Why were you exposed?"
This wasn't the plan.
"A girl found me and exposed me to the Ministry in the box," said Crouch Jr., his light pupils dilating with excitement. "She's quite interesting."
"Winky is very close to her, just like she is to Leah."
Regulus, who had been frowning, was startled and asked, "Are you sure?"
"House-elves always have some magical perception," said Crouch Jr. "You have tried to resurrect Leah all these years but failed. Isn't it because you couldn't find her soul?"
Regulus looked thoughtful, then said, "Let's go and take a look."
"Wait," said Crouch Jr., stopping him, "you've forgotten one thing—the heart of the one you love."
As he spoke, he walked up to Sirius, looked down at his brother-in-law who had once held him in his arms but was now his mortal enemy, curled his lips, picked up his wand and swung it down at Sirius' chest.
But in a second, the wand in his hand was knocked away by magic, and an old wizard with a white beard and a green wizard robe appeared beside Sirius.
Dumbledore.
Regulus and Crouch Jr. looked at each other, then Regulus waved his wand, making the two disappear from the spot.
